Unscrupulous Business Practices - I have the unlimited wash program that automatically deducts a monthly fee from my bank account. My car was involved in a collision and I cant take it to the car wash. I tried to cancel my membership. Following the instructions on my contract, I emailed quickies per their agreement. The email came back UNDELIVERABLE! Of course they dont have their phone number anywhere on this contract. They want it to be hard to cancel. Besides this, anytime I ever pulled up to get my car washed the RFID tag scanner that they placed on my car would not work. I would have to buzz for an attendant because it never worked. I was honked at in the line a couple of times because it took so long for an attendant to come over. Not my fault. Maybe they should get a new scanner or implement some other way of having a monthly membership that works. Additionally, the carwash itself is not that great. There was never a time when all the debris was removed from my car. It was a 2015 that I washed weekly. My home vacuum does a better job than theirs does. DONT GET THE UNLIMITED WASH PROGRAM

we have been going to quickies for years... on aug 16 2016 we went through the car wash and once we parked we realized our bumper had been ripped off on the right side. The manager said I have to check the video and make sure it wasnt like that when we entered we could file a claim. He left for 10 min and came back with the claim form. We filed the claim with them and of course filed a claim with our insurance right away. We have been calling quickies for 2 weeks and they have done nothing. Geico calls today and says Quickies said we previously had that damage and we need to prove that we didnt. How the heck do I do that? They also wont release the video of us going into the car wash which shows we did not have the damage. Now we are out of money because of their damage. Do Not Go To Quickies!!! BAD COMPANY!!

Bought the monthly $40 package. 1st time I went back they were so busy that the system didnt track my car correctly and I ended up only getting the basic wash. Someone else got mine. Anyway, I complained and the attendant came out to the parking lot, shined my tires by hand and told me how to make sure that didnt happen again. Went probably other times, no problems. I had to go out of town so I emailed to suspend my account and they emailed back right away saying no problem. I havent checked my cc statement yet. If they billed me for a 2nd month I will change my rating but for now so far so good. My only request is to add a fast track lane for those on a monthly plan as a benefit...so we dont have to wait for all the newbies to figure out what they want and then pay...takes forever.

I havent been in this wash for awhile but there are new owners and they really fixed up the wash. They even dropped the price of the regular wash down to just $5. Everything is automated here so you get a great wash everytime. You even pay at automated pay terminals so there is no pressure to buy the upgrades if you dont want. I just purchased the regular wash but it was quick, only takes a few minutes and the car came out clean and dry and when I say clean it was as good as any hand wash Ive been to. The staff is very friendly and are just there to help if you have problems. After the wash you can pull into one of their vacuum spaces and use the vacuums for free to finish off your car. I would reccommend this wash to anyone!

Unscrupulous business practices Horrible. I had them TINT MY CAR. They charged me $270.00. I figured the job would be at least average to good. There were bubbles and lint everywhere. I took it back they told me they would fix it. Story short, its gone back three times and there are still hair and bubbles throughout the tint job. I told them please tear off the tint and give me my money back. They said they dont give refunds. I asked for a discount. They said no. All I can do is continually waste my time by dropping the car off again. Theyve wasted hours of my time and gas by having me continually bring my car back ... Of course I need someone to pick me up and drop me off... without fixing it and taking my money!

Every single time I go there, someone who is not using the car wash, always has their car parked in the handicapped spot. Today I called the manager out to where I was parked and pointed to the car next to me saying "what does that say in right there in that spot"... he said No Parking... I said thats right, so why is that car parked there... it was a dirty old piece of junk, and he said, because its mine. I reminded him that he wasnt suppose to park there. He never moved his car. I wont be going back.

I had my car washed on April 4, 2010. The car wash snatched off my rear window wiper. I asked for the manager and was given a business card after leaving my information with the attendant. I was told the manager would contact me. It has be 2 days and no contact so I called. Both numbers on the card connect to a fax machine. I found an alternative number on the WEB, and no one answers. I am not satisfied. I am not sure what I want from the company, but a little dialog would be nice.

I wish there were more of these. Ive got to drive from Riverside to get a great car wash. Free vacuums! This is one of those car wash places Id call half diy, since its an elaborate, automated pull through track car wash machine, but you dry and vacuum yourself. They provide detailing if youre interested. $11 for the best option, about the same price as the typical gas station car washes, but much better cleaning.

DO NOT USE MAGANA AUTO DETAIL & SERVICES Fernando is very unprofessional had me pick up my van at 6pm when it was dark on purpose. My van had a full detail paid $200 and my van was left filthy and carpets and seats soaked with dirty water. He had also decided to text me and tell me his credit card machine was broken and he wanted cash.

Havent had any bad experiences in the past years. It has always been cheap and quick. I would bring quarters to buy any car cleaning products, sometimes the change machine runs out later in the day. With the high volume of customers I would expect it.

I have gone three times to this car wash for detail service and all three times they have told me that they did not have employees there to do the job! These people must not need the business! I will never go back! Very unhappy!
