Horrible first time expierence. NEVER GOING BACK. If you want your car scratched & still dirty for 8$. Go Here! I practically waited 10 to 15 min before going into the wash.I paid for the 8$ wash for my wheels & tires to be cleaned as well. When my car was in. It sounded like my car was getting beat & hit on too much. I went out of the wash and I noticed that there was still a lot of water drops all over my car so I decided to dry it by hand. As I dried the hood there was spot that I tried & seemed to not come off & left like greasy white spots all over my hood. I also noticed that there was still a lot of dirt all over my rims. My car is black so its visible when there is dirt all over & also when there are scratches & sadly there was a lot of scratches on my hood. Very visible white cratches that I know for sure were caused by the machine. I cant believe anyone would pay to get there car scratched like that & remain still dirty. I went to tell an employee & he said that the greasy marks were like old water spots cus they were deep in my paint (yea right) & that if I wanted he could clean my wheels by hand & about the scratches. Thats he never saw anything happen like that before ( yea, neither have I). But no refund or anything else I could do, ecept talk to the manager or something. I know it was 8$ only but really its not worth the time or money or DAMAGE it causes to your vehicle. I didnt even decide to use their vacumms . The space is so limited & I almost saw a lady hit another ladies car as she was opening her door. The werent able to both have their doors open while vacumming because the space was so small. Also the vacumms are like dangling from the ceiling to the floor & are on the way while ur driving up to park to them. You have to get off of your vehicle & move them & then move up your car. How annoying. I will never go back. I am not one to complain about just anything. This was truly an awful experience. I shouldve just washed my car by hand but the reason why everyone goes to a car washing place is for the efficency, the speed, & the cost of it. In this case it really cost me more than what I paid for.

I had an awful experience....the customer service is beyond POOR. I went and paid for a $10 wash. While going through the system I lost my hubcap, I noticed right at the end of the service, because there are mirrors on both sides that allow viewing of your wheels. I immediately went and file an "INCIDENT REPORT" with Brooke, who said that they would check at the end of the day and have one of the owners (Mike or Lori) to call me. I never got a phone call or anything. I drive an Escalade....Im sure the hubcap was on before going to the car wash. I think Raceway Express Car Wash service is horrible. I can understand providing jobs to kids who work at places like these, but they should be trained well and the owners should take time out to follow-up when an incident has been file. I HATE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE........these people need to get it together!!!!!!!!!!! : -(

Friendly staff which is nice and the vacuuming is nice, HOWEVER, they arent organized regarding what you paid for and what services you get. You could get the 10 wash and receive the 6 wash without tire shine and vice versa the guy who paid 6 bucks will get your tire shine. That is really annoying and unfortunate considering this is otherwise a great place. My only other complain would he that you car isnt really dried well when finished. There are still plenty of drops on the hood and stuff but that is expected.

Fast inexpensive but not the best This is probably the best place if you have a new car that you plan on taking to wash once in couple weeks or once a month max. As users have described efficient and inexpensive car wash and as the saying goes you get what you pay for. Of course, they offer more expensive services if you really need a good hand scrub or wax for 40 bucks and above so it can be complete solution if you want to spend extra for it. By the way vacuum is free and does come handy.

Best, fastest, coolest, car wash. My kids love it. A little pricey. Lines are a little long. And sometimes there arent enough spots to dry and vacuume your car. But the service is friendly and I love the gift cards where you pay $40 and get $50 on your card. Great deal.

Probably the fastest and most convenient place to wash your car in this area. I had a hard time finding a drive through car wash in this area compared to Crew Car Wash in mid-west. This car wash is good, but not great. However it offers free vacuum for users.

This car wash is awesome. They have monthly packages for very reasonable prices. Car washes nice as you drive thru and have good vacuum and air to blow out the water from mirrors and places like that. Clean car wash and girls that work there are great.

Love this car wash. Its quick and fast. The was system pretty much does the job. I love vacuums and you can vacuum your own car. Can be busy in the early weekends. Best weekday mornings and afternoons. Best to have the gift card.

I love going herr to get a car wash, they do a pretty good job but since the truck I drive is so big it misses a few spots. Overall its good , cheap and fast definitely recommend coming here
