Juan the owner was exceptionally helpful. I went because I saw the good reviews on google and was the first time there, We recently moved from LA to Rancho Cucamonga. Because I am unfamiliar with the area, I googled car wash establishments in the area and it liked the reviews. I like the ambiance in Upland so I checked it out The workers there were very friendly and worked as if they have much experience in the trade. You know how when you visit car washes, you always see a guy sitting down, looking not interested in what they are doing. Well I did not see any of that. If 1 worker was done, he would start helping the guy doing my truck, Before you know it, there were 6 guys working on my truck. The price was very competitive but for the exceptional work on the detail, I thought it was a brand new truck! It seemed like every customer that came in for a car wash, Juan new like they were neighbors. Laughing and telling jokes, (G Rated of course), the family friendly atmosphere was very comforting to know I can recommend the car wash to my close friends and family. I recommend Route 66 Car Wash to everyone in the Upland, Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga areas. Thank you Juan for the great service and hospitality Another satisfied customer, LG/RC

Consistantly Great! Been going to car washes for years, and some are fantastic, but this one is the best! Family owned, and the customer is always right. Prices are competative, and the service is complete. Even the Owner comes out and schmoozes with his customers. Walk in the door, and his daughter at the counter always smiles, and greets you as family. The detailers are always smiling and thank you for coming. If you are not coming in here, all I can say is this place the the best kept secret. Hey, Im not kidding.

My wife and I are from Portland and were in town visiting family and wanted to get all bugs and junk off the car and happened to stop by here on a Wednesday morning. They have a $8.99 wash/wax special on Tue/Wed and I sprung for the $4 tire dressing. These guys ran the car through the wash/wax, towel dried, vacumed (even my two year olds nasty section of the backseat), removed/cleaned floor mats, cleaned all the door sills, and cleaned the windows. I wish I could find a great value like this in Portland!

Quality service says it all! On my visit here I was a little skeptical about the prices but after seeing what an amazing job they do with a $20 hand wash I was impressed. They cleaned every detail of my car. Dont let the prices scare you the wash down the street charges a couple more bucks but the cost doesnt equal the value like this place! Overall, I would recommend this car wash. Price: great value Quality service: excellent (just be patient, these guys are really detailed)

The morning after Halloween a rider vomited in my car. The riders friends cleaned up as much of the physical as they could. I brought the car to Route 66 Car Wash shortly after they opened. The guy at the desk said sure they could do an interior detail. After they were done I let the sun and heater dry the carpet and seat fabric. By around 12 midnight riders were saying the car had a new car smell. Thanks Route 66 Car Wash.

***WARNING***Take pictures of your vehicle before you go here. My paint was chipped and the manager Juan asked me to prove it. Been here multiple times before without isses. I didnt have a chip in the paint before my visit today. Juan was very rude and said there was nothing I could do. So I am doing what I can now. Reporting this business on the better business bureau as well as a well deserved negative review.

This car-wash SUCKS. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I took my truck there and it came out not very clean. I got home and noticed tat it was still dirty, took it back to the carwash and the owner refused to run it through again, the vaccuuming was not done well nor were the windows. Id recommend paying a couple of dollars more to get a good carwash somewhere else. I wont be taking my truck there again.

They did a full detail to mine & my husbands vehicles.They did a good job. They only issue we had was a small discrepancy in pricing. The original person that quoted us pricing had gone home for the day- but the detail job was good. I would go back & have referred a friend to see them.

It was my first time going last week. I paid 27 dollars for the wash and vacuum and shine. Definitely not worth it! I had to clean my car the next day because it was still dirty. They only vacuum what is visible inside the car. Dont recommend this place.

These guys are thorough. They do great work. They actually CLEAN the floor mats for $2 each! Some jokers want $10 each. I got a regular car wash and they did Armor All on my tires for no charge.

They use spinning machines to wash the car. Not 100% hand wash as advertised.
