DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Ive been here twice and both experiences where not up to par. They scratched my infiniti pretty badly and then the management told me I was a lier. It was apparent that the scratch happened during the wash. The second time I came in with a rental car (Im a woman of second chances .. and another scratch on that rental wasnt going to matter.) The man writing my wash ticket argued with me about air freshener and when I mentioned it to management she called me a lier, again. They do not care about their customers or their cars. They also take 45 min to do a regular wash. I DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle here. One lux driver to another.

Idk if they were understaffed for the day or what but they had their service manager doing the vacuuming with 1 other guy. After they got done with our car it looked like they didnt vacuum it at all so we had to pull it around to get vacuumed again and instead of pulling our car first knowing we had been their an hour already he parks our car in the line of cars waiting again for another 20 min and when he pulls out floor mats out to dust then he pats them and dust flies all over our car that just got washed smh horrible just because they were understaffed doesnt mean they should do a half a** job.

DO NOT COME for window tinting I got mine done this guy starts hitting on me then when he finish there was bubbles every where the tint was cut too short the guy said give it three days let it dry three days later bubbles are still there he said bring it in early so I can take my time on i said ok so the second time he did it still crappy job he said hed take it off and give me my money back I said ok but then he took off the tinting and kept my money I tried calling the authorities they said they cant do anything about it. This guy just stole $140 from me UNBELIEVABLE!

CHANGONATION

I like it but I do not like that they fold in my kia electric side mirror in and out when there is a button that does that.. I agree with the other kia owner they just snap them bavk in place I just hate hearing the craking sound it makes and I can see they notice it.. im telling them that today when I take it in... for the owner white 2014 kia forte.. keep an eye out for me I always go in the mornings.

The last 2 times weve taken our Kia to this car wash weve specifically told them NOT to close our side mirror by hand - they are electric! Yet again - they pushed them in and out instead of using the button we showed them. Our side mirrors are not functioning properly. The worse part is They Dont Care! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

They used so much oil based amorall that you cant even open the doors without getting it all over you! Its on the exterior of my car near the door frame it looks gross! Shampooed my seats and they are soaked still on day two and leaving the windows open for it to dry. They clearly missed spots on the inside of the car. Disappointed!

Scratched my car. Told me they could not have done it. Funny, it wasnt there when I brought the car in. Then didnt even clean the car completely. Tried to tell me it needed to be detailed to get bugs off the grill. Crumbs in the seats. Manager just made excuses. Asked for money back. Huh, yeah right!

This place seems well organized and clean. The staff seem to be friendly enough and they do a good job on the car wash. I think they are a bit on the expensive side but seem to do a better job than the typical car wash. Im giving them four stars because $20 to wash my Jeep is too much.

They always do a good job and really try their best. Sometimes its not the greatest wash but thats usually when theyre super busy or its insanely hot outside. Theyre only human and cant be expected to do a perfect job every time. Overall Im satisfied with the wash they provide.

Husband tired to surprise with getting the truck washed!! Never going back here. Had to come home and still clean it. Rims still dirty, inside was barely wiped at, vacuuming is a joke. Pretty bad when you pay close to $25 for a wash and you still have to do it yourself.
