My review is pending, as my experience was pretty polarized. So I got a mini detail, 85 on Mondays (I went on a Monday). I was charged 90, didnt trip though so thats not a reason for the lack of stars. Just nice to know that they do that I guess. The wash in short: my car was clean, the wait was unusually long, the staff was polite, the waiting area was clean, there were little areas that were missed but overall the car looked great. Until I started to drive to school. The power locks started clicking on and off on their own as I was driving. Initially I figured it was from the cleaners and would evaporate as the car dried. Why would people that PROFESSIONALLY wash cars use thick chemicals in the interior that DAMAGE the electronics? That seems almost villainous, or inept. Once I got out of class (eta 9:50pm), I walked to my car, expecting a fully dried-out, functioning interior. I clicked the clicker. nope. No power locks. Just spazzy on-again-off again locks. At almost ten at night it was too late to call them. So I called this morning! After multiple awkward exchanges with even more awkward females on the phone, I finally got a hold of someone that said the owner would be there on Thursday. I still dont know if those women were all the same lady or not (she swears it was multiple women I spoke to on the phone), I warn people calling to be delicate and vague because these folks do not mind setting the phone down (off the hook, of course) and walking away, effectively ignoring all calls. I will be updating this review at either of the two extremes (one or five stars) depending on my experience with the owner on Thursday.

I purchased an exterior car wash. After going through the machine car wash, I was directed to a spot where an employee hand dried my vehicle. I sat in the vehicle as this was done watching intently on the service I was receiving. The employee was working at a feverish pace. The employee lifted my wipers and as he reached to clean the windshield, he aggressively struck it. This caused the wiper blade to fall off and the metal arm that holds the wiper blade struck my windshield and produced a 5 inch crack. I brought this to the attention of the employee who immediately apologized and said he would get his manager. After explaining to the manager of what occurred, he said that the blade was defective and thats what caused the windshield to crack. I told him that his employee broke the windshield wiper which caused it to strike my windshield and crack it. He later went on to say that this was my fault and that I would not receive anything for this. I asked to speak to someone else and he rudely said he was the highest person I could speak to. I could not believe the lack of professionalism and the poor customer service from this manager. This is by far my worst customer service experience I have ever received in my lifetime. There was no apology for damaging my vehicle. Its unfortunate that the employee admitted to doing the damage and apologized, but the manager did not care about my poor experience. The manager rudely turned his back and walked away leaving me speechless.

The lady that helped me out is horrendous. I will never in my life go there again and I advice that nobody either. I would rather go out of my way and drive all the way to Fontana off of Sierra to get way better service there and its more affordable. Here on Haven you pay $6 to just run your car through their crappy machine. I am so used to paying $5, going through, then vacuuming my car. But this time I was like, "Hey, Im already here I might as well try it out". I get there and its $6. I didnt mind, I said who cares its just $1 more. But its crazy how horrible her customer service is. I go through the washer and then go to vacuum my car. She literally starts speed walking from her office to my car and yells at me saying that I am not allowed to vacuum my car because I didnt purchase whatever package I was supposed to. So I get yelled out of there for the stupidest reason. So at least for me this place is honestly not worth it. I would rather spend my money anywhere else but there.

The staff are nice, but the owner is somthing else. I purchased a 19.95 item 3 weeks ago, and attempting to return it today. I was not happy with it ( there was NO sign regarding returns), so he said i have return it writ away and he has to ask the factory. ( sounded like a BS answer). If you ran a good business, make sure the customer is happy, try to make them jump threw hoops. I been going to that place for the past 10 years. Now I will never go there again. Good job!

RESPOND TO TIRE DAMAGE: At Haven carwash customers drive their vehicle thru the wash. This lady drive a long ford pick up, she made the turn into the tunnel too sharp went over and damaged our trac as well as her tire and she is blaming the wash. This has never happened here before. We take pride in our customer service and the quality of our wash. Haven carwash management

Should say 430. Because I went at 430 and they were closed up. I actually felt bad for the guys who had to wash cars in 103 degree temps so I tried to go when it was a little cooler. Why post hours if your employees just take off whenever they feel like it. No sign just a cone blocking the entrance.

Overcharge you when your not paying attention to the receipt you sign. Its happened three times with one of them being caught before I signed it. Been coming here for years and the last year its getting worse and worse. Will be finding a new facility. Do not recommend.

What does "FULL SERVICE" mean...?! Unbelievable, I read the reviews but I said to myself let give if a chance. The mat edges inside wasnt vacuumed. Trash inside handles, dust around the steering wheel. My truck bad dirty.. Very disappointed! Not recommended!

The place looks like it fell down in a storm. It was really that bad. Employees are not friendly. Car was not cleaned properly AND they charge too much. They wanted to charge extra to dry it? Seriously?

Went there today for the first time. Friendly service and they did an excellent job cleaning the car. I also got 10 cents off per gallon at the attached gas station! I think I found my new carwash.

Went in with a coupon for "The Works Wash" for $14.99, ended up with a severely damaged tire that cost me an additional $307.91 to replace. Owner refusing to pay for damages.

Excellent customer service. Open 24hrs.. The owner is always onsite and very humble and helpful. The car wash always does an perfect job on my cars.

The wash was very good. Our car was clean and smelled pretty good too. The only reason it was 4 stars and not 5 is because it was a little pricey.
