Worst experience ever. I wish I could give this place a -5 stars. If you want to pay 27.50 to have your truck rear ended by the employees with another customers truck then go here. This car wash did over $5000 in damage to my vehicle Plus an $800 rental car fee I had to pay out-of-pocket ; not to mention all my personal time I had to waste going to a collision place, dealing with insurance companies, and trying to communicate with the owner of this place. He says he cares about his customers but he really doesnt. he never once bothered calling me after the accident happened. I had to go chase him down at the office... after the accident he had his employees keep giving me the runaround ( he specifically told them to not give out his phone number and would not get on the phone. Nobody at the car wash should give me the companies liability insurance information.) causing me to have to go down there several times and waste my time trying to handle this. He claims "oh I wouldve paid for this out-of-pocket but now its too late you got your insurance company involved " yet never bothered even speaking to me when I asked him to call me several times. So after my bumper, tailgate, and shell of my truck were smashed I wasnt even offered a refund. So long story short I paid 27.50 to have my car rear ended by his employees and I was left to deal with the mess myself which caused hours of my time just to get my truck back into decent condition. His insurance company still has NOT reimbursed to me. If this doesnt get squared up with financially he will be seeing me in small claims court.

Im actually posting in regards to the fundraiser that went on their. The Dana Point 5th Regiment washed cars for free . They had free food, drinks, local educational booths. Such as Dana Point Police. I just really need to emphasize here. These men and women are not given enough. They serve and protect. They would give up there life for you. How amazing and unselfish is that....... Just as all the Marines, Army, Navy, SOLDIERS who serve for our counry. You are all so special. ..... Thank You for the car wash!!!! It is not horrible but not great either. The bucket wash here is $35 before tipping and I think they could do a better hand wash for $35. Worst thing is when at a car wash a car is not fully washed clean and then when you see all the dirty spots on the car to show them they use the towel in which is used to dry to wipe the missed spots during the wash. They should get all the spots and not 80% then while drying wipe the spots they missed. When someone is paying for a bucket hand wash it usually means that they care about detail and want those washing to get all the spots.

Wow, Im surprised at the poor reviews here because Ive never had bad service here at all. I dont live very close to this place, so I also frequent another car wash in Aliso Viejo and one right on the bay in Newport Beach. Dohenys prices are comparable and so is their service. No quick car wash will ever be as good as an afternoon where you detail it yourself, but for the money this place is great. And their fuel prices are always competitive, so after a drive to San Diego I will often stop for gas and a good wash.

Their full detail service was unimpressive. the outside looked like a normal wash, and there was gunk on my headlight. They claimed it was there before, and didnt know how to get rid of it. Hot water got rid of it. They didnt know hot water got rid of the gunk they left on cars when they un-admittedly screwed up. The inside was great, the outside, very average for a 100+ dollar service. If you need inside service, go for it, or even a normal cheap car wash. But dont go for any expensive detail services from them.

$49.99 for wash and wax. They said they would wipe out the front driving area real good and spray off my floor mats. I asked for the front only and I told them not to worry about even vacuuming the back of the truck. Still had dirty front console and side driver and passenger doors. I went back after I discovered these things and asked them to fix and they did. The wash looked good but I would think they would pay a bit more attention to what they said they would do.

The wash was fast however they did a very poor job. The vacuuming was not well done. Theres still crumbs everywhere. I believe the rags they used were very dirty because it left a very bad mildew smell in the car. The outside was not washed properly. There was still bird poop everywhere! They suck!!! Save your money!

My experience was very poor. They lost my keys and denied i gave them my keys!! The manager kept working while I went and asked other workers so I could leave. One of the workers found my keys. The manager did not apologize, woukd not give his name, would not take a formal complaint or give the name of the owner.

Paid 24.99 for wash and they didnt even bother to vacuum the third row of my car. Minimal vacuuming throughout the rest, still a ton of sand and crumbs everywhere. Finger prints still on the windows and water spots all down the sides. Costco does a better job.

Overpriced for the wash you get. Poor vacuum job, mats not in place when i got in my car. No menu, you find out price at the counter. Might as well go to costco for less than half the price and vacuum yourself or to wash in san juan a mile away.

They do an excellent job on car washes, car Im w details, etc., always sending you back onto the street off looking fresh in your sqeaky-clean ride. The biggest advantage/benefit unbelievable gas prices
