They are lucky you have to select one star because I would have selected negative 5!!! After a 30 minute hand wash, because their machine wash in inactive due to updates from the new management, my car receive a nice new scratch on the front bumper. The paint was still flaking off the bumper indicating it was FRESH from the person drying the car off. After I pointed it out to the manager (who is very rude and is the little person) told me that I should be happy that I received a quality hand wash, and sorry about the scratch. A quality hand wash that left dirt marks on the leather seats, water spots all over the car, and finger prints on the windows. WOW real quality work from the management team. Lucky the NEW Owners were their and I brought the problem to their attention, because their staff were complete idiots. The NEW management are Asian foreigners that barely speak English, but new enough English to tell me, "not our problem and you need to leave now." I do not recommend anyone to visit this car wash, so no one else has to experience POOR service, IDIOTIC staff, and receive damage to your vehicle!

DO NOT GO HERE! You will regret it. Would give zero stars if possible They did a horrible job washing my truck. After they ran it through the wash it sat there for like 30 mins before anyone got on it now theres water spots all over.. Didnt even clean the dash.. windows looked like they were cleaned with armor all.. super streaky.. 2 dings on my tint that werent there prior to service(tint is only 3 months old, so a ding in it is very noticeable) the assistant manager is incompetent and not capable of giving proper customer service.. half a** job all around my clear coat is all swirly now. Place is a joke they were trying to get cars out as fast as possible not taking their time and actually preforming the service theyre charging for. Then arguing with customers about it. Go somewhere else or it will cost you alot more then the price of a carwash.

I been to this place for quite some times for the past 5 years. Overall experiences were pretty good. Waiting time wasnt too long, did not notice any scratch on the paint, plenty of chairs to sit around and wait. 2 things I did not like about this place and its got to do with the workers there. One time I decided to get rim shine and the person wipe down the car just didnt do anything on the rims until I asked him to. Then I once brought the full detail and waxing because I had calcium water marks on the door. The full detail car wash didnt remove a single water mark at all and it was really easy to spot. I eventually had to go to Pep Boys for some clay polisher to remove it, which only took me about 15 mins to do so.

the worst car wash I have ever done is here. the short guy that greets you before the carpet vacuum is done is a nice guy. otherwise its downhill from there. I was disappointed with how the inside of my car today was not cleaned well. the guys cleaning the inside distracted me about my license plate being loose. then when me and my son got to the car my 6 year old son told me our car is still not clean. since we have family plans I got no time to complain. I wanted to support this car cash since I have been going here for many years. but today was the last straw. I will now just go somewhere else.

Thought this would b a perfect Sunday to get car washed with the hubby. While watching cars go threw wash, I noticed my passenger car window was open. Wtf. Had to wait till went fully threw. Opened my brand new car door and all the soap and water in my new car! They hurried and took it to detail. Im pissed off. All they could offer was a free car wash for their workers mistake! Ive always gone here but after today I dont think I will be going back. This is my brand new car not even a month old. Wow. Too bad they dont have 0 stars because I would give negative!

For the past three months I have been a part of there car wash club. I pay $32 a month for unlimited car wash, great deal right. Every time I go the attendant who takes down my info is constantly rude. This Saturday was the worst I was waiting for him to get my info and I forgot to leave my keys in the car. He saw them in my hand and snap at me. The guy who vacuum my car said I should complain. So I did however in a nice way the cashier just defended him. So over him!

Did not Clean off exterior dit nor did they vacuum...told me that dirt was paint and not removable. I removed the dirt with tissue and water. Did not wipe down dashboard, which was full of dust (and still is ). Left my rear passenger side unvacummed and full of pine needles. Lazy staff; ineffectual service. Do not waste your time and money there.

Not as expected, left lots of dirt under seats cause their vacum was 1 min for the entire car (CRV Honda), even I asked for the 20,95 deal they charger 21,95 for bigger cars they said, they said that they clean the trunk but didnt even opened to clean the edges from the falling water drops after wash, any ways no more going there, you dont get what you pay for.

Charged $100 for a oil change.what a damn rip off. Called the dealership they charge 50. Unbelievable. Horrible services, they just cleaned my Windows with water...no windex, they did not vacuum my cargo area, they left spots all over my truck. I will not be going back. The only thing I did like there was their beautiful trees to keep me cool while I waited.

This is the 3rd and last time I will have my car washed at this car wash. Terrible service on my car! The owners need to change the system on how the workers get their tips so that they can put effort in cleaning our vehicles... all of the tips go into a jar and are evenly distributed at the end of the day. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Ive never had any issues with this car wash. The employees are always nice and efficient. It tends to get busy in the afternoons, especially closer to the weekend, so expect a bit of a wait. You can always walk across the street and browse the craft beer selection at Liquor Paradise while you wait! My favorite way to pass the time! Lol

I used to go here all the time, especially because they gave me a military discount. Every time I took my cars their they would come out with scratches. When I asked them about cleaning my mirrors better they did a worst job than they did at first. I dont go here any more I dont advise it. Its a shame because it was a good car wash.

Its conveniently located; easy to get to. I dont go there as often as I used to. Sometimes, the Wheel Deal which includes tire dressing (maybe Armorall) is hastily applied or forgotten to apply until I have to show my receipt to verify my purchase. Overall, hit n miss with quality of service.
