I am a resident of Corona. I have had my car washed at Corona Car Wash previously about 3 other times. On 4th July at noon took my car in to get their $22.99 car wash. As other times I drove up was asked the type of car wash I wanted, got my receipt and gave the guy my keys. The car was vacuumed, went through the car wash, and then over to the guy who towel dries it. Once done, I drove off and got on the 91 fwy to go spend the 4th with family. As I reached over to get my Burberry Transition prescription glasses that I had purchased from Lens Crafters for $803.99, the case and prescription glasses that I kept clipped to the front of my car seat where gone. Additionally my Grip Hand Strengthner that I use for my hand therapy that I kept on the driver door compartment was also gone. I went the following day spoke to one of the managers, he looked in the trash cans did not find anything. I was informed that someone from main office would contact me a day later, that never happened. Summary, Corona car wash has thieves posing as honest employees, and the owner and his son Karan Amin are not taking responsibility for their employees actions. Managements reasoning is, if they cannot find it in the trash can, then it was never stolen, but they never could explain to me how my items would go from the inside of my vehicle to the inside of one of their trash cans. Do not get complaisant and trust too much like me, LOCK UP or REMOVE all your valuables before you hand these guys your car keys.

I had my brand new Camry washed today; it looked great until I got back to work which was down the street. I opened the front doors and saw nothing but white smears. Now this is a new car and this is the first time in probably 10 years since I’ve gone to a car wash and since this is just down the street I said what the heck I’ll get it washed. Well I was very disappointed and very upset, and after spending 12.99 for a car wash I will never go back there again…..Why….because I called and I was told that I had to talk to a manager so I waited a few minutes and the girl comes back and says “oh my manager is too busy to come to the phone” and I said WHAT! ….”He’s too busy to talk to a customer?”…..I told her your guys need to clean with clean rags and not with dirty rags….. And telling a customer that they are too busy is not the answer! She finally said to bring the car back ….and I said sorry I’m too busy and I’m simply will not coming back and I will not send customers there and I will definitely let everyone know that they do a lousy job and customers are not number important. Corona Car Wash has lousy customer service and uses dirty rags to wipe up you car!!

I had the worst experience ever. I was traveling on the 91 and a truck kicked up a rock and shattered my rear window. Thank God!! my children were not hurt by the flying glass. The officer was very kind and suggested that i try this place to vac the glass out of the back seat. I stop in and asked the manager to help because i had a car full of children that was shaken up. He told me it would cost me $15 just to vac the glass from the back seat because his machines are not equipt for glass. It was my first and last experience. no, I didnt pay the money, very rude, will never return. I found another business that was very helpful and yes i will be doing business with them. Looking at the other reviews im so happy i didnt try the detailing. Please, let your friends know what a dump this place is and out to sucker people out of money when in need.

I took my car here for a detail today. When I picked it up there was a tear in the leather in the door. I brought it to the managers attention and he agreed it appeared to be a fresh tear. He then proceeded to walk away and after I tracked him down I asked for his name as well as the insurance companies or owners name and he as well as all of the staff refused to give me their names. I had to resort to taking a picture of him. They told me pretty much to go to hell and call the cops if I wanted to but they werent going to do anything about the damages. I see the owner has replied to comments here, I suggest he gets a hold of me or he can expect a letter from my lawyers by next week. DO NOT GO HERE! This place is SHADY and they will damage your car and then tell you tough crap.

I took my car for the first time to get a detail, and they ripped my mat from the front seat. I did the mistake and not going back to complain about the rip, since it was just the mat. Other than that I was pretty satisfied with the work. However a year later I go back for another detail and this time there is a tear on the drive seat. To make things worse my sister did the favor and take my car for me since I am out of town. The employee who did the work is arguing with her that it was already like that, and all they tell her is leave a letter for the owner. This is very unprofessional and the integrity of the company is up I the air. I hope me or my sister hear soon from the owner or someone that can direct this issue to the right place and get resolved.

Paid for the $23 wash only to have my car vacuumed and washed outside. When I asked to wipe down my center console the moron who washed it said I needed to get the 40 something dollar wash. I called as soon as I left and asked what the wash I purchased consisted of and mentioned everything this guy didnt do. The cashier said shed have the manager call me the next morning and its been over a month, dont waste your time or money. I basically paid $23 for a wash and a vacuum because my center console, my dash, door jams, the trunk of my Suv were left untouched.

I usually never write bad reviews but this one is necessary. I went in this morning to wash my Benz i had just put new window tint a couple of months ago and they scratched my drivers window tint they called the manager and they wouldnt take responsibility. Now the manage has me waiting on the business owners call back. It is so upsetting. i an sure id know if my window tint was scratched and i can swear it wasnt so i truly dont recomend this place due to lack of ownership.

My first time there got a luxury wash. Specifically asked if it included the dashboard shine, he said yes and asked what kind of air freshener I would like, I chose jasmine. Paid for a luxury wash 25 bucks, tipped the guy 10, and ended up with a basic wash. No shine and no air freshener. Never again. Why is it so difficult to receive what I paid for.
