I went to the car wash today and they locked my keys in the vehicle, while the air conditioner was on and the radio was blaring. I was surprised they didnt realize the engine was on when the radio was on, didnt make sense. I ended up being there for over an hour and a half with the radio draining the battery, I couldnt believe it. I understand there are human errors and keys being locked in happens, but the part I was the most unsatisfied with was the fact that the manager didnt know how to handle the situation and kept giving me excuses as to why the key got locked in the vehicle. I left completely angry! And all he could do was nothing! They need to pay attention to detail and learn people skills. Horrible, horrible customer service - I wont be going there again.

Stay away from this car wash. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. The Cashier was the rudest person Ive ever met. this Guy comes outside to argue with me because I started cleaning the front of my car myself because there was still dirt on the front of the hood after they were done. The manager /cashier said it doesnt look good for customers to clean the car. it was almost as if he wanted to pick a fight. I will never never never go back to this place and infact wil make sure I tell everyone I know never to go to this car wash. I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star. This place doesnt deserve that. And the manager/cashier needs to go.

First and last time there..$22 and $25 for my Camry and Mazda cx9..and thats not including the tip that the cashier pesters you for before the cars are even done.. What if Im not satisfied with the wash !!which I wasnt!!..And for that money they should at least remove the gum on the fender(which they didnt) from running over a wad some slob spit out on the street and the glue residue from the Carmax sticker on the back trunk..no offense to Carmax I give them 5 out of 5 stars..great to deal with by the way "see joey"..good guy..Anyway I was disappointed with Speedway Carwash they better step up their game...

Nightmare!!! I spilled some chia seeds in the back of my car. They did not even vacuum that. The guy did not even open the back door to wipe anything. I spilled formula on the back seat too - small stain and they are leather seats so one good wipe will clean it. Stain was still there, untouched when I left. Do not go to that place. It is a waste of money and time!

I wanted to give them negative star, they are the worst car wash I ever had. Instead of cleaning my car they ruined my seat cover. When I talked with manager he said I dont care and started cursing me for no reason. Very bad people not recommended at all. Waste of time and money, save your money and do it on your own.

I went there in Saturday late night day take me in even they were about to close, the guy was so polite, great office area, they gave me a great deal on detail. my girlfriend was so happy too. I have never seen my car that clean as you can see in the pictures. I recommend this place to everybody ! Turkish delight.

I had to return twice... my friend returned once... the manager was awful! Told us if it wasnt good enough to go somewhere else! Lack of labor... windshield dirty.. spots everywhere... dirt on the car and no air fresheners. thats their idea of clean.

Just left there. Spoke to the Manager about them leaving bird poop." SORRY IF IT DOESNT COME OFF IN THE WASH AREA, WE DONT SCRUB IT OFF"! I said, I bring it here to get it off! NEVER GOING BACK. ME AND MY NEW CAR WILL TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

I like their service and havent had any significant problems. As I usually expect with a car wash, the overall job is pretty good but not stellar. Youre best bet is touching up the detailed parts of your interior after theyre done.

Worst car wash I have been to. Very poor cleaning job; low quality products used or not applied correctly; and the prices for this kinds of crapy work is ridiculous. Not returning even for a free wash.

Akways had good experience with tgese guys. Fast effecient, no compkaints on the qyality if the work. Ran my car through twice on their own when they noticed a spot they missed. Will come back.

THEY SCRATCHED MY CAR! NEVER GO THERE. THE MANAGER AND WRITER ARE ARROGANT AND RUDE> THERE ARE SEVERAL REALLY GOOD CAR WASHES IN TOWN. THESE GUYS ARE TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST.
