This was a fantastic car wash and very thorough! It seems from the other negative reviews that it comes down to who you actually get washing your car. This was my first time going here and I guess I got lucky with a dedicated worker. I had driven my car cross country to NYC and back to California, 6 weeks and 8500 miles through ice and snow storms had caked on a lot of dirt and salt. I got the executive car wash on a Tuesday($3 off on Tuesdays) for a total of $26 after taxes. The car came out like new, everything wiped down thoroughly even the middle console, cup holders, sealings in the doors. The wait was long, took about an hour, but thats to be expected with how thorough my guy was. I do have a food stain on my drivers seat that they didnt get out, but again thats to be expected as thatll need some specialty cleaning materials. I definitely recommend this place, my Honda CR-V was cleaned very very well and will be using them each time I need a wash for myself or my girlfriends car.

I went in to get my 5,000 mile oil change with one of my cars. I found out later, the guy only used 3,000 mile oil change on that car. I went in to get coffee, which they serve to their customers and I asked the lady if I can get some coffee, she said not today because we only put 2 pots a day out for people. What does that mean? You are limiting to what you provide for your customers? Not to mention, the coffee costs them pennies compared to my $50 oil change, in which they cheated me on. By the way, it was 10:30 A.M when I asked for the Coffee, and she tells me, people dont drink coffee at this time, and we dont want to put new coffee because it will go to waste. OH REALLY? I am a customer, good luck finding more real customers with that attitude.

I came here to get the interior detailed, they told me it would take 4 hours. I walked home and got a call 2 hours later saying it was ready and they were closing due to over cast weather. I arrived to see the interior of my car not cleaned at all, they just covered the whole interior with armor all, did a quick surface vaccume leaving the sides and crevices covered in hair and dirt. My car was wet with armor all all weekend, I eventually had to redo it myself. Poor service no attention to detail, 150$ to cover my dirty interior with armor all and didnt even wipe the door jams and no air freshener lol. Very disappointed. Would not return. But that just my experience.

To say the service has dropped off is a understatement! They changed me for an extra quart of oil. I forgave that and then sent my wife to get her oil changed there. She upgraded to the better car wash and they didnt even do the windows or whip the dashboard!! When I tryed to call and speak to the manager they wouldnt let me and hung up and then refused to answer the phone after that. We will never go back there!!!

horrible place, Manager Kim says he has no idea what Im talking about,. They ruined the entire interior of my car. I saw the other posts, on here. They are all true, this place is BAD, the manager keeps acting stupid, or maybe he is. But I assure you I will get a lawyer to sue you here, If the other people didnt, I will, This is horrible. You have ruined my Mercedes.

Ive been coming here for a long time and have been happy with each wash. My last 3 washes have been very disappointing. Dont vacuum my back seats, have had no scent cleaned inside after requesting it, and small details that normally get taken care of are left unfinished. They rush to get you out of there, going to have to find a new place to go.

THE WORST car wash ever, they ruined the interior on my car, they are rude and they dont care. I think my lawyer will contact them soon !!! I dont care about the attitude, I care that they RUINED the interior of my car. THEY SCRATCHED it with something like metal. I GUARANTEE Ill have this place SHUT down shortly by the legal authorities.

Worst service ever. I asked for good service and I didnt care how much I paid, but they didnt even vacum my car right or put air freshener. I have so much on my carpet still. I had literally go back to back my car again after waiting so long

I will never return to this car wash. The guys that vacuum out your car are thieves. They told me they would get my phone and bring it to me but instead they took it and rushed off. They didnt clean my car out at all.

DO NOT GO HERE, this place is bad, the manager says a lot of bad words to people. I heard IT. aLSO THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB ON mY pORSCHE, THEY dented and scratched it, I am also suind them because of Kim.

Got one of the mid-range washes for ~$28. They did a great job of going over every surface of the interior of the car. For that price I would expect to see some corners cut, but my car looks great.

Always do a nice job with cleaning and washing inside and out. Its a little expensive, but Ive yet to find another local car wash as good as this one
