The facilities are a little less than desirable, the waster pressure is a little low and the brushes are too old and harsh. The water pressure I could make due with, but the brushes wont be touching my car. This would be OK, if the staff were not so rude and concerned with keeping the quarters flowing at the expense of customers getting their cars clean. I brought my own soap and bucket so I could use my own wash mit as opposed to the crappy brushes and I was told to leave because they dont allow the use of buckets. I was told that it was unfair to make people wait while I scrubbed my car with my mit and bucket, but the kicker is that there was not a single person waiting on me. The truth is, this facility has decided that they want you to pull up pump quarters in and leave as fast as possible. Im sure that is great for their profit but if you are the type of person who really wants to spend some time cleaning your car this is NOT the place for you. If on the other hand you just want to spray your car with a light pressure spray and leave, it might be what you are looking for. I would not recommend it.

Went to this self-serve carwash and used their machine for a little bit past 4 minutes just to meet their 4 minute requirement and the machine said that my credit card was charged two dollars and some change. NOT TRUE!! I was charged $12 just like the 2 previous reviews. I will definitely be calling my credit card company and the Better Business Bereau to dispute the charge and file a complaint! What kind of company doesnt have a person you can talk to on the phone?!?! Ridiculous!! If you must use this place, bring quarters!

This place has a terrible set up and the owner and dorky mechanic are the skinniest fat people Ive ever seen. Dont go there, they have crappy facilities, low water pressure and will overcharge you on your credit card. Also the owner has a terrible smell of Alcohol and looks very sloppy. The business must not do very well because the facilities are old and have never been upgraded.

i hate the automatic drive through car washes around Orange County. You cruise out only to find remnants of the bird crap and pollen stains still on your hood. This is the spot I was looking for! Self wash with the spray gun and brush. A shady carport to pull into while you dry your car off to avoid those pesky water spots. As far as car washes go, this place fits the bill

This place is great always, clean and the owner really cares about keeping the place operational. Cameras are great especially if you need to look back at any type of activity and comforting knowing you are safe. I also have recognized that it gives a great power wash, and always will return, this place is a hidden treasure for Mission Viejo, and Ladera Ranch

I used moved to Mission Viejo and this is my first time using a car wash around. This was my first choice since it is the closest from my house. The washer machine is not strong enough to remove all the dirt from my car and the dryer is not good as well. 8 dollars is expensive enough to spend it in a terrible machine like this one.

(Warning) This car wash has the no costumer services at all! When you used car wash machines it over charge you, especially if you paid with your debit or credit card. I have tried to call management however I have been unsuccessful, no luck. Warning Warning ( Dont used Your credit or Debit they will over charge you).

Cheaper than most other self service car washes. I usually put in around $10-15 in quarters at these places but here I did the same and ended up with an extra 15 minutes. The guy behind me in line was happy

This is the second time I used my credit card for a wash, shut the time off at $3.05 and my cc bill reads $12. How many get banged the max $12 and never catch it on the statement. You have been warned.

This is the best car wash close to home.You have self serve or DIY. Spacious high powered vacuum , with wet rag wringer , atm & coin changer. Also next to tire and car repair shop. A great location!

This Car Wash is great. You can do a great job washing your car and it only costs about $5 for ten minutes of time. They take credit cards so you dont have to fuss with quarters!
