I have been going to this car wash location for many years, and this morning I thought I would take my truck to get washed rather than me doing it myself. When I arrived at the car wash the salesman convinced me to get my truck hand waxed with a car wash that included the inside and outside. Well to my disgust, the work was completed faster than normal which made me question the service rendered. To my surprise the car was washed very superficially with road grime still on the hood, grill, head lights and all over the truck. Inside the truck it was even worse, it was left with dust on most surfaces and the floor mats where left dirty. When they delivered the truck to me I started to point out the areas they had missed and the workers and their supervisor stated that they had done what the service required. I had them call over the salesman and they proceeded to clean a little more (still left sub-par). There was no apology for the sub-par work, in fact I got the feeling they had no regrets how they had treated me. Also to my regret, I noticed some of the workers bad mouthing me in Spanish. To say the least, I am very disappointed with the service I was rendered. I will not be using this place to clean my truck or cars any longer!

This place sucks! I bought a pre-paid coupon book of 10 Car Washes for $144.90 and was told they wouldnt honor the coupons since they didnt have a "rubber stamp" on the back. When I told them that this was not my problem, the owner made it appear that it was. He was insinuating that I went out and got the coupon book printed and was trying to get free car washes. I tried to reason with him saying this might have been an error by one of his staff, but he said that never happens. Anyway, I went home printed out my credit card statement and showed him the charge. He never apologized and offered me 2 free car washes, at which point I told him that I never wanted to set foot in his car wash again since he had a really bad attitude. Bottom line - they are a bunch of bungling morons, who think they are very efficient!

Paid $40 for the special, but apparently that didnt include any sort of wiping down of the interior. They said it did, but I still have dust all over the dash and interior of my car. The door panels are still dirty where shoes have left marks from getting in and out, so besides that and the layer of dust on the dash, radio and cluster, what I really got was a vacuum and exterior wash. The $12 hand wash, basically for $40. The cars outside looks great, so Ill go back for the hand wash, but forget paying for any sort of interior wipe down. Should have stuck to the reviews, but of course I tried to give it a chance. So disappointed!!

This experience was bad. Do not go to this establishment. I went in for a car wash. The guy talked me into a mini detail with many promises they did not keep. They did not touch the inside, only vaccuumed and not very well. They left the car dirty with streaks and dirt on sides and inside truck bed. When I spoke with Wess, the owner or manager, he argued with me. I said do not offer a service if you cannot do what you promise. This is no way to run a business. All I wanted was a car wash. I did not ask to be lied to and taken advantage of.

Always a great experience. I get my oil changed and car washed here. The manager is a great guy- I left a spare tire sitting outside of their garage after they patched it for me. Proceeded to forget about it and when I realized (three weeks later), called up and he said he had it waiting in his office for me!

My first experience was decent. My second trip they talked me into upgrading to a hand wax and express detail service. $50 later the car was not clean inside or out. The inside wasnt even wiped down. I had to ask them to at least wipe down the dash. I live around the corner but Ill never go there again.

They did a terrible job... $17.99 for a basic wash... They wrap it up in 10 min. Inside was still dirty and outside was nor much better... Dont waste your money, a gas station automatic car wash would be the same...

I had to tell the person who dried my car he missed several spots. BTW my car is a very small car Minni Cooper. For the amount I paid for my car wash, $26, I was quite disappointed.

They do a good job. I go here because I can get my Oil Changed and Car washed in one place, at one time. They are a little slow, but there is a nice outdoor sitting area to wait.
