WARNING!! The management and ownership of this business is very unethical. I took my SUV for a car wash and their employee broke my drivers seat control panel when drying the top of my car. It was dangling out the side of my seat when I got my vehicle back and it was bent and jammed so badly that I could not use the switch to move my seat forward to the position I had it in before entering the car wash. I could not reach the gas pedal to drive out of the car wash. After arguing with the owner and the manager for over an hour I finally thought to get the employee that vacuumed my car. He confirmed that the switch was operable when he had the car. He said he moved it forward and back and that it was not broken or hanging out of the side of the seat. He even went with me to talk to the owner but the owner would not let him talk and ordered him to go back work. Clearly my seat was operable when I arrived but they would not help me in any way. I had to call the Sheriffs to come out and make a report and the sheriff helped me rig my switch to move my seat back so I could drive home. So sad that the wonderful city of Rancho Cucamonga has a business like this. I really try to support businesses in this city but this is one that will NEVER get my business again. Terrible car wash to boot and I paid for the most expensive one.

This place is a great spot to get your car washed. Its fairly quick and theres always lots of people getting their cars washed too! They have seating inside for especially hot days, as well as shaded seating outside for cooler ones. Their washes will get your car clean and without hard water spots afterwards. Unfortunately, the price is significantly higher than most car wash locations. They also provide in car air fresheners, depending on the wash you paid for but the scent is very weak and doesnt last very long. I got the pina colada scent and within two days I could no longer smell it. Their air fresheners seem to simply be a piece of paper dipped in some scent solution which they just toss in your driver side floor area and leave for you to remove later. I didnt find this to be an ideal solution and was disappointed by it. They also dont provide tire shine at the lower price points which other car washes do regularly and find it a little price gougey to pay additionally for that. However, the rest of the wash is great and I usually end up shining my tires myself back home. For these reasons, I give this place a 4/5. If they provided tire shine or better air fresheners for the lower priced washes, it would get a 5/5 from me.

Im from out of state and was looking for a place to run my Rover through the wash to get the dust off. The wash by my house charges 10 bucks for a regular wash. When I saw 12.99 I figured that was about right for California. I was under the impression that I would drive through, they would wipe it off, and I would be on my way. I was obviously surprised when they asked me to get out of the car and go pay inside. I reminded the guy that I just payed for their basic wash and he informed me that the basic wash included the inside of the car. What really impressed me was the time spent on my car. Back home, if I want a wash that includes the outside and the inside I usually spend 20-30 bucks and the job is always so so as they only spend maybe 10 minutes. They spent a good 30 minutes vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning the inside and the outside of my car. I was so impressed that I came back the next day with my other car to have the carpets cleaned. Once again, I was very impressed with the attention to detail, especially for the price. I will be frequently this place a lot over the next few months. I dont know if I will ever find a better bang for my buck.

Ive been going here for a couple years and always have the car hand washed (Challenger). Last week I did the usual and went home and parked it in the garage. Late one afternoon a couple days later we noticed that it looked like someone had poured soapy water all over it and let it dry. I did not notice this in the daylight when I left. I went back yesterday and the owner looked it over and at first was not going to charge me for a rewash until he supervised the new wash and dry and called me over and said, see there is nothing here. I said yea, duh it was done right this time. Bottom line he made me pay for the wash and lost a loyal customer. He said a good wax would prevent that from happening again. Told him that I had just had them wax it and he told me that the express wax ($20 extra) that I had done was only good to make it shine. I needed a hard wax. I asked why I wasnt offered that, he said its around $80 and customers dont want to pay it. I told him I should have been offered and let me decide it I want it or not. Too bad he is not a good business owner, $20 cost him a good customer.

Unfortunately, the quality has gone down hill. My third row seat wasnt vacuumed at all. Loads of sand, was still on the seat and floor. I was totally shocked. I ended up having to vacuum it myself, which defeats the purpose of getting a professional carwash! I didnt have time to take it back. I had people to pick up! I called and the first person was extremely kind. She told me to call in the morning and arrangements would made. I called the next day and another person answered and was extremely rude! She put another extremely rude person on the phone, who basically did not believe me. This is my first bad review of a business, but brutal honesty is warranted. People should think twice or do a look over at this carwash before leaving. So unfortunate, that some people do not take pride in their work at this place.

Rather expensive for full detailing, better pricing available down by the Mills. Regular car wash was good though, didnt take too long even though it was rather busy. Update: Lowered the star rating from 3 to 2. Went here again and got a mid-range wash (~30 bucks with tip). I asked for lemon air freshener, they gave me cherry. Whatever rag they used to wipe the interior of the windows had oil or some sticky residue on it. They vacuumed the interior but missed a large area by the gearshift and center console. Apparently, with the wash I purchased, they were supposed to do some sort of treatment on my tires, which the supervisor had their worker do real quick after I had already tipped and picked up my keys. If it werent for convenience sake, I dont think Id come back here.

I dont really have a carwash near me, and this is the one I choose every time, since it first opened. The price: reduce it by 10% because every 11th wash is free. And they track it for you. Ive never had anything less than a good carwash and never had anything missing from the car. This may not be an issue for you, but I appreciate the ease and safety of the exit. There are other carwashes that exit straight into a somewhat blind spot in a busy road. Not this one. The store and waiting areas are clean and comfortable. The cashiers and cleaners are neat and friendly. The wait is generally not long; you feel like progress is being made on your car all along. Sunday and winter hours are 8–5. Regular hours are until 6. Thanks! Ill be back!
