This is a pretty decent car wash for this area. This is where I normally go. It has a normal pull up area that list the different Services they provide and the prices. The guy gives you your ticket and you walk in the door to pay. Inside they have various things you can buy to eat or for your car plus they also have three massage chairs which helps pass time. They might want to use the AC a little more often inside and clean the skylight. The main waiting area out front is ok but tends to get kind of Sunny there without a lot of cover especially in the afternoon. This place does decent service so I would say its slightly pricey. Also I try to get air freshener every time and Im sure I paid for it yet they seem to be either very cheap with the air freshener or sometimes even skip it altogether which means Im paying for something and not getting it.... which includes this time I didnt see any sign of any air freshener smell inside the car. All in all if you have the money then this place is probably the place you want to go if youre local to this area.

NIGHTMARE !!!! I came in had my car washed and completely detailed inside and out... Complete waste of time and money. Washed my car on Monday... The worker did not clean the rims, he left them filthy !! Water spots all over due to fact that after the car is washed and it is left to sit for about 10 to 15 minutes before someone finally starts on it. By this time the car has completely dried w water spots everywhere. This place is a rip ! What made this whole ordeal even worse, I washed my car on a Monday, and Tuesday AND Wednesday it rained !! I called and spoke with a women who refused to give me a rain check because it must be in a 24 hour period . This is policy. I asked for the Manager who was even more belligerent.. I explained how I understand the 24 hour policy period... but in my case this does not apply as it rained 48 hours off and on and they were closed. One word... Idiots !!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE TO WASH YOUR CAR... Mission Viejo car wash is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Paid $50 for full service hand Wax. That should include wash,vacuum and cleaning the interiors. Well my interiors are dusty, my carperts are still dusty and the inside my doors sides still dirty. I also told them to put wax on my headlights yes they did, but only one headlight got cleaned and waxed. Now i have to go back. The only reason why i went to this place bec they closed at 6pm. But other than after i go back today and point it out how sloppy and dirty their work is i will not go back here. Its a waste of money and time. Oh, dont say that its busy no. Their are 4 people wiping my car and pretending cleaning it. So please $50 worth of full crap service. Go somewhere else.

spent $40 on a car wash, it was a complete waste of money. I got it back looking exactly the same. the inside of the car still had mud on the doors the carpet wasnt very clean and there was still dust on the dash, they didnt even touch the dash. this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a car wash. i will never be coming back again, I didnt go there to wash my own car later.

Horrible, long lines car still has dirt. Windows were not cleaned well either. I will never give this place my money again. Place is showing its age and needs to be torn down and redone correctly. Employees walking around like there is no game plan.

$60 for a hand wax. Complet waste of money it was the same as a wash. If you use this car wash just use them for a wash. They are awful at detailing
