My first time here. Brought my car in late Sunday morning, the car came out of the wash and my wheels still looked dull and dirty from the brake dust. I asked the guy who gave me my car wash slip if they clean the wheels and he replied that they do. I brought him to my car where it was being dried and ran my finger across the outer surface of the rim, my finger tip was black. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed acid to wash of the brake dust, I firmly disagreed and told him that was the first time my car ever came out of a car wash with dirty wheels. Keep in mind this car is babied and always parked in the garage, as well it also is driven less than 200 miles a month on average. They didnt even get all the water off the car during the finishing process. I have been to all the car washes in Laguna Niguel and they all do a relatively decent job. This place is hands down a waste. Save your money and go to a touch free drive through car wash, you will probably end up with a cleaner vehicle.

Took my gfs car here today for the first time ever. While everything was fine w the wash, except they barely spent any time cleaning the interior, the full service interior attendant snapped her hanging Rosary dis attaching the cross. Instead of telling us about it as her 1st language is Spanish, a couple of the guys were acting weird when we gave them $5 tip. Right when we were about to drive off one of the guys handed the broken piece to her and said nothing not even sorry. This is unacceptable to not properly address this by the employee getting a manager involved. I wanted to speak with Mgmt but my gf was so upset she just wanted to leave. Brutal experience at this car wash 7/30/17 3:20pm as the Rosary was a special gift from her family.

The worst place ever its not even worth it to spend my time to write a review but I have to because I dont want anyone to get treat the way how I did, I did cancel the membership with this shity place and they refused to give me my money back they dont even do good job there when I went to talk to the manager to ask him to cancel the charge and get me my money he said hit your head with the wall and I hope I dont see your face here again they think thats a customer service I dont want anyone to get treated the way how I get treated disrespectful and low low class they dont even deserve one star and specially they have to change that manager he doesnt know nothing about customer service or how to treat client...

Was not impressed with anything about this car wash. Paid $26 for top level wash. I did not see anything positive that stood out and would make me return. After the wash, there was one guy that looked like he actually wanted to clean the car. Unfortunately, that guy was not the one cleaning my car. The guy did not do a good job drying my car and cleaning the interior. After I found dirt marks on the seat and dirt on the carpets. I dont really have anything positive or negative to say. It was at par with other car washes. For a few extra bucks you can go somewhere and have it hand washed.

I have been going to this car wash for a long time. Always buy gas there as they are always the best price around. The staff is really friendly and professional and the store is really well stocked with anything you might want. I really go there though for the wash. Its all hand washed and in my experience they are always very thourough and quick. I know some of the staff by name and they always make me feel very appreciated. I always recommend this wash to my friends.

Good self wash place with strong vaccum and supplied drying towle. With monthly payment, you can have unlimited wash. I go there twice a week. The drawback is the machine wash itself. It uses swing heavy cloth to pound on the widows and body. 20k cars are ok but 100k cars not. Hope they have the jet spray only type. Also the tire rail is a bad design. If not on the center of it, may rub the tires and scratch the body.

Got a full service. After the guys cleaning the car, they just walked away without even letting me know its done and I was standing right next to the car. The interior was still so much dust and water spots on the seat after car wash that I had to take the dirty towel to clean it myself. The front window still had many spots that were not cleaned. No good service in general.

What a freakn rip off! Dont go there for wash! They ask you if you want a car wash at the pump stand.. They tack on $10 to get a measly spray wash, exterior was only... Then they make you pay another $9 for the interior! What kinda crap carwash place is this?! Total of $19 for a wash that normally cost $14 everywhere else,, WITHOUT ALL THE BULL$HIT....

My car didnt look very clean when I got it home and a really annoying employee followed me around from pre-car wash to vacuum. Literally opened my car door and let himself in while I was vacuuming. Tapping on my window when I got out the wash. Not cool

Drove my car up, told the guy what I wanted, went into the convenience store to pay, sat outside for about 15 minutes (they have a nice shaded / fanned seating/waiting area) and it was done. Exactly what I had hoped for and my car came out clean. :)

Rating for the drive thru car wash: Pretty on par with all other drive throughs. Never gets my cars completely clean, even paying for the mildly expensive deal. Free vacuums at the end to use, a plus though!

Wash club for just $12.95 per month. Great deal to always have a clean car! The dryer is okay, but I just bring a towel to finish it off while I use their (powerful) free vacuums.

Not the best cleaning you could have, unless you are willing to revise every single detail around the car before you take it, and have them go over it one more time for you

Not often that You get more than you bargain for! I was quoted at $60 for a wash plus shampooed carpets and got a wash plus pretty much a full interior detail for $50
