This place just sucks. My entire family avoids this car wash; they are sloppy, overpriced, barely touch the interior at all, and the manager is one of the worst business owners I have encountered. The manager is quite possibly one of the most rude and insulting people I have ever met... When I very politely and nicely brought up the fact my interior still had crumbs on the seat, he told me I could not read. I cant make this stuff up, Im still flabbergasted. I legitimately feel bad for his employees; if thats the way he speaks to customers, I dont even want to think about how he speaks to his employees. This dude spends more time responding to Yelp reviews than actually managing and helping his guests. Take a look on Yelp, youll see what Im talking about. Trust me, you are much better off going to the hand car wash in RSM or even the $6 RSM shell station drive through wash.

Yesterday I arrived early, I was the first in the lane I was in. I watch them drive my car to the washer....then watched them wipe down/dry the outside. Then the guy in a red shirt drove my car to get the carpets cleaned. I was there an hour...I went to inquire about my car and was told they had bad news....My tide was FLAT! (they did not notified me) The first guy told me "it could have happened anywhere. What? They were driving my car...we look more at the tire...there was a piece of glass! The Manger was nice, but her hads were tied. She asked me what I wanted. I shook her hand and said thank you for listening. I told her "I did not want anything free...I will not returned. =( She gave me her card.

Spent 45$ on some BS package. It included a wash and "wax" and interior cleaning. I just spent the past 25 minutes cleaning my wheels because they only cleaned off the lip of the wheel and not the actual spokes.. The interior was not cleaned at all aside from the grass and little dirt that was on the floor mat was now on my non vacuumed carpet. None of the scuff marks were even attempted to be cleaned off. I took a paper towel to them when I got home and they came right off. The truck bed wasnt even touched. Lazy employees and I will never go back there. Spent 45$ for them to spray my truck with a hose. Still pissed off

I have used this car wash numerous times. Recently I purchased a new car so after the wash I have inspected it more. The last three times I had it washed they returned my car to me with water streaks, and caked on bird droppings. The time before today they let my car sit in the hot sun for 20 minutes before ever drying it. It was streaked and still dirty. I mentioned it to the man who takes your order, he could care less. I definitely will not be going back again.

Havent had a car for awhile but I used to take my black svt cobra here and never had a thing to complain about! But just took my gfs car here for a wash and hand wax. Will NEVER TAKE A CAR HERE AGAIN! First time I watched them go over the car with just detail spray and then claim it was waxed and done...then they actually waxed it! And it still had multiple dirt spots(now covered by wax...) So now I have to claybar and re wax!!!! Thanks for nothing....

They dont do a good job of cleaning windshield and dead bugs on the front of the vehicles... Also the wait is mostly too long... I would put up with the wait if they would at least clean the bugs and windows correctly..... Ive given them 3 chances over the last month and the same unacceptable result every time... Asked for a manager and no one was available

Got the "best value" car wash and the quality of the wash was above most car washes and for ~$19.00 I would expect it to be. The waiting area was very simple and there was plenty of outdoor seating while you wait. There is a car audio store within the car wash checkout area as well as a clothing shop which is a very strange combination.

Service continues to go down hill. I have been a customer for many years, but the job quality on their car washes continues to be significantly down. Wiping down the cars takes way to long, normally guys are just talking rather than Wiping. Everything is just brushed over, even with a lead "quality checking" the work is not done right..

I dont understand why I paid $25.99 and my car is still dirty on the inside. I could have paid $1 at shell and would have done a better job vacuuming. Also my interior is still filthy even though I bought the luxury wash. Really disappointing since they were not even busy so they could have taken a little more time.

I have used this car wash place for a lot of times. Every time I got a car wash there I always had to go home to vacuume and wipe the interior of my car again. I came back a few more times and hopefully they would improve. I complained to the manager on site but he did not seem to care. Now I stopped going there.

Little care given to the quality of work. Interior still dirty, exterior they didint even try to remove the bird droppings and then tried to give some excuse about how it wont come off. Very disappointed at the lack of effort. They seem more interested in selling everything except a quality car wash.

The line was absolutely atrocious. I asked the guy cleaning the cars politely about it so I could plan accordingly and he accused me of trying to cut in line!!!! Be warned, horrible service here.

You have to hit this place at the right time if you want to get in and out. If theres a long line, you might as well walk down to Starbucks and get a coffee.

Gone here for years! Its a very good wash - not perfect but consistently good. Other car washes around tend to be hit or miss with quality.
