I used to patronize this establishment weekly, the last two owners have changed this with their greed. The wait is unacceptable, often two to three hours, they have ZERO consideration for the customers time as the owner is too cheap to hire more help though theyve been told numerous times additional employees are needed. Often I just go someplace else because the wait is too long. The first owner John was awesome, the last two since are just greedy, one was even fined by the state of California for not paying its workers their deserved overtime, additionally theyve been raising the prices and wait time while lowering the service level for the customer.

I know this Car Was got some good reviews. But this car was has scratched my car for the second time. I know they dont use micro fiber towels or such but its so close to my house I couldnt resist going again. The first time I noticed a bunch of scratch marks on the inside of my door handles. The second time I took it in on Saturday and there was a large area of scratch marks near my passenger side front door. They clearly scratched my car as it is brand new. I should have known better but if you do decide to go I hope you have better luck than I did. Be warned!

I have been going to car wash places for over 30 years and the only establishment that beats this car wash is a mobile detailer who comes to your house or business. I always get the riverbend deal and pay approximately $22 before tip. The quality of both the wash and the workers who do the final drying and cleaning are top notch. It does get really crowded on occasion because of their great location in Yorba Linda and the quality of their service. I usually go early on Sunday or Tuesday morning as that is typically the slowest time for them.

My first time here. Exceeded my expectations by far. It was 100° on Friday 7-22-16 but this didnt hinder the awesome effort the attendant made as he dried my truck and then hand applied a clear coat protection. I drive a large Chevy Silverado and he had to work on a step stool to reach the top and windows. He even hosed out the truck bed. He was so good that I doubled my normal tip. Ill be back for sure.

If you have time, this is the place to go in Yorba Linda. Far better than Anaheim Hills Car Wash. They do a terrific job on all vehicles. Mine is black and its important to get all of the waater from every crevice to ensure there is no streaking when you leave. They take the time to go over the vehicle over and over again to ensure its cleaned well. No one in the area does as good a job.

Worst car wash ever waited 20 minutes and they didnt start vacuuming my car yet said it would take over an hour to wash a car ask for a refund cashier got indignant started cursing and some Middle Eastern language avoid this place

I have used Neatly twice now for a level 1 detail & happy with the results. My car is fairly clean & very low miles so it doesnt require much. Service is always good, fast & reliable. Overall great job!

Been going here for a few years. Good price for a quick and reasonable quality car wash. If you need professional detailing I would suggest you look elsewhere though.
