Waste of my time and money. Apparently in Chino there is no understanding of a clean car. And also apparently there is an excellent understanding of piss poor job and overcharge. I dont know if they are lazy, stupid, dont care about thier job or all three. I tool my truck to be washed and it was washed: it was washed and cleaned with the same effort that mother nature did last time it rained. There was no effort to clean my truck beb as debris and leaves still remain there, my dashboard is dirty though they gave it a once over. I am assuming the once over is as good as a 1year old baby cleans themselvess. If I have to stand there to second guess everything the "professional car washers" do, then I am better of doing it myself or filming it and sending it to "Punked" for a sketch. I asked the workers why they did not clean my truck bed and they replied "you did not tell us". With a straight face they told me that. If it would not be my money flown out the window I guess it would funny. So if you go there expect a half ass job, incompetent staff, terrible mangement and liars and high prices. I paid $25 for their "best deal" , but it was not worth 25 cents.

I went to this place to get my oil changed. Went home and within a day or two...oil on the driveway. I went back again and told them and they supposedly fixed it. A couple of months later it starts to leak oil again. I took it to a different place and the mechanic that I trust stated that they not only stripped the oil plug but they also stripped the oil pan so I had to replace both. When I went back to see what they would do for me, they said they would do nothing. I wouldnt trust this place to change oil or to wash my car! They stink!

I just passed by on my bike and they floored the gas in the parking lot and hit me on the street while riding by, they then got out and yelled at me telling me to get out of the way in spanish, as they didnt speak any english. I went in to complain, telling them I wouldnt sue, but they should be more careful, and then almost had the same thing happen on the way back, where the detail guy flipped me off! I seriously have no idea how they are in business.

That David Ramos guy sounds like a tool. Sounds like a little man Driving a truck.This place does an excellent job every single time. Their clay bar deal is great and leaves the car feeling new. They even have a complete interior cleaning for like $80. I dropped a cup of Jack n coke and they got the smell out great. Plus you can eat at riverside grill while your car is cleaned

Very convenient, have all of my cars oil changed here and love the FREE car wash that comes with it, not to mention I can get a bite to eat at the Riverside Grille while I wait for my car. The staff is very attentive and our cars always come out very nice, I would recommend it!

They only vacuumed was poor specially under my seats. All I saw was they dry the outside and put dressing in the tires. I got the Midas touch;paid 23.99 I dont think is worth. I always do it at chino hills but today tried here but I was very disappointed.

Had to wash car twice cause they half assed it the first time..then when I get to my car see that the rear view mirror is broken...they tried to blame the fault on me saying it was already broken...luckily the manager is gonna fix it...they better...

Excellent car wash. Draw back is when busy there is a long wait for your car to be dried. Pretty through and tipping is not required though desired. They also ooffer well priced by hand options from hand wash, hand wax, to interior cleanings.

Yes, I Highly Recommend Soft touch carwash for any of there services At soft touch car wash went far beyond what I expected making sure that every window and every square inch of surface of my car was squeaky clean.

Always do an excellent job here. Prices are good and my car looks wonderful. The detail section was running slow so they gave me 20 off without asking. Free car wash with oil and lube too.

i once went in for hand wax on my car and when they were done there were unwiped waxes here and there. i think they need to pay more attention to detail than just numbers.

Didnt know they hand wash cars, so they hand washed, vacuumed, and waxed my car. Very good job, better than the guy who details my car. Will definitely be back!!!

Take forever to dry my car; the water marks are visible all over the body of the car; they never vacuum the trunk of my car; 1 star to relieve my frustration .
