I use to bring my car here long time ago and they did great idk if they lost touch to there quality of work but i was disappointed this visit. Brought my car here for a gold wash and there attention to detail wasnt there anymore, they tell me my car is done. I walk up to it and i find sticky residue on the back passenger side door. I bring it to there attention and they clean it, but once i get home i see the roof still has spots of dirt you can see were they wiped and were they didnt. I hope management gets a better hold of there workers and have them pay more attention to there work. It can get busy i understand but the customers are the ones who bring that busy business. If you loose quality you loose clients. I have been a long time customer but ill just keep taking my car to the toyota dealership for a VIP car wash. They charge the same and do an excellent job.

I am an existing customer for this car wash for many years, in the past they provided good service. Last weekend I was there to get my car wash, unfortunately I had terrible experience. 1: Employees are Careless, they do not care about this business neither their customer’s vehicle. 2: I asked for specific car wash, but I did not get the wash I requested. Some reason on that day I decided to watch my carwash, it caught my attention that I did not get what I would pay for. I complained at the register they gave me a discount. I am upset because it was not about the discount, it is about trust. After what happened with me and what I saw with another customer’s car, I did not feel secure anymore. Hopefully management will pay more attention to retain their customers. Thanks

Really disappointed with customer service, brought our truck in for wash and wax for $50. Went in and joined their club so that I could save my 10% and cashier told me there its no savings off of hand waxes, so Im sitting there waiting when I see a sign that says I should have received 10% off. I go back up to cashier and she then tells me that you dont save off your first service. I dont think she knows what shes talking about. Also, while typing this another customer just complained that he car received no wax when going through the wash. So I guess if you come here make sure to watch closely that you get what you pay for.

I took a little SUV here for a wash and hand wax early on a Sunday. They were not busy at all. The $50 bucks spent was a total waste! They backed the car into an alcove where I could only see the hood. I watched as the guy applied wax to the buffing pad and made the hood look good. He didnt touch the rest of the SUV. When I got home (after tipping the guy $5) I realized there were still tree and fly specs on the rest of the car. When I contacted Mario to complain and more than willing to accept store credit he hung up on me. Dont waste your time and money here. Go to a quality car wash! I thought I was..

Came back from camping in Big Bear, my son got sick on the way down in the car. Car was dirty on the outside and now really messed up on the inside. I had serious doubts there was anyway this was getting out of the cloth seats. Went straight to Norco Hills Car Wash when we got back into town. Had the Ultimate Exterior and Interior package and left it for the afternoon. Went back at closing and they were able clean everything out. Mario, I really appreciate the service and work you and your team have provided me and my family over the years. Well see you guys next time!

Horrible service.I dont think they even deserve a star. This is the first and last time I come here. I paid $35 for my car to get washed and cleaned and it didnt. The car was still dusty on the dash watermarks on the windows,windows were dirty. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere. The staff and manager was very rude. Were the paying customers and to be treated like thier doing it for free is not fair. I should have read the reviews and done my homework before coming to this place.

Was a customer for years, we own 5 cars. The last time i had my Mercedes washed it came out of the wash and when the outside person started to wipe it down the Mercedes star on the hood fell down, it was not his fault since he barley touched it, we called the manager and he told me it must have been broken before, yeah right and it stayed on trough the whole wash. He had such a bad attitude and was very rude, so we wont go back.

Best car wash place Ive been all ways took really good care of me and the staff always remembered me didnt even have to tell them what i wanted and gave me a military discount on a oversized truck which was a really good deal....truck was alway super clean and there reward program is really good....moved to Chino hills and its to far now.....3 years of great service thanks guys

I like this place. One of the guys here knows us and goes out of his way to make us feel welcome. I know they keep track of us by our license plate numbers, but thats not what Im talking about. Not 5 stars cause like most car wash places (at least the ones I been too) the quality of the car wash can be hit or miss sometimes.

Took my car in for a car wash and it wasnt the best work. All the windows in my car were left with water spots and nothing was wiped down on the inside of the car after we specifically asked them too. And yes we did pay for all this to be done and be taken care of but I guess they just do whatever they want there.

The car wash is great, I take my car as well as my moms every week. The price is good and the staff are all extremely nice. Every now and then there are still spots on the car or they might forget scent, but obviously not every single time will be perfect. Its overall a great car wash! I would recommend it.

The most friendly car wash I have ever been to. Car came out looking amazing, no streaks, no issues afterwards. Interior dressing was just what I wanted, cleaned up very well. Normally I go home and use my own interior dressing, but not anymore! Great work guys, will be brining my other vehicle here.

I have a black car and purchased the VIP $50 per month. They are fast and I can come as often as needed. All the employee are well trained and friendly. My car always looks great in about 30 minutes. I have also had them detail inside and out of my cars. ttell price is fair and they did a great job.

I usually have bad experience with these types of places, and that didint change with these guys. Visible dirt all over the hood,subpar vacuum job and they reuse the same wash mits over and over again resulting in scratches. If you have a fairly new car and actually care about it avoid this place.
