Up until today, I was satisfied with this car wash. I recently became handicap due to surgery and felt it was the perfect solution for me during this time. I did start to notice that the handicap space provided on the property for people that wish to further dry their vehicle was always taken by people that did not display a Handicap plate or placard. So, today I decided to say something. I was told by one employee that that person would not be parked there by the time I exited the car wash. When I exited the car wash the person was still in the space. I proceeded to take a picture and the person just laughed. This after another employee had asked them to move. They must of known each other because they were shaking hands as I was exiting the car wash. I went to talk to this same employee who told me that they allow their customers to park there, customers who have no handicap plate or placard and that he had asked the man to move and he had said NO and there was nothing he could do. Really .... Are you serious??? So, my question is " Why even have a handicap space available if you are in violation most of the time?" I did leave my telephone number for a manager call back, which I did receive. I also called Ontario PD who did come out but, did not ticket the guy. Go figure!! This is a Express Car wash with a Handicap space for those who wish to park and further dry off their vehicles. So, if you are handicap and have no need to further dry off your vehicle, then this Car Wash is ideal. However, if you do wish to utilize this space, Beware the space may me taken by a NON HANDICAP person. I canceled my membership after I got home.

They have good reviews other than few people complaining about their car being scratched...so I ignored those negative reviews and went here. I drive a black Audi A8 and the scratches are very obvious, will try to upload picture if I can. They have good customers service, and friendly people, but it wasnt worth it considering what happened to my car. Wouldnt recommend it. Specially if you have a black car, there are plenty of hand wash places that are safer...go to any of it. I got the lava my car was still dirty and all I got was tons of scratches...again think about going to a handwash place the quick service isnt worth the damages

Yea so if you have some sort of dispute or need to talk to an employee... there only one parking spot... the handicapped spot. So if you get screwed over you pretty much need to either accept your fate or risk being ticketed for parking in the handicapped spot since thats the only place you can go to park. Also make sure to bring a towel, the blow dry doesnt dry all the liquid on your car. Employees seem to care though. Ill give them that.

I honestly dont understand most of the complaints? Theres no parking?....if I was paying $20 then maybe. The prices are great for how the machine washes your vehicle. Its not a pressure wash...it has brushes. If you want a detailed service or want the blower to remove all the water....go to a hand carwash, pay more money and wait a good 30-40 min. This is an "EXPRESS" car wash....and a good one.

If I could give no stars I would this is a carwash I was pleased with until an incident happened in February the employee Joseph would have his boss call me regarding the incident and its now 4/15 and still no call. Very poor care for customers. Lost I good customer went here to wash my car since it opened, but not even an apology for the incident. I hate this place so much now!

Excellent car wash. I go all the time right there and my car gets clean for a reasonable price. The employees are really friendly and helpful. Even tho they dont have the free car wash, you can do the cheap carwash and upgrade it to receive the Lava one for a lower cost. Just ask the person thats helps there. 100% recommended to everyone.

I use to go here all the time, I went today and had the worst car wash ever, I thought Id get my wifes car washed and when I got home , I noticed the whole left side looked untouched, the back window and whole rear fo the car is still filthy, it doesnt even look like it was touched. I dont know what happened to this car wash, but I wont go back.

Love the wash! But, it would be helpful to have someone directing traffic, because I am often cut off when needing to turn left to get in. Today, to get ahead, people were going around the line, through the exit to get in the first lane, this blocked people from exiting the car wash, which is a huge safety hazard.

I really really like this car wash. The only reason I am giving four out of five stars is that there is no free vaccum at this car wash, and the standard carwash doesnt get rid of all the dirt on my car. I have a monthly membership and I upgrade when I can to the lava wash. That wash is a five star!

I had my membership and my car came out dirty in the front I asked to go through again (when I started my membership the guy told me I could go again if I wasnt satisfied ) and they didnt like it, so I paid for the second one and cancelled membership. .. very disappointed with the service

This carwash is so cool. I signed up for the texting service and they send great specials and discounts. In addition, I can buy the $7 wash and come back within 48 hours and get the SAME WASH again for free. I definitely recommend this carwash for any type of car.

The car wash is fine but there are no vacuums. The price is the same as locations with vacuums. Most cases, I want to vacuum my car at the same time, since vacuums are usually free of charge, at the majority of express car washes.

Love this place, fast In and out with reasonable price. My favorite is they provide damp towel for you to wipe your car. But lack of space to park and wipe is the reason of 4 stars. Otherwise this would be a 5 stars car wash!

I like that you can order a wash that gives you a 50% discount in your next wash and that they provide towels for additional drying (this only works when there are parking spots available-only one to two).

The club membership is awesome and the price is unbeatable great for those who cant stand seeing any dust on their car any day of the week you can wash your car every day if you want with the membership
