I will never take my car here again. After I left I realized they had overcharged me and done a terrible job with the wash. I went right back and, while they apologized and fixed the problems, this is the second time this has happened to me. One time, I could overlook...two times and I dont think they care. I called to talk to the owner and he couldnt come to the phone, doesnt have voicemail or email and the girl who answered apparently couldnt take a message. She told me to call back. I will never go back there and will tell all my friends.

I have taken my car here three times ONLY because I bought gift cards from Costco for it. The service was HORRIBLE! The guy tried to up-sell me and was angry when I only wanted the Deluxe Wash (inside & out). Once washed I tipped the guy $5 and opened my car door to a floor mat full of sand, same in the trunk. I BOUGHT THE CAR A WEEK AGO!! And yes I asked they vacuum again. They didnt dry wipe down the inside which still had dirt smudges everywhere. Windows all had hand prints. My kids could have done a better job!

This car wash is above average in almost everything that I had done to my car. although busy they do not rush and miss any detail. I use the Groupon to get a wax for my car and it came out beautifully. They missed a spot on the interior polish on the dashboard but other than that I was completely satisfied. I was able to take care of the missed area myself. I will return and use them as my regular to go place keep my car looking brand new.

I came here on a Wednesday afternoon and a really nice guy named Amelio helped me out. He made my car really clean, it looks like I just got it detailed! He was very generous and cleaned my tires even though I did not pay for it! My car smells like vanilla and it looks so sparkly :) I definitely recommend getting your car washed here!

First timer.called first to get a price.girl said 12.99 for full wash.got there the cheapest sign said 16.99.told the guy I called and she told me that he said ok.they were pretty fast.under 30 minutes and when they were done my truck looked and smelled great.very happy with price and quality

I have tried this car wash several times. They take an exorbitant amount of time and then the results are poor as compared to the other local car washes. I spoke with the MGR. but he didnt seem to think my point had any merit. Wont be using this place again.

Expensive and when they say you need a hand car wash. Lets see, everyone gives a hand car wash. They charged me $65.00 If you need a car wash i would go anywhere else. Not anything special here other than charging you more that other places.

Very poor service from manager Emilio. Guy yelled at me and then at his worker, who was not even involved. Clearly not a manager material. When service was sub-par I asked to speak with said manager and he decided not to come out.

Took our car for a detail wash and wax. Had to hold the person at the counter to the pricing online, and I do a better job at home, but it was nice to have a clean car without having to put the effort in.

One of the best deals around for a hand wash in my opinion, the inside of my car always is spotless and even if there is a long line Im surprised by how fast they do get it done. Polite and professional.

I detail my car at least once a year. It was fast and the best detail I have ever had. I asked for a better price and they were great to help me out. But the quality was superb, worth MUCH more.

They scratched my car and offered to fix it but ONLY after I had to call the police. Guy in the back refused to let me see video footage. Only with police there did they let me see.

Horrible place. Every time (3 times now),I go there I have to ask to have something cleaned. This last time I went my sunglasses and plastic cup were stolen out of my car.

there was a hispanic guy that really took advantage of me. All I wanted was a wax and the guy charged me 48.95. Unbelieveable. Ill never go there again.

This is my favorite car wash in the area. I drive from San Juan Capistrano to go to it. Minimal hassle, great results, and a comfortable waiting area.

The gas pumps take more than 2 minutes to pump 1 gallon. Could have refined the petroleum myself faster.
