I have been coming here for years always loved this place, now I will be taking my business elsewhere. I was told it would take about an hour I waited an hour and a half most of the people that came after me had already picked up their cars. My car was of to the side while all the other cars were being attended. When my car was done I noticed a huge crack in my windshield going all the way up from the very bottom. I am aware of a few chips in my windsheild and if the crack was in relation to them I accept full responsibilty. I called to one of the associates whom I later find out is the manager and he points to the bottom of the windshield and tells me there is a chip. There is no chip. He tells me they are not responsible read the sign and as Im sitting in my car he closes my door and tells me to have a good day. This type of poor customer service is uncalled for. I asked for the owners contact they gave me blank stares. WORST SERVICE EVER!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I will never bring my car back here! No one to express my poor service to no website nothing. Terrible experience!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give negative stars I would. These guys are crooks. They scratched my car and told me I was lying. The manager wouldnt even come out to talk to me and when we did get the owners attention he started getting in my face and SCREAMING at me that the scratches werent their fault! I had to call the police to get this guy to calm down. They refused to refund my car wash payment after scratching my car two visits in a row. This place has really gone down hill fast. They used to be a great car wash but lately my car is still dirty inside, spots left on outside and after these two visits where scratches suddenly popped up and they refuse to admit or acknowledge what they did and now screaming at me is just ridiculous. Please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and dont suffer with what I had to deal with.

PATHETIC- STAY AWAY. Paid for a $100 interior "detail". I got the worst car wash Ive ever paid for. Look at the images I posted on Yelp and Goggle. This place is a joke. I should have read the reviews first. The interior detail included vacuuming and shampooing of the inside. When the truck was "done", it was still very dirty on the inside. There was debris everywhere. The paint had soap streaks all over, and, the side mirrors were covered in water stains. When I got home, I swiped the interior of the truck with a rag and, I got a considerable amount of dirt off from many surfaces. Again, look at the pictures. What a rip off. Id like the owner to explain why this place charges so much for such a mediocre job.

Excellent work. They are a busy place. Obviously they are good at what they do or they wouldnt have so many customers. Prices are competitive and they offer discounts for frequent customers. They did a great job detailing my extremely dirty and distressed F150 and it looked like new inside and out when they were done. They even gave me a ride home as the job would take a few hours. Their regular car wash options offer a good range of services from basic very low cost exterior wash to complete interior work and waxing choices. Plus they are just nice people, which is always a good bonus. I have been coming here for nearly a year now and have never been disappointed.

This is a great car wash. I went here today and I was impressed by their customer service and by their quality of work. The guy in the blue shirt (forgot his name) I think he is the manager is very friendly and helpful. I asked him a few questions about some of the services and he was really thorough on explaining them. I purchased the gold wash package I am glad I did my car looks like new and the inside smells good. I am going to start taking all my cars here. Wish I found this car wash sooner, highly recommend.

Brought my car in for a wash, whoever washed my car thought my boyfriend wouldnt notice his $100 dollar jar of weed missing. These people went into and unlocked the glove box and took the whole jar. Tried talking to the manager but he insisted he workers were not thiefs. They told me they couldnt do anything and make sure its the car, my car is brand new I only had my jar and bottle of water. How are we gonna lose it? Manager wont help instead of helping he wants to argue with you

I found this car wash here on Google and I have been coming here for a few months now and I must say they do a great job on the wash and detailing. I usually get the gold wash package or the silver wash package and I have never been disappointed with their work. The attendant where you pull in your car is very helpful in explaining the benefits of the car wash package Im purchasing. I also like how they have a indoor and outdoor seating area. Overall, this is a great car wash.

If only no start was an option, they are good to take your money they low on personal and the personal that they do have they just dont care theyre just here to rip you off, they have limited waiting area inside and outside waiting area outside smells like theres a dead skunk I take that back I think a dead skunk smells better, I told them that my kids could have done a better job at home they say just go ahead and do it at home that goes to show that they dont care.

I have been here two other times and I must say this is the best car wash in the area by far. I have been to car washes in Ontario and in Rancho Cucamonga and none of them are as good. I purchased the gold package and my car looked like new. I also like how the have tvs and free wifi in their lounge. The manager in the blue shirt is very friendly and helpful in explaining the benefits of the services they provide. I will keep coming back.

When the guy who is quoting you closes his eyes, he is lying to you. Guaranteed. Cashier lady was very rude to other customers with coupons. She wont take them but the guy who suggested the package said the coupon is fine. When confronted, the lady said its not her job to tell the other guy about the coupon. Inside of my car was still dirty even after waiting for over one hour for the "complete detail" package.

My truck was in need of a wash. Its located within walking distance from the Ontario Mill. I left my truck there for an hour and went shopping while it was being clean. The staff is very friendly and the best part is that the car wash only cost me $10.95. They did a great job with both the exterior and interior cleaning. I definitely will return in the future.

Great car wash. My car was in desperate need of a interior and exterior detail so I decided to take it here and Im glad I did. The manager and staff was very friendly and helpful and the did a great job detailing my car. My car looked as good as new! Great price, great service, and a great job. I highly recommend this car wash.
