This is the second and LAST time I will be coming here!! Both times I had to take my car back to get it cleaned correctly. They do a terrible job and half ass it. All the guys do is stand around speaking Spanish and talking about the customers instead of doing their job. Today I took my car to get cleaned and when I got into my car and drove away I was so disgusted to find a fresh huge booger where I roll my windows down!!! I took it back with my brother as soon as I got my daughter from school because I was so disgusted and had to let them know!! The manager was so rude and tried to blame it on me when I KNOW it was not from me!! I am beyond disgusted and embarrassed to have been treated like that!! And while they took it back to clean it again every single guy working there was just standing there talking to each other and staring at me, as if I was in the wrong or a freaking joke!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

WARNING: DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE DAMAGED. They will not take responsibility even when you point out damage they have caused. Even when you know for a fact how your car was before, they will say it is not their fault. They take absolutely zero responsibility for anything. They damaged a chrome piece on part of my car by getting a piece of rubber stuck under it then told me they only washed the car and had nothing to do with it. Well obviously you did, because it happened while it was in your posession you idiots. Theres multiple other car washes in the area that are way cheaper and quicker. They didnt even offer me anything towards the repair at the dealer. I know Im not the only one from other reviews that has had damage issues with these idiots. Something needs to be done with these people to set them straight. It cost me over $200 to get the piece repaired because they are a bunch of con artist. Most expensive car wash ever.

Ive been coming here for a few years for my mothers car and now my own car. I come here for my oil change as well, i love that they give your a free wash with the service! And its not a cheap old job they really get in there and soap it up. I have left some money in my car before just because i have forgot and they have never stole from me. I dont understand why there are people on here are complaining about THEY STOLE MY MONEY but you openly leave large amounts in the car? like thats ridiculous haha. This place is a really nice place, always nice and air conditioned, the inside is huge! I have nothing bad to say about the place, oh and its doggy friendly, i see many people come take their car washed while they go to Pets Mart and get their dogs stuff. I have even seen the front counter have dioggy treats for em when you pay your bill. great place great workers!

Sucks! I went here thinking they do a good job, but its unfortunate that everything gets half assed. Dont waste your money not worth it! Especially for anything over $30... Ok! Ok! So I decided to go back and ask to speak to a manager. The manager was super attentive to my concerns. I explained what had happened and how unfortunately everything was half assed. The manager sent me to the detail guy, which name I didnt catch but was awesome! At fixing everything that was not done the first time around.One of the other guys El Guero at the detail was super awesome! To assist in correcting the mistakes of others as well. Im glad that I went back. I will be going back, but will ask for the same guys next time. Hoping to give it a better star rate next time.

I called in just now and spoke with the assistant manager Luis and explained my situation to him and that do to my job I was unable to come in today for a raincheck car wash.He wasnt helpful at all and provided poor customer service aad genuinely didnt care. I was referred me to the owner and basically out of $23.99 plus tax...I even explain that I have been a customer for almost 10 yrs and this same situation happened to me s few years ago and was granted a car wash the following Saturday. I even asked if I cant bring my car in today if I could get a refund sent to my home and he said no...not good business...I hope the owner makes things right. We will see...for now Im a unsatisfied customer...

I have gone here over the years because I dont feel like driving to redlands or further into corona. They lost the floor mats to my Kia last year after paying over $100 for a detail so I got to purchase those for $139 from Kia. Today my Colorado went for the grand slam plus wax and its a less than satisfactory experience as usual. No air gun, no wax, no pride or professionalism from the employees. Ill continue coming here ONLY after desert or mud trips and will keep washing in my driveway every week because I can do it right. Todays had sand all over streaks and dirty mirrors. Unbelievable.

I went to this place for 2nd time today. Disappointed the first time & again today. When you go to car wash you expect a good service. Water was left pooled between side mirror groove 1st time & today. I told the guy about it & he just rushed me off & said he would have guy do extra air-well that didnt work. The windows ridiculous- I had to point out that front window was not fully clean. I am not a cheap tipper, but this makes me want to tip $1-2. Not happy. Needless to say there wont be a third time!

Really disappointed! Spent $19.99 for the wash plus $5.00 for the tip. Wanted it to look good for an event my daughter was driving to. The guy took less than 5 minutes before honking he was done. The dressing had not been wiped off, or even worked into the tires, so I asked him to wipe them. "Oh, I forgot, he said." I got inside and the interior was as dirty and dusty as it was when I brought it there. They did nothing on the interior so I did it myself when I got it home. I will not go there again.

They do a piss pore job of vacuuming. They leave dirt marks. They leave behind spots after washes. I do the 30 dollar was and this is what I pay for? I got my oil changed and my car shut down on me. ON THE FREEWAY! I drive a new Chrysler 300. My car is well taken care of. I didnt pay them almost $100 for this service. Theirs a five dollar car wash down the street that does a better job. 0 stars.

i went there with my father to get his truck washed when i was 13 (right before we went camping) he had put $400 under his floor mat for our whole trip..it was almost canceled because they had stole it and every employee played it off of course keep in mind he did NOT request for it to get vacumed...if your car means something to you please dont take it there
