Just took my car to Finish Line Car Wash for the first time today, and I was worried about their car wash thing that pushes your car through the wash scratching my new wheels. So I asked the attendant guy who looks like the manager before it goes though and he says no problem we have plastic on it to keep the wheels from getting scratched. So my car comes out and sure enough the back wheel has been scratched. So I go back and see the attendant and he takes me to a manager guy that only wanted to argue with me and and basically tell me it didnt happen here. So I ask the guy why would I bring this to your attention before I ran my car through your wash? So after debating with the guy I find out they normally run all cars through unattended, but my car has to have someone in the car because the Tesla Model S for some reason they dont run it through with no one in the car. So when the guy drove it out of the rack he clipped the end which is made of metal and scratched my wheel. So if you have a Tesla or a car with low profile wheels dont use this car wash. These guys handled this situation so terribly I would not recommend anyone using this car wash.

They have REALLY gone downhill. Starting going here about a year ago. Now, I always find smudges all over windows, poor vacuuming, the washers dont actually wash the car (bird poop on hood, stuck in bugs on the front, and dirt near and around the tires). It has become a habit where before I even accept my keys, I have to walk all the way around the car with them and have them clean it again. Then, if you get their "for $3 more well put a seal" thing, which is obviously not a sale since I have been going for this long, they dont even clean the whole interior. Its such a poor job. Half the steering wheel will be dusted, the dash has dust in the corners, and they get the seal on the windows. As well, I have also had to send my car back through the wash before, because it was not cleaned at all. Really sad to say because they used to be a great place. And even more lately, I really havent felt like its a good idea to leave ANYTHING in the car. Such as chargers all the way to a box of tissues. Someone has sticky fingers.

Paid 26.00 and the front window is not clean......paid $3.00 more to have interior done.....very poor job...Over spray all over the window....I really dont mind waiting for a good job, but they are more interested in socializing with each other then completing the job. A worker left the truck he was working on to chit chat with the worker working on my car.....my car is under a year old and not much to clean....would have thought it would have been a better job...cashier great....the guy who writes up the car great. The two stars are for the ticket writter and cashir. It could have been a bad day everyone has one! I will try it again and hope my car is clean, if not then they will lose my business.

Worst Car Wash Ive Ever Been To - BEWARE Brought my 2013 Buick Verano in to be washed on Sunday afternoon. I chose Package #4 "Express Wax" @44.99 which included "100% Wash and 100% Wax, Wheel Brite, Exterior Dressing". With a name like "Express Wax" I could get around a bad wax job, but a bad hand wash, unacceptable. I didnt notice at the time, but when I went grocery shopping after I left, I opened my trunk to find dirt on the lip of the bumper (see images). They didnt take the time to clean in-between the spokes on the wheels, and didnt bother to take off some of the more stuck on dirt. This place is a RIP OFF. STAY AWAY... See the pictures, they tell the story... - I wish I could leave 0 stars.

I went to this car wash thinking it would save me time. I noticed the men PUSHING my car out of the exit because they had it in "drive" and couldnt start it. It is a push button ignition and does not use a key. The staff did not speak any English so I had to hop in myself (after they rolled it straight into the curb!!) and start it and park it so it could be dried off. Staff not knowledgeable about cars except how to wipe them off. Keep your eye on your car if you go here so you can help if they dont know what they are doing. I wish they came to get me when they stalled the car instead of trying to start it in drive and push it! I will NOT return! And it wast cheap....$15 for pissing me off.

For $45 bucks I really expected more and for the vents to be cleared, there was a little tape residue on the windshield because it is new and they just left it as well as some lotion that spilled by speedometer and it was left too, vacuum job was okay but there is still some grass in the back seat from the kids, windows were not rolled down to clean the edge of the glass, it was okay but was worth $14 which is what I will get next time if I am ever desperate enough to go here again. Foamy in Redlands is a bit better.

If you are a senior do not go as they rip you off. They give you a discount however they also only do part of the job. If you get the regular car wash you are suppose to get an air freshener, however if they give you the senior discount you dont get the air freshener. They are rude and inconsiderate to seniors. Seniors DONT GO TO this car wash.

STAY AWAY. I have had my car for just over a month. It has been washed at the dealer twice and once here. I have residue from palm tree seed droppings on the hood. The dealership didnt get it off when they washed the car both times. In my opinion, this car wash scratched the paint on my hood trying to remove the residue today April 24, 2015.

After going to a useless car wash (Main Street Car Wash), I was pleasantly surprised how well and thorough my car was cleaned (interior, exterior, tires, windows) all for the low price of $13.99. Service was fast and friendly. Total clean time was approximately 20-30 minutes. I will definitely be back!

I come here like 2-3 times a year. Its not bad for the price, but sometimes I wonder why I even come back to this place. They kinda have gotten lazy here or there when it came to fully cleaning the inside and outside of my cars. Overall they deserve a 2 out of 5 stars, and thats the highest I can go.

This car wash suck I have came to this place plenty time hope-ping they get better but its worst there only 1 guy that get down.but other than that they suck and idk why I always give them a good tip and buy them water cases but yet they dont take care of my car so Its time to find another spot

Good cleaning on cars, trucks, and SUVs but sometimes the lines are long. Getting in sometimes takes a while and leaving even longer as the guys seem to dry at their own pace (thats the only reason for 4 stars). Use a ShopRiverside card for a discount and get your car cleaned up.
