I have been a customer of Genie Car Wash for over 20 years. They do an outstanding job on cleaning and waxing my cars. Also, their oil change service is top notch. A couple of months ago, the plastic cover protecting the oil pan on my Volvo came loose after my regular oil service. When I informed the manager he replaced the part no questions asked. Now that is what I call good service with a smile, going above an beyond the call of duty. I give the guys at Genie Car Wash my highest recommendation. Warmest regards, Ralph

Pretty good carwash... quick. However, two times that Ive been the person checking me in kept trying to pressure me into purchasing a better wash (even one that costs $50), when all I wanted was the basics. I felt that both times this person was rather rude and short with me when I refused to upgrade. However, the last time I went the person was super nice... just a little inconsistent with their customer service.

They over filled my oil and I couldnt drive 0,5 mile after picking up my car. I came back and the guy said wasnt hos fault and I would have to prove it was their fault. I paid for a towing service amd guess what the mechanic said?? To much oil!!!!! Baaaahhhhhh I hate this place and shall never step in again. They dont know what they do, dont stand behind their service and dont give shot about their customers.

I was charged 70 dollars for a car wash that included wax. They told me they use clay bars for the wax but when I saw them wax my car they were using some kind of liquid. The car wash was ok but several spots where they didnt even wipe the "wax" off. I got home and did it myself. I payed 50 dollars at another car wash and they did the same and more than this one. Never coming here again.

I dont know about the other reviews but I have been going there for at least 5 years and they have ALWAYS done a great job. I get my oil change done there and upgrade to a royal wash and I am happy with the results I get from the money I pay. Dont be a cheap skate, make sure you tip these guys well and they will always remember you and go the extra mile.

Never had my oil change done here but for the car wash I think these guys do a really good job. Been coming here for years and Ive never had a complaint. In fact, Im often impressed at how thorough they are, getting stuff that I wouldnt really expect them too. They get busy on weekends though so expect to wait 20-30 minutes.

I tried this place today for the first time and it was a very good experience. They clean your car for you, inside and outside, vaccuuming, window cleaning and all for an affordable price. Ill definitely be back, its much better than the horrible wash stations at gas stations. Didnt have to wait very long - great job!

They do great work but dont let them fool you. If you request "their Best detail" they will hand you a quote for $999. If you know how to bargain you can get that same amount of detailing done for $375 (still, unnecessary unless one is obsessed about their car like me :P). My car looked brilliant afterwards!

The owner of the car wash told me "we dont need customers like you" when I asked them To clean the spots they missed. He then started to argue with me. I asked for my money back and the refused. Im disputing the charge and would recommend never going to this car wash if you want your car cleaned properly.

These guys will convince you of what you dont need. Gave this place a second shot to only get more ripped off. Who offers to wash and wax your car for $100 but then when all said and done tells you they cant get the hard water marks out. But for $150 more they can. Dont go here.

I had my oil changed on Sunday. My oil light was on within 24 hours - all of the oil completely leaked out. They totally screwed it up. Thank God I checked the oil and didnt drive it. But now I have to figure out what is wrong. I dont recommend this location at all.

They stole my digital camera...Seriously this is my first time there and the owner was very useless and actually was closer to calling me a liar than to helping me get my camera back... Never go here unless you take EVERYTHING of value out of your car!

Everytime I come here they charge me a different price:..I liked coming here for detail services but after this last time I feel like its a complete rip off. They also roped my antenna off and left it inside my car without telling me

Look on their website before visiting so you know which service ahead of time... Theres no menu when you pull up. They have a myriad of packages from $7 to $100÷. Typical conveyer belt wash with detail guy at end. Pretty through.

These guys are a bunch of crooks. Dont go there they will con you into paying them way too much. They tried to charge my wife $190 to simply wash her car. She didnt pay they but did end up paying way to much.

Just had my truck don and had to come home a spend a half hour cleaning all the spots they missed.....at leats I got to enjoy a Coors Light while re-cleaning everything. I will NOT go back ever!

They have very good people cleaning the cars and the machine they are using to wash the cars it doesnt scratch the car from outside. I gave them 4 star not 5 because the price is expensive.

This is my usual car wash place as i always buy a Groupon deal of 3 Deluxe car washes for $25. I love how quickly and thoroughly they clean my car!! Very satisfied :)

Well organized, great service, but wash has more soap than they are able to rinse away. Always leave with soap residue, despite the hand dry.
