After being a member for 2 years, the value just doesnt seem to be there anymore. Ive selected an upgraded wash package on a few different occasions that included a tire shine formula. But when I pulled out and around to the vacuums, my tires looked exactly how they did before I entered. I asked for air fresheners on 3 different occasions recently and they did not have any. Finally, I was told today that they discontinued that product. So what is the monthly $16+ rate actually getting you? I havent noticed anything new regarding the soaps, the lines take just as long and they are still compressing the cars waaaaay to close. Sorry, but I just dont see any value paying for a monthly fee and will not be going back. Also, using this car wash 3-5 times a month will start to rub the clear coat/paint off the front/back bumpers of your vehicle. Ive always disliked those rubber wipers...

Bought a 12 dollar wash and they ran me three with the wrong wash when I asked them to correct the problem bc no tire shine was added the classy kid with the Nike sleeve on his arm acting as if he was ready to into a game decided to get a spray bottle of tire shine and over spray my tires to the point where I had to get out and in front of him correct the issue myself, WORST CAR WASH Ive been to yet defintly do not recommend their monthly subscription either if this is the treatment they give clientele especially on single washes even more so when they have ignorant staff who think customers dont have voices to speak so loudly about thier business! Spend your money else where this place is defintly like throwing money away

This place SUCKS, because they refuse to cover damages to your vehicle caused by their staff. After asking the attendant if my Dodge Ram crew cab would fit the drive-thru wash, she assured me that they wash "Monster" trucks and lifted 4x4s all the time. Guess what ; my truck wouldnt fit on their puller rail and their staff had to back me and 15 other cars behind us. Their guy directing me backwards waved me right into the car behind me. While the Manager on duty said they would cover the damage to the vehicle they backed me into, they now deny any fault. If you have a truck, DO NOT TAKE IT TO CLEANFREAK Car Washes!!!

I have a large truck, but the heels was dry after going through the drive-through wash. Dry. Still super dirty and dry. The windshield was still grungy, too. I usually just leave feeling ripped off but I went back through and showed the man at the entrance my truck. He had me back up and he used a brush to get the hood and windshield and let me back through at the premium cost. I would have given a single star if not for this young mans extremely great customer service. So the carwash gets One star and he gets Five. So it is a Three for overall.

I finally broke down and got the $16 a month plan. Its easy. I dont ever have to wait because I just drive into the VIP side and the machine scans my vehicle. Its a great wash and I can use it as many times as I want. In AZ its easy to get dust, bird droppings, or "rain" spots on your vehicle, I can pull into any clean freak location at any time and get a wash. I literally am saving money as well as my paint on my vehicle by keeping it clean. Never considered myself a "clean freak" but maybe I just am!!!

This is a really good place to go through their automatic car wash. Just pay them or get a pass, drive up, put the car in neutral. The machine does all the work, drive off, it comes out clean every time. It does most of the driving but leaves a little bit wet. Then a couple of minutes in driving in this heat and its all dry. Its my experience when I pay for the $15 wash, I get a free pass for the following wash, but have to come back within 14 days.

Easy VIP drive car wash. It used to offer gratis air freshner and wet wipes. Now air freshner is a charged add on & I am beginning to consider the gas station car wash drive through as a better alternative as it costs less & there is no difference between the two now. Putting this in writing has made me aware of that & jas motivated me to discontinue letting clean freak charge me automatically every month. I need to stop going to this place.

Most expensive is a $15 package. You drive through the wash which does a decent job on the outside. When you pull out you can park to use their free car vacuum and wipe down inside of your car yourself. Seems like a lot of money to do your own service and use their machine. Maybe thats the most we can expect nowadays. Wish there were more Super Car Wash places around.

Beware - we were long time customers, wash did damage to my front bumper, I know it was not there before the wash as I used their brush to prep the front end prior to wash. They deny any responsiblity and and only say that their video does not show that part on the car, in other words they is o evidence they are not responsible but they deny it anyway. Carpe Diem.

I kindly asked that they not put the sticker on my windshield as I had a temporary rental. They refused. I was more than willing to pay for my monthly fees but I just needed them to accommodate. The general manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. Argued with me and just made my experience horrible. Weve been members for months. But we will NEVER go back.

I was member this place sense the day 1 and new employee was helping me and some one name Antoine coming and telling me he is a trainer and he is going terminate my membership very aggressive way and rude i ask if i can speak to supervisor and some one name willie come in and try to back hime out. Bad customer service .i go and wash my care some where else today

The bugs from the front bumper didnt come out after the 15 bucks wash. Valentino, the attendant, happily helped me apply bug prep to the bumper and tires and ran me through the wash again and it was so much better. He also hooked me up with a discount for my next visit. The free vacuums and air hoses are great as well. The service was great.

Terrible. I spent $15 on their most expensive wash. My truck still looks very dirty and has mud clumps sticking to it all over the place. I would have hoped the undercarriage wash would have helped remove the mud underneath but as I pulled into my garage and closed the door a bunch of dried mud fell all over the place. Useless.

Horrible!!! When I started going here a few years ago it was great, its just gone down hill. The car wash always seems to have broken equipment, doesnt do a good job washing the car and the staff has no customer service skills and dont care. It severely lacks leadership and focus on customer experience !
