There was another comment that mentioned their mirror becoming damaged. This is believable as it moved mine backwards, but did not break it. However, their machine throws some kind of grease all over my car. My car is white so you can see it just by glancing at it. I noticed it a few times and wiped it off. Went back through just now and sure enough this black grease is all over my car again. Both rocker panels, front bumper, rear bumper, and doors. I pulled to the side to show the management and to wipe it off. Although they were not aggressive in their defense they tried to say it was tire shine. Tire shine is transparent. This is a grease/sludge material. I asked for them to cancel my monthly membership and prorate me the refund, which they declined to do or even to cancel it. I was told to cancel it online. When I have to wash my car after it was just washed, it is kind of bullshit.

Be careful! If they damage your car they wont pay for the repairs! I took my beautiful 2000 Mustang through their wash as Ive done 100+ times in the past 4+ years at both of their locations. Last week how ever was horrible. The wash snapped off my mirror. When talking to the manager, Eric, after he realized my car was more than 10 yrs old he dropped my mirror hitting the side of my car and said "oh well we wont do anything since its over 10 yrs old" After a week of trying to talk to someone higher up. They offer to install a new one IF I PAY FOR IT MYSELF and then give me a $30 gift card! Seriously? I own 2 cars and my parents have 2 cars, we all take our cars there. But not anymore!!!! Ill be taking my car elsewhere to be washed and detailed!! BIG SPLASH youre loosing $500+ a year. Is that really worth not fully paying for a $30-$45 mirror? I guess so!! Horrible business!

I Looooooovvvvveee this carwash and the manager Eric is amazing. Hes always helping and constantly moving everytime i see him. He gets down and dirty with the rest of them. Every issue ive had hes fixed. Especially my memberships being entered wrong one day when he wasnt there. If yall ever dismiss him I more than likely will take all of my services somewhere else. Yall do 3 of my vehicles and I only have one concern though why is there only a few people working!!!!???? Usually this place is overly Staffed but today they have 3 people and i personally know they cant run it off 3 people. Are yall seriously trying to kill these guys in this weather. Are yall that cheap that you cant stand to be staffed properly. These guys work their asses off as it is and its hot the owners must not give a **** about their employees and their well being or the company.

This place is usually great for a carwash but I had gone two separate weekends and had issues both times I asked for a refund after the second time I was so disappointed. I had to contact the manager by email, he agreed to giving me a refund and kept telling me his account was out of town or he didnt have my account number Exedra Ive asked to speak to someone higher up and he quit returning my emails, he promised me a refund but i havr never received one. I continue to use the wash because its overall satisfactory but the management is very disappointing. they cant treat loyal customer with respect I feel I deserve my credit for two bad consecutive experiences I still generally recommend this wash and have gotten people to sign up for the monthly pass but you still cant take care of a loyal customer get it together guys

It was my first time going to that car wash. I thought it operated smoothly. Went thru the car wash and the guys who dried my car off were great. My biggest complaint is that I paid for the 15 car wash so tire shiner could be put on my tires and rainx on my car. My cars tires were not shiny so it does not appear that it was put on my tired. I have gone to plenty on drive thru washes and when I pay for that my tires actually look shiny. It hasnt rained yet so I dont know if the rainx was put on. If I were to go there again I would just get their basic wash because it sucks to pay extra for something that is not done. My car was clean. Im just not happy about the tires.

I paid $22 for the cheapest exterior wash and the interior plus, their most expensive interior service. I am BEYOND IMPRESSED. Will never go anywhere else. One guy wiped down EVERY plastic surface, something that you would not think is too much to ask for but from experience at other places it is unheard of. They guy was on his hands and knees scrubbing the matts. would have gave cash if I had some on me. Compared Waterway Gas & Wash on State Line Rd location and 119th St, Leawood, KS location, where you pay $33 for their EVERYTHING service for spoiled high school kids to not even vacuum your cup holders, Big Splash is perfection.

I went to the usual side (west) to vacuum the car BEFORE getting it washed. Vacuums were not on and the guy inside said the vacuums were working on the far side (east side) so I drove around to that side and began vacuuming on that side. The someone else came out and said I couldnt use the vacuums unless I got a car wash first. This was after I had moved my car mats out of the car, so I had to put them back in and drive to another car wash, the one on State Line by Ward Parkway. They took care of me. I wonder if theyll allow THIS review to be published.

Their Westport location has been great. I used to go to another wash around the corner but my car and I have been treated great here. Anytime I have had a question or request that is out of the ordinary they have been quick to respond and cater to my needs. Today, I had a minor scratch that was nothing me. I found out that they do hand waxes. The GM was helpful in addressing the fix and didnt overcharge me to get my car looking great.

Free vacuums! Great service and quality wash. Favorite place to go in kc to for full service carwash. Recently paid extra for shampooing seats for 50 bucks and was worried about the expense. They did such a good job I paid the extra 40 to get the floors done. They took out all stains and I thought that they wouldnt be able to. Great service too. The gentleman here was pleasen t to talk to went above and beyond to make my car look nice.
