On 10/10/15 at approx 12pm in the afternoon I took my 2014 Jeep Wrangler into Superstar carwash for a wash. Upon arrival I was told I can be upgraded to another carwash for only a few dollars more, so I agreed to exit my vehicle to let them perform this service. Before exiting my Jeep I advised the service clerk that since this a Jeep Wrangler with a “T-Top” they are prone to small leaks when put through a power wash; I then advised him and his manager that I had placed a small towel over my stereo and they were NOT to move or remove it due to the possibility of water dripping into the dash subsequently into the double din stereo. Manager quickly looked at it and said “no problem”. My vehicle was then taken through the car wash while went and sat inside the building, a few minutes later I noticed my jeep come through and taken to the detailing area where two workers began the process of detailing the inside. Approximately 15 minutes later I was told my Jeep was ready for pick up and immediately noticed the towel had been removed and water was dripping into the dash/stereo area. I quickly wiped down the area, and noticed water had dripped on to the stereo area. Upon quick inspection everything seemed to be working properly until five minutes later when the screen started to go black and would no longer be responsive. I quickly brought it to the attention of the manager that ASSURED me the towel would not be moved. Upon inspection by the manager he agreed that he had told his staff NOT to move it however one of them must have and forgot to move it back leading to the water damage. We went inside the building where he wrote a report where it confirms my wishes and his instructions to staff that were not followed leading to the damage. He then hands me his report which has a box checked “superstar denies responsibility”? I asked him how can you deny responsibility if you just wrote down that your instructions were not followed and this is what led to the damage? The manager responded with well “if it’s over a dollar amount I have to check that”. The manager gave me a phone number to the corporate office where I could call first thing Monday morning. As instructed I called Monday morning and left a message but did not get a call back until Thursday; however this was because I called again Wednesday asking why has there not been a call back. Thursday at approximately 4pm 10/15/2015 I received a call from a gentlemen named JR Ruelas. MR. Ruelas advised me that he spoke with the manager at the car wash about the incident and quickly denied any responsibility on their end. I asked MR. Ruelas how can you deny responsibility if your employee did not follow instructions leading to damage? He said well you car was defective and there was nothing more he could do, never apologized or offered a solution. Needles to say I am completely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability that has been displayed by this company.

I would give them a negative but cant. I went in last month to have my car washed. I was just going to have a wash and vacuum and they convinced me to have it more detailed like treat my leather seat and other stuff, so I paid $40 no problem. The problem was while Im watching my car go through the wash I notice my back side windows were down so immediately I go to complain and they tell me they wouldnt go up yet they were up when I got there only front were down. To me if they wouldnt go up why would even attempt to run it through the wash. Then they say we will make sure its cleaned up but then they notice that there is still dirt by the wheel. You would think they would try and wash by hand since my windows wont go up but "Oh No" they decided to run it through the wash again. I didnt notice until it was to late. They said we put a towel on window "REALLY" like the force from machine wont knock it off. I complained to manager and he said he advised them to run it again "Come On" I would of thought they have more common sense than that since I had already complained. So then he told me we will take it and make sure its is clean and dry. All they did was shop vac it and spray ArmorAll on seat that was the "treatment" and that wasnt even done right. As Im about to leave because at this point all I wanted to do was cry from being soo pissed off I notice below both doors it was still dirty I had to tell them again to clean. I went home waited till I calmed down and called to talk to manager. I was told I could bring it back and they could hand wash it and treat my carpets from being wet that it usually cost more for hand wash but would not charge. See this was my brothers car who would faithfully take it here to wash weekly if not more. He passed a few months ago and all I wanted to do is keep it the way he would. I have yet to take it back and will never take it back to this location.

i honestly wish i can rate this place 0 stars, Im no one to complain, this is my first review EVER today I went for a simple car wash, car in front of me went for a full clean, was put in the tunnel unattended (remember that)to wash and was left at the exit unattended. I am behind it and I have no option but to hit it from behind because the tunnel was dragging me and the idiot didnt move it causing me to hit it and someone from behind hitting me. the unprofessional employee came and finally moved the cars and just said "its okay they just kissed," when the car i hit had 3 dents the owner claimed. No damage was done to any other car, He proceeded to wipe down my car like nothing happened. i call the store , spoke to the manager and all i get is a free car wash. Is this a joke? What about the employee who caused this to happen, this will continue to happen due to his unprofessionalism. I will go to corporate /Franchise until something is resolved not just a free car wash. i am not complaining for damages i am complaining due to how unprofessional this place is, i always came here with my business. I apologize for being unprofessional i am too upset to compose my words together.

First, the tried bombarding me with deals on replaceing my windshield. I told them no and they kept attacking me. Then only a few of their employees spook english. Im sorry but if your going to work in this kind of establishment, speak english! Then the wash and detail was horrible. Took them three hours and my car was still not done. Then as I was waiting, the manager tried accusing me of stealing a lap top that was left behind by another customer. The manager made me wait in his office for another three hours while going through the survaliance video to figure out what happened to the laptop. So I get accused for stealing without any evidence and I have to wait for the manager to find any video footage. Then another employee says I stole a candy bar. Wow this place is full of dumb employees and low lifes that will accuse anyone of anything. At the end of the day, the footage showed who really took the laptop and showed how I didnt take a candy bar. I will never never ever go to this car wash again!
