Really really unhappy and will not be returning to Buff Wash. I tried to wash my car at Buff Wash but the machine ate a $10 bill without giving any change. Its been months since Ive come to Buff Wash because last time, the exact same thing happened (mind you the Out Of Service When Lit light was NOT illuminated). When I tried to get my money back last time the women I spoke with was very rude and not only did the check show up to my house 4 months later, my name was spelled wrong after she read my name back to my in the phone to ensure she got it right. When I asked what what they are going to do to fix the issue in service, I got replied with nothing but " send me your name and address and Ill send you a check " in a text after ignoring my eight or nine phone calls

Absurdly expensive self serve car wash! It cost $3 to start and cost approximately a dollar a minute after that. I sprayed soap on my car, scrub it with the brush quickly, and rinse it. Just that cost me over 10 dollars. I found their bug and mag removal soap to do nothing compared to other car washes that I have used.

I have always used self service car washes and I thought this one was pretty good. Price seemed a bit high for me, but I come from a part of Texas that charges less than half for the same amount of time. It was really clean and the technology is up to date. Definitely returning to this one for all my future car washes.

The Buffs Wash is very convenient and reasonably priced. Unlike other similar services I have visited, the different cleaning options are always fully stocked. This is my car wash of choice. As a professional driver, having a good car wash is very important to me!

20 minutes to do a wash and after we got home could see how much dirt was still on our vehicle. We arent strangers to washing our own vehicles. We are waiting to hear back from management after three days now for resolution.

Best wand wash around. Well maintained and fair prices. Often remains open when many other car washes are closed. The lot is tight, but I have always been able to get in and out no problem.

Great car wash for a quick DIY wash. It can be pricey if youre trying to be a little more thorough, but a great option, especially if youre like me and hate using automatic car washes.

Vacuums are always half busted and soap/degreaser is about 50/50 if you going to find a stall that works. Wash is a tad overpriced for the inconsistency.

Soap and rinse and didnt even spray off toothpaste on side of car. Pressure low enough to wash a dandelion and keep it in tact. Waste of twice the money

Bays, vacuum and vending areas very clean. Good value on supplies and the timed wash itself. The town will appreciate how clean my car is from now on.

Over priced for the short time given per $3. At least the spot free rinse is powerful, thats what got them 2 stars from me. But poor value for the money

Good prices and lots of wash stalls. I enjoy the self service wash more than automatic and this place is one of the few in Boulder like that.

This carwash offers fair prices for the pressure washers and accepts credit cards as payment.
