At approx. 1132 hours on 07/17/2014 I pulled into the Super Star Car Wash on 99th ave & McDowell and selected the full service car wash. I have not seen my car come through to get dried off as of 1147 but I Saw the car that was ahead and behind me already come out and leave. At 1153 my car came out of the car wash bay and while and employee ran to retrieve the car to bring it out to where they dry the cars off, I Saw the front driver tire flat. At 1213 they advised me that my car was complete as I walked up to the car I asked an employee what happen to the front drive tire, he advised me that he was going to go get a manager. A manager came out to talk to me and identified himself as Chris one of the GM’s; he ask what was going on and I simply advised him of the issue, he took a look at the front drive tire. Chris told me the reason why it was flat was because I had bought aftermarket tire value steam cap, he told me if they were stock then Super Start Car Wash would replace my tire. So I asked him if there was anything he could do? Chris told me “I’m sorry but because you put aftermarket tire vale steam caps on that is why we cannot help you out at this time”. So not only did I have a flat tire but they did even apologize for what happen. I also asked Chris why is it that all three of my other tires did not go flat when all of them had the aftermarket tire vale steam cap on. Chris just stated that the other three tires were just lucky.

Well...you see Mexicans working under white people, then you know that they will try to scam you from beginning. I brought my mothers car to nearest opened car wash place to get this Teriyaki Sauce spill out of the car before it became nasty infestation. They quoted me 80 plus dollars to clean up the spill, then kept adding fancy words of details and cleaning they will do for the car in addition of 100-300 dollar worth of payment. I was tired from 60 hours of week shift, starting my weekend "day", then mother calls me that she spilt 1 gallon worth of Teriyaki sauce on the front passenger seat. She needed to run the restaurant, thus I had to do the work on getting the car cleaned up. I was tired, so I just paid almost 300 to get over it. They did the job in 3 hours. Details was 90% finished, because I still noticed some soda gunks under arm rest, dirt marks between the doors and steps, and some debris of food, and clothes on crevices of the seats. . Other than that, I was okay with service, but....realizing mediocre work for almost 300 dollar price tag and not noticing the google review of this place had me frustrated. Well fml my half of week of paycheck gone. PS, they broke something (found this latch piece), but Idk where it belongs, remember that even Car Wash place can be full of scam artists like car dealers, etc.

Went here earlier today because they had a sign up that if you text a certain number you get a free car wash. So I did, went to the register and the girl said if I wanted a full wash she would deduct the $5 that the coupon was for from my total. That made sense and was what I wanted. When I got around to the area where you drop off your car the guy greeted me then instantly started trying to sell me the most expensive package I could respect that because thats their job but what I dont respect is when I kindly refused he kept insisting so I finally told him what I wanted and he said I couldnt use that coupon with the full service that it was only express and I told him the cashier said other wise he argued with me and since I didnt want to make a big deal I just said ok well Ill take the full service one anyways. When I went to pay. . Guess what?? . . You guessed it the cashier was able to take $5 off my total. When they were finished which was very fast there was black streaks on my car the guy did take em off but said normally this was extra "whatever" the inside was still dusty too. Long story, short LOL this place is not good. They are rude and dont care because they get so many customers because luckily they chose a great location. Wish Id read all the bad reviews b4 going here.

Ive been going to this car wash for a while now. Ive had two windshields replaced through them which was done well. However, Ive just given up on going there. Ive never felt they did a great job cleaning my vehicle. Often having to have someone wipe down the car again after they said it was done. Or not cleaning the inside of my windshield. Or tossing my floor mats back in incorrectly. It was conveniently located though so I kept going. I do draw the line though at damaging my vehicle. First they scraped my leather steering wheel (I have no idea how). When I brought it up I was just told, "sorry". Then the last time I went I did my usual walk around after they were done and I noticed a scuff/scratch on my door. The guy finishing my vehicle tried to say they didnt do it and he remembered my vehicle from last time I was there and it was already there. I mean come on. Thats a terrible excuse, you do not remember my car from last time. Its not a terrible scratch and Im aware that it can probably be buffed out, but to tell me you remember it from last time!? I told the gentlemen that if they werent going to do anything to fix it that I wouldnt be back again. He said, "sorry". I guess Ill take my business somewhere else.

We decided to get an Ultra Car Wash, and see for ourselves if the service was as bad as people on here say it is. Well after we received our car wash, I can say with certainty that people definitely have a right to be upset and dissatisfied with the service they recieved. Our car wash took less than 15 minutes, which is pretty fast for a full service car wash. When we recieved are car it seemed as though it was hardly vacuumed inside, we ended up having to vacuum it ourselves. They never even vacuumed the seats or bothered to get under the floor mats. Even going as far as just throwing our floor mats upside? Seriously? The exterior of the car was riddled with water stains, which we had to remove ourselves. The only good thing that came out pretty decent was our tires and rims. But they still didnt dry the entire front of the car. Which we ended up doing ourselves. I advise anyone to stay as far away from this place and their services. You might as well get a $3 car wash and vacuum your vehicle yourself. Sorry for being so critical, but this poor service and car wash must not go unchecked.

Three years ago I purchased a prepaid full detail inside and out for $140, I wasnt satisfied with the results, I usually just take my truck for a car wash and use another company for a detail, then 11 months ago, they gave me a great deal (so I thought) on a complete detail for $63 or $69 and went to use it today. Well come to find out it wasnt a great deal after all. The deal only includes the wash and the carpet and seats, it does not include the engine compartment nor the inside of my bed or camper shell. Jose the Manager said that work would cost me $240 or he could do the engine but not the carpet or seats and no refunds. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and advised we just took 3 cars to them for a full detail a couple of months ago, but all I got was a sorry. I let them know my family and I will never do business with them and I will ensure my extended family and friends know about it as well.
