The fact that I looked at their website for a satisfaction guarantee when I got home is probably not a good sign... I went to Gleam on Saturday the 27th of August. I have a double cab pickup truck, with a small lift, and I dont go to gas station car washes because they never do a good job. I told the nice guy taking orders about my issues with automatic car washes and then I asked him if I was going to have the same problem at Gleam. He assured me that their, "5 million dollar car wash" would get my car clean so I opted for the top of line exterior wash. After paying, they removed my antenna, folded in my mirrors and I was on my way. First the good, the wash was pretty quick, the main surfaces of my truck look great, and the workers were friendly and helpful. Now the bad, I expected the areas blocked by my folded in mirrors to be dirty (which they were) but so was the back of the cab, and small areas in the "shadow" of the front to rear moving brushes. Perhaps if they let me go through again backwards my truck would have been 100% clean. The most annoying thing is that my truck has a slight depression in the hood right before the windshield and this area didnt get clean either; as I looked out my windshield the first thing I saw was a strip of dirty hood that didnt get clean. The worst part, by far, is the tire cleaner... apparently it is not designed for 33" tires. The outside of my tires are nice and shiny, but the inside 2-3 inches is still old and dirty looking. It looks ridiculous. To be fair, I would have given Gleam 2.5 stars, if I could. After touching up areas that didnt get clean my truck looks pretty good, and it was quick and relatively affordable. If my tires didnt look ridiculous Id have given them 3 stars too. I think Gleam will be good for the occasional $6 or $10 wash in the winter to get the MgCl2 off the truck, but Im still going to be hand washing the majority of the time.

I stopped in about a week ago, greeted by friendly staff. I paid for the plus car wash not to sure on exact name. Everything seemed ok and car looked clean. Friendly staff waved me on as I left. I proceeded to cross Sheridan going west on 38th and my rearview mirror fell from my windshield. I returned to the car wash within minutes to ask what was going on with my mirror. One of the employees said, "my guy was cleaning the mirror and he broke it off on accident." He also explained that he thought the guy already told me. Nothing was brought to my attention prior to me driving off the lot. I spoke with the manager on duty and he accused me of having a broken faulty mirror prior to me arriving and stated he barely touched the mirror and it broke off! Customer service and the situation was handled poorly. This is a new vehicle I just purchased and the associate was trying to convince me that it was already broken and how did I know it wasnt like that already? I filled out an incident report and he reassured me he would be calling me the next day and no later than 72 hours. This incident happened on August 30, 2016. I am writing this review on September 6, 2016. My vehicle was parked in the outside bay next the forks of a tractor or forklift, not sure which one. I left the lot of the car wash and my tire pressure monitoring system sensor lit up on my dashboard in my suv. I didnt think anything of it until I got home and checked my tire. There were now 2 razor blades embedded in my passenger rear tire. The owner explained that razor blades dont stand up, they lay flat on the ground and in conclusion said theres no possible way for a razor blade to be in his newly built car wash. For being in the customer service industry they definitely know how to keep their customers coming back!

I just wasted $14 and a $5 tip for nothing. I bought a truck the other day and the previous owner had a dog and didnt clean all that well. I asked Gleam to get the dog hair and food out from in between the seats since I dont have an attachment for my shop vac to do so. They said it would be no problem. I got in the truck and it looked ok while I was in the dark garage, hence the tip. Once I pulled out into the day light, I could see nothing was done. I asked them to go through it again and was told their tool would damage the truck if they tried to come in on top of the crevice and clean. I suggested they come in from the front and back below the center console to avoid this and was then told their tools werent long enough. The only job this place has is to clean vehicles so maybe they should have the correct tools. I also asked them to clean the passenger side pocket behind the seat as there is a lot of dog hair in that. They didnt even try. I know because there is a gum wrapper still in the pocket as well as dog hair. As you can see in the photos, there is still dog hair and taco bell cheese in between the seats. There is a line where the hair stops along with their work. I guess I will be buying the attachment for my shop vac to finish the job. I dont typically rate people, but this was poor work. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Their coffee is garbage as well.

I will start by saying that this is really just a more high tech version of a gas station car wash (and you pay for that) that gets you in and out quickly which is nice sometimes when you are in a rush (but so do gas stations)... however, they have TERRIBLE customer service and its not worth your time or money.... The manager is extremely unprofessional and needs many lessons in customer service. I went back to them after my wash because I am certain without a doubt that the wash scratched my car... he came out to speak with me on the utter defense... didnt even shake my hand, ask my name, ask me my concerns, be nice or offer up a solution at all...He proceeded to walk around the car and argue with me that this could not have happened at this wash and cared more about defending himself than making sure I was satisfied...He even pointed out to me "well this is a really old car" .....Even if he just offered one of his guys standing around to come buff it out, I would have left happy... I even mentioned that I wasnt coming back to get anything free or write a bad review... welp the review is happening since I could not believe how he handled this situation. Unreal that this type of service still exists today!

This place will be my new go to. Its conveniently located in the Highlands, has a wrap-around driveway long enough to accommodate busy days, and has three interior bays that are each capable of accomadating multiple vehicles for interior cleaning. But seriously, theres a coffee shop on the inside, beers on tap and free wifi. I got the Exterior Total and Interior Total package and by the time I sat down with my coffee the truck was already finished. You drive your vehicle through the exterior wash and my total experience felt like 10 minutes. Great exterior wash and attention to detail on the interior for not getting it detailed. For those of you with large/wide trucks/over-sized tires, this place will accommodate you. I asked first, but then proceeded through the wash with. 79-wide Ford Raptor (with 35 tires) without a problem. Apparently they purposely built the track wide enough for larger vehicles. Not to mention their signs clearly state if theres any damage to your vehicle (non-aftermarket additions), theyll cover it. Adds to piece of mind. Overall, a great value compared to the competition. Would definitely give it a try!
