Two thumbs down!!! This was my first time using Waterway. And I personally went through my car to take out all the trash etc. and make sure it was as clean as I could get it without using a vaccum before they "cleaned it". $33 dollars later and it doesnt look much better. Yes, its been vaccumed. But barely. I had to ask the man to vaccum out my side door pocket because it hasnt been touched. Underneath the seats werent vaccumed, the dashboard sill is dusty, the windshield has watermarks (on the inside?) and they didnt tell me when my car was done. I went up and asked the attendant how much longer and he goes "they usually spin the white towel in the air when your car is done". Um, okay.. Is there a sign that says that is the signal? Or is this supposed to be a known gesture. I sat there for a good fifteen minutes for no reason because I wasnt notified my car was "done". Then the man proceeded to tell me that the stuff on my console was "gum" and they couldnt get it off. I borrowed a rag and some of their spray and got it off just fine. And it wasnt even gum. Then I called to tell them I was disappointed with the their service and asked for the manager. Which, they didnt even put me in contact with the manager.. The door said the managers name was Meghan, I spoke to a man. He didnt apologize and just told me to come back and they can fix the windshield. Id rather not waste my time coming back for you guys to half-ass it again. I already took the time for you to vaccum where you hadnt in the first place, and there was STILL missed details. I highly recommend going elsewhere, your money is better spent somewhere where they care about their customers.

Easily the worst car cleaner Ive used to date - for some reason I even gave them a second try. After refusing to do the $77 clean because they were "too busy" (10 cars @ 9am), I was waved at that my "Whole Thing" job was complete. Only, they didnt even touch the dash or half the glass, which I pointed out. The (unsupervised) teen ran over the dash with a dry rag. I pointed out again that it wasnt clean, and that he still hadnt done the windows. FYI to the management (if there is any): you cant clean a whole car for $33 in less than 10 minutes. Give people an ETA to avoid a rush and tell your overworked kids to take their time and show some pride in their work. Im now at my house doing it myself. Go somewhere else. This place should be out of business or under new management within the year.

WORST car wash EVER. I got the "Whole Thing" that includes vacuuming, wiping down the doors, cleaning the mats, wiping down seats, and of course, the exterior. I told them SPECIFICALLY that I needed everything wiped down and vacuumed from camping with my two dogs. The fur and dust was wiped into the creases of my dash (not removed), the doors still have puppy drool on them, the rubber floor mats are still filthy, the seats are still dirty (theyre leather), and my windows are smudged. They told me it would be 30 minutes.. I sat there for an hour and the car STILL wasnt in good shape. HOW HARD IS IT TO CLEAN MATS AND WIPE THINGS DOWN?! I didnt even want to argue with them or waste anymore time. NO; you guys are terrible.

Management and Midlevel staff is awesome, very helpful and always willing to put forth that extra effort. But like similar reviews I have read here it is nessary to baby the Dry Team at the end of the wash. Got the super shine or whatever and didnt really check immediately after. No Tire Shine, No Body Gloss, Nothing but the basic quick dry off. I take some responsibility as I was I a hurry and did not check, but you have your ticket right there and says exactly what you purchased. Idk if they dont know how to correctly read them or are just lazy. Either way I feel a bit cheated. I may be back, but next time I will definitely double check before I leave.

Recieved 4 scratches all in the same place on the driver side door. Scratches could have been due to a car wash machine mechanism. There is also a possibility of the scratches being caused from one of the same dirty clothes used to dry the two vehicles in front of me. A fresh cloth should be used for each individual vehicle, since that is an individual purchase. Overall the car wash was sub par. As one can observe in my photo attached, the windows were still very dirty on the outside. I would expect water way to be a leader in the Colorado area, as they seem to demonstrate themselves as a top notch luxury car wash service.

First time using this service - there wont be a second time. I got the interior/exterior + wheel shine package. They told me I could grab lunch while waiting. I came back 20 minutes later and they had parked my brand new truck, with the keys on the dash, unlocked in front of the attached gas station - just begging to be stolen. The grill, bumper and side mirrors still had lots of bugs stuck to them. You could do much better for half the price at a do-it-yourself car wash in half the time. On a positive note, the body of the truck was clean and completely spot free. The interior cleaning was done hastily.

Very unhappy!.....got my car washed and noticed after I had returned home that my parking pass for my apartment complex had been stolen. If I dont have it my car gets towed. I called and spoke to the manager who told me to check the floor and under seats and never offered to even go check and ask around for it. I had to tell her to go check for it and very doubtful she did anything other than put me on hold. The manager never took any responsibility for what happened and did not even apologize for the incident. I wont even buy gas from them anymore. If you go there keep an eye on your stuff.

Had my car washed and waxed three weeks ago. The car wash was good but the wax job was terrible. They coated my headlights and parts of my windows with wax. Had to restore my headlights again. Went again yesterday for the $30 car wash and the car still had road and bug debris across the front bumper, side mirrors, and windshield. Mentioned it to the guy wiping the car down which they said they would gladly touch up but they didnt. Ive done a better job in a self serve coin wash which is where Im going today. At least the interior is clean. They lost a long time customer.

I wont be back to this car wash again. I had to instruct the staff on what the difference between a wheel and tire is multiple times. They cleaned the wheels....walked back around still they were not clean and asked again still not clean. I had asked them to continue cleaning and pointed out the dirt...they still didnt get it. I will continue to go to Waterworks downtown Denver as my preferred car wash. I may have to go there now just to get what I want.
