Ive been going to Octopus the last year or so and havent had a bad experience - until today. I realize that I didnt pay for a full detail, but the job they did was ridiculous. I got the "Ultimate" or whatever - the best wash you can buy when pulling up. When they finished and I got in my car to drive off, I noticed there were obvious places the vacuum did not touch on the passenger side. When I got out of my car and checked I realized they also missed huge portions of my backseat floor. A quick look around showed places in the corners of every one of my windows, along with the entire bottom third of my rear window, they had not sprayed or wiped at all. Again - not expecting perfection, but when I pay for something to be done professionally I expect it to be at least as good as what I could have done myself. I went in and told the manager that my car was not clean, and showed him my car. He offered to have it rewashed, and I agreed. I was pleased and figured this would be the end of it. However, when they signaled me over to get my car, I noticed a plastic circle piece sitting on my front seat. I asked the woman who was wiping things down and she just shrugged. I looked down to see that they had broken my front mat (my car has the kind of mats that clip in). When I told her that they broke my mat she just said, "Oh." and kind of rolled her eyes at me. While I sat in my front seat - with my legs outside of the car - to try and fix it she tried to shut the car door on me. When I looked at her she said, "We have other cars.". Yea, you do. and if you all had done your job right the first time I wouldnt be sitting here trying to fix the damage you caused. I was able to pop the pieces back in, but really? Your employees are going to damage my property and then just leave it for me to fix AND make it as obvious as possible that they dont care?? Plus, I had to ask her for her rag to finish wiping the spots that they missed AGAIN. I will not be back. Octopus Car Wash lost a loyal customer today.

I have taken my truck there to be cleaned several times. Each time I take it there, they do a worse job of cleaning it. However, thats not even the worst part. Last time I took it in, they left a bunch of dust on the steering wheel and dashboard. Then, while I was driving away, I realized my sideview mirror bracket was broken. I turned around and went straight back to Octopus. A manager looked at it and told me to come back the next day to talk to another manager. I came back and talked to the other manager and was told to come back the next day to talk to the owner. When I came back to talk to the owner, not only was he 20 minutes late (taking time out of my work day) but his response was, "I dont see how this is our problem." Really?!? Not your problem? When I came in, it wasnt broken, when I left, it was. Thats how its your problem. Neither manager nor the owner denied they broke it, but they didnt believe it was their problem and refused to fix what they broke. Poor treatment of loyal customers. SHAME ON YOU, OCTOPUS! I will never, ever bring my personal vehicles or work vehicles to this craptastic business. I also informed our fleet vehicle manager at work of this incident and he agreed to never take any of our work vehicles there either. This is going to cost Octopus far more in lost business than it would have to just do the right thing and fix what they admittedly broke. Simply pathetic.

This car wash ruined my new car. For the first time in my life, I spent the money and financed myself a nicer 2014 Escape this November. Its the nicest thing Ive ever owned and therefor wanted to take care of it. I took my car to octopus for a basic wash, and when I got home it smelled like old dirty wrags because they clean the inside of your car. I hoped it would go away after a few days, which it did. But then a new smell started showing up so I cleaned out my whole car of everything I had, yet it still smelled. A few days and it was only getting worse so I really started to look around. Thats when I found a puddle of murky, dirty, white water pooled up in my under seat compartment. They had spilled something and not cleaned it up. My new car now smells like trash/rotten fruit/vomit so bad Im having to pay for $170 professional detailing to make the smell go away in my brand new car. And not only that, but they told me to come in and they would help. Expect they just had me come wash my car under the impression it was on them, then made me pay for the upgraded wash I thought they were giving me. And my car still smells like puke and rotten food.

I have hesitated writing this review for quite some time due to a lack of video or photographic evidence, but that has changed. I took my truck into to get washed and due to its size I had to get it hand washed, no big deal. The hand wash of the truck and wheels was beautiful, but I didnt know they were going to clean the inside. I didnt think anything of it. I wish I had secured my valuables. I had a $225.00 Benchmade knife stolen from me that was in my console. They did an excellent job cleaning the inside and was very impressed. Most of the loose contents were place in a plastic bag. When I went to tip both of the attendants, they couldnt hurry to get away from me. I was pretty happy with the overall quality but was disappointed when I got home to find my Benchmade stolen. I now have another vehicle I can take in their to get hand cleaned, but it has three onboard cameras to catch the thieves this time. I have nothing else to do but take my vehicle to get cleaned through out the summer. Cavet Emptor with this place.

Sadly I had terrible customer service with an employee the past few days not only was she rude, but very unhelpful. On Wednesday Sep 23rd around 5 pm i went to see if i could get the mini detail package done on my vehicle. An employee stated that it was too late for this package and i understood so i went home. Today Friday the 25th i went around 4 pm thinking this was enough time for what i wanted and she told me it was too late to do that. I told her that on the website it said that it only took 45 minutes. She later went on to say that this package was by appt only. Something she did not even mention on Wednesday nor is it mentioned anywhere on the website. Already upset i left and proceeded to call to make an appt. I was on hold for over half an hour trying to make an appt. I was extrememly dissapointed with this service and customer support.
