Let me start by saying I thought I found the greatest place ever to take care of my cars. After today though, it dawned on me that every single time I take one of my cars through, without fail, I have to point out a dirty fender or something that is more than obvious that had been skipped over. Even simple as no tire shine on 1 of the 4 tires. Today, I took my 2012 Durango through for a $21 wash and vacuum. 10-15 minutes later they came and got me and I noticed a rather large area that was very obvious and just something you could not miss, most of the front still had major dirt all over. During my walk around at this point the back still had many areas also showing dirt still. I asked the guy wiping the car and he went and got some new rags and wiped it down again, still not very good but effort was shown. Later today (just a few minutes ago) I took my work vehicle (2015 Journey) through and paid $64 to have them wash/ wax, detailed interior clean, and condition the seats/ leather. This time, I took a moment to review the work and am not surprised that they had missed some areas on the front again (that were obvious) and the inside still has "new" foot prints as well as easy to wipe off dirty areas. As I stated it is a reoccurring situation now and I am not ok with and the process. I still have gift cards for $63 = 3 more full $21 washes but am very reserved about taking my vehicles through again. 1- I am writing to alert you to an ongoing issue (customer perception), 2- in hopes you will address it with the staff, 3- wanted to see how you would proceed if you were me? I did speak with the manager on duty at the time about my earlier vehicle and she seemed troubled to offer me a rewash/ an exterior rewash only. I would think as a return (same day) client she would have had an easy choice. 1-4-16 Receipt ticket number (car# 854) from todays ticket.

The worst car wash Ive ever paid for. I paid $23 for their "Full Service." The automated wash was probably the fasted automated wash Ive ever been though, which is not a good thing. It was not sufficient to clean the car. I thought, well at least I paid an extra $10 for the full service and the people who do the service after the automated wash will get everything that was missed.... The interior and detailing service was terrible and one of the worst services Ive ever paid money for. They left a huge splat of soap from the automated wash on the windshield, which dried out and became hard; the floors looked like they had not been cleaned at all--dirt, rocks, and grass everywhere; and they ruined my rearview mirror (the top layer of the mirror was peeling up a bit around the top-left edge and whoever did the inside decided to rip the entire film off, which now makes everything look really dark and distorted through the mirror). I went inside and told the person at the desk about my complaints and they came outside to take a look with me. They said the floors were vacuumed and if I want them cleaner I need to pay $53 for the ultimate service (I wish I could post before and after pictures when I vacuumed it myself later that day, its really appalling how half-assed the vacuuming was). The person from Breeze Thru then looked at my windshield and said she would go get stuff to clean it off and that the rearview mirror must have been like that before I came in because she didnt pull any film off. I asked to see here manager and she said she would go get them. I waited for almost 15 minutes and nobody came out clean the drying soap off of my car or talk to me about my other complaints. I needed to get back to work so I got in my car and left. I will never go back.

If youve ever been to a real full service car wash (i.e Fast Eddies in Chicago) this place will greatly disappoint. If you dont know what a real full service car wash should look like when finished, you might be satisfied. This was my second and last visit. Unfortunately Breeze Thru is the only "full service" car wash that Im aware of in Longmont. The car wash itself leaves your car semi-clean at best with foggy spots and areas that seem untouched whatsoever. Well, these should be touched up during the full service part right? Not quite! The two teenagers that worked on my car each time - while they meant well and I applaud them for working (probably summer jobs) - they gave a half hearted effort at best. My second and final visit was actually a free voucher from when my wife tried this place as well - leaving her interior glass EXTREMELY streaky, the exterior side vinyl virtually untouched, and the dashboard swiped at once with a rag as evidenced by the single clean pass in the middle of a sort of dusty dashboard. Very disappointed. Breeze Thru needs to improve their quality control and their attention to detail. Just because youre the only "full service car wash" in town doesnt mean you should not hold yourself to a higher standard. In fact its so bad that I could open up a real "FULL SERVICE" wash somewhere close by and literally steal all of their business within a year. Try Breeze Thru at your own peril. Youre just as well off spending a few dollars at the self wash down the street and drying your car off with a drive down 119 to Boulder and back.

I go here often as I have the unlimited pass, which is well worth it. The car wash is pretty good, I get one of the higher level washes, so it usually gets my car squeaky clean, though occasionally some really baked on bug guts dont come off. Oh well, no biggie. Other services are good, though I use those rarely. Vacuums are great, but they are sometimes very clogged up with trash from other users. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately sometimes they are too helpful. After my first visit, I no longer needed any guidance on how to use they system (didnt really need it to begin with) but even after telling the staff I dont need assistance when they approach, they still insist on helping. Now that I have an unlimited pass and the process involves one simple touch on the screen, the employees still insist on doing it for me. Meanwhile, the other day, I sat behind a guy with handicapped plates on his car who was clearly having issues reaching and using the computer who could have used some help, but no one was to be found. I almost got out of my car to help him out, but as I opened the door he managed to get the credit card swiped. And, you guessed it, after the guy pulled up to the wash, someone appeared out of thin air to help me press a button. Perhaps employees should just keep an eye out for people who actually need help and stay back otherwise. I do like this place though, the value on the washes is unbeatable and the staff is friendly and (painfully) helpful.

I went here around Valentines day to get my boyfriends car detailed. I spent $130 and got all of the services. When I pulled up to get the inside wash done, there was no attendant there to direct me into the correct aisle, so I ended up in the full service area, and ended up getting the full service. ($25 service.) The manager told me I could come back another time to get the bumper to bumper ($130 service), which is fine, I understand. Mistakes happen. I went back today to get the service done. They said it would take an hour so I left them with my phone number and went home. Two hours passed and I hadnt heard anything, so I drive down there and my car is done. I didnt get a call. Looking at the detail, I would not say that it looks like its worth $130. There were splatters all over the side, (Im assuming it was the wax they used because it came off easily) and several spots inside the car were still black with grease that I could rub off with my finger. (By the seatbelt and blinker) I feel like I could have done a better job with the detail. The whole experience was just very upsetting and completely not worth it. It was a hurried job, not worth $130, and a very big hassle. 2 stars, would not get a detail here again. I would have given it 1 star but the staff was all very friendly.
