Where do I start... Well, if you are using the "mag away" selection in the wash bay, it only works about 50% of the time, and then clogs. Then when you use high pressure soap, it all works fine ( I refuse to use soap brushes because it scratches a cars paint), but then when you go to rinse, no matter how long you wait, there is always soap in the water. Some people, myself included, select spot free rinse to finish the car off and so you dont have to dry your car by hand. Oh, but guess what? Soap in the spot free too. No matter what you select, your car will be soapy when you expect it to be clean. And the soap isnt powerful enough to eat off a little bit of dirt off the cars paint. This has been going on for months and nothing has been fixed, but I know many people verbally complain. They have lost a regular customer forever. The Car wash on Main Street by Centennial Lanes is excellent, I go there now and anyone reading this should too.

I used to love this car wash, but today will be the last time that I visit. I took our first car in and there was no soap for the high pressure wash or the soapy brush and the screen on the controlled was broken. I went back later with our other car, used a different stall. I was charged $7.50 as an "initial fee". There was no soap in the soapy brush again so I just rinsed it off and hit the end button. I was charged another $15.50 for about 3 minutes. You guys have gone downhill fast. Its too bad because you used to be the best car wash in town.

I paid 10 dollars for the automatic wash and it was awful. It stopped a quarter of the way through the wash, no attendant on site, no one answered the first ten times I called the posted number. Finally, someone answered and he was very RUDE. He just lost my business.

This is the best touch-free automatic wash in Longmont. I will drive 15 min out of my way (past many other car washes) to use this one. It gets my car cleaner and dries it better than any other automatic wash around.

I lost $3 in a non working bay. Called the number and the guy said to leave a note and he would mail my refund. Guess what? No refund.
