A gentleman gave me a great deal to get started. I had financial troubles recently and he was extremely nice to break a deal with me. The deal was $17 for the first month and then $35 from then on and I was totally on board. However I was extremely disappointed after my second visit. The gentleman made it seem like if I get the express pkage I wpuld receive the best of the service choices they offer. It was only the first time that I was given the best, the second and last time was the quick express cycle. So if I didnt spend more this month in total washes but if I were to continue I would have to go more often to break even. So I will be canceling my membership today. I also noticed the last time I went there was a customer who was extremely upset bc the machine scratched his paint off which made me realize it happened to my truck as well. The entire right side has scratch marks from a messed up piece of equipment in the car wash. Totally not cool. This place is a scam. The free vacuum is not worth it.

I recently purchased two passes for two separate cars I own, and I specifically requested on each occasion that neither pass auto renew, as I dont always drive both cars, especially in winter months. On both instances, these accounts were setup for auto-renew, although I specifically requested they not be. When requesting a credit back, they were unable to find my account, even with my credit card, name, and transaction number. I was forced to travel to my storage unit across town to get the sticker off the car, only to hear that I would not be issued a full refund for the two months my account was auto-charged. Car Wash Express relies on unethical auto-charging practices that need an overhaul on operational procedure. Too bad, as they offer a good wash, but Id rather wash my car myself than give my business to a company that relies on unethical business practices.

I usually stop at this place to get the ultimate car wash because its at a decent price and its a decent job. I stopped by this weekend, the 11th of February, mid-day to vacuum my car first then get the car wash. I was approached by an employee whom informed me that he had to ask me to leave. He said that the vacuums were only available to those who purchased a car wash. He didnt let me explain that I was going to purchase a car wash after vacuuming. There were no signs that said that the vacuums were only for paying customers only as this place is known for "complimentary" vacuums. They should make it very clear that they are no longer complimentary and that are only available to paying customers. I left and will never return to this place again.

Told me "about $100" to do an interior and exterior detail. Showed up and got $189.95 for a price. Then, they told me "about an hour". Dropped it off at 10:13am. At 12:32pm, it "has about 45 minutes left on the car". In order to use a $50 off coupon, it cost me $110 more. Even when confronted with the quote I was given, etc., I got a shoulder shrug and was told "it costs what it costs." I just thought to myself: no problem, Ill just make sure that people are forewarned about them. Their great location is the only thing that keeps them in business. At 1:19 it was done. Seats and floor were sopping wet. Windows have streaks all over them. Then, when I showed up to pay the absurd $110, it was then $138.

Ok So I fall for the gimmick of hey buy a bundle of car wash coupons for 22 $ basic washes. But I can upgrade anytime for a little more. I go in took them only 40 min and it was a very poor job! Junk still in coffee holder, cat litter that leaked out of bag still in the back, Dust all around the radio and e brake, Windows can still see every dead bug imprint! Didnt do running boards, Giant smudge marks all over hood. Door jams full of dust , just tons of it ,I had to go to work , but after I got there had a really good look and a ton of disappointment! WILL NOT BE BACK!

This is my go-to Car Wash! There are different tiers of washing depending on the amount of grit you need to remove, but regardless of which one you choose the wash comes with unlimited vacuums, mat cleaning & air for your tires. There is always at least 2 attendants who are there to help and give your bumpers a little extra scrub before you head into the wash. Ive even seen them get into the beds of trucks and sweep them out beforehand! This is the best CarWash in central Denver.

This place is apparently under (great) new management. The manager was chipper, helpful, not too pushy, and even dove in and helped finish drying and dusting the car after the wash - all this at 8:00 in the morning. They care, and they pay attention to detail. I once paid 7 dollars to get my wheels cleaned elsewhere, and these guys did it 10 times better for just $2. I will be back for sure. My car looks as good as it did when I bought it, and it didnt break the bank.

I alternate between this location and the Northglenn location and take my car in once to twice a week. I have a monthly membership. I do the work myself and my car stays very clean and shiny. No complaints other than the dryer after the car wash doesnt do a great job. Plan to towel dry your car or youll end up with water spots. Overall, good bang for your buck. Never had them do a detailing but it sounds like they are lacking in their service in that realm.

Pretty good. Best auto dry I’ve experienced. The free vac is always appreciated and the free air blast to dust out those crannies is a nice touch. A bit pricy for the ultimate ($14) and I can’t really tell if it was that much different than the next level down. Have not noticed the tire shine or extra protectant that it promises. Oh well. If it were 100% touch-less I would absolutely do their monthly package.

Want shorter lines, multiple wash options, free vacuums, and free vehicle mat cleaners?? This is your spot! Friendly, courteous staff and an efficient layout. I went here after a frustrating experience with the frequently broken gas-station-based units, the time-consuming DITY units, and the long wait at a nearby mega-car wash. I will definitely make this my go-to for keeping the whip clean.

I have the unlimited monthly wash pass and it is the best for me. Any and every time I have went it is fast and smooth. The only reason I cant give a 5 star rating is due to the fact that they can work on keeping non paying vehicles out of the vacuum stations and freeing them up for paying customers. Like I said just a small improvement and this has only happen to me a few times.

Best car wash Ive ever been to! $35 a month for unlimited washes (NO CONTRACT)....you cant beat that!! It pays for itself and more after the third wash. Doesnt scratch my car at all unlike other car washes that leave swirl marks. The free vacuums, free mat cleaners, free air for your tires and free air to blow the dust out of vents etc. are a huge plus!!
