Car Wash Express does a reasonably good job of getting my vehicles clean. However, since they’ve opened I’ve had a handful of problems. My most recent issue inspired me to write this review: 1. Last week (10/12) I put my 2 week old black F-150 through Car Wash Express. The brushes left scratches in the clear coat along the entire length of the passenger side of the truck. $50 worth of scratch repair later, they’re almost invisible. 2. The on-site glass chip repair people tried to fix a chip in my vehicles windshield. The young man attempted to drill 3 separate holes for filling cracks that had radiated out from the initial chip. The cracks were partially filled but the chip was much more obtrusive post-fix. 3. I opened the driver’s door into the metal casing for the complementary vacuums and put a ding/chip in my door. This was obviously my fault, but it would be nice if they put some padding on the hard metal edges to prevent this. $60 worth of paint-less dent repair mostly removed the damage. Those with larger vehicles have to pull in close to the vacuums to reach the entire vehicle. I didn’t report any of these issues to Car Wash Express. Mostly because I don’t think they’d be able to resolve them to my satisfaction. I may still continue to go to Car Wash Express with my older cars, but I’ll be taking my newer vehicles elsewhere. It’s a shame because they’re very convenient.

I had to take both my vehicles (2009 Acura TSX and 2003 Toyota Corolla) through the ultimate wash twice. For both cars, the windshields and wheels were still pretty dirty after the first wash. After the rewash, the wheels were better but I still had to clean my wheels by hand after I got home. On my TSX, even after two washes, my rear windshield and trunk still had clearly visible dirt and grime on them. Im talking about "drag your finger across and seeing your finger turn brown" dirty. Also, the back of both cars were still completely wet since the air blowers dont point at the backs of the cars at all apparently. The only reason why Im giving this 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because theres vacuums, floor mat cleaners, and an air compressor that are free to use. Id rather pay less and get someone to personally work on my car at Waterway up by Flatirons.

Im very picky when it comes to my car, especially now that I have an Audi I want it to stay clean. My friend recommended express wash in broomfield. I took my car there and the place blew my mind. As I was using the vacuums a gentleman from insight windshield repair fixed a chip in my windshield and because of my insurance it didnt cost me a thing. So then I took my car through the wash and it came out looking brand new again and stayed that way for almost 2 weeks. I then immediately purchased the fastpass, I highly recommend this wash the price is great the people are great and the wash is fantastic

My car had no scratches prior to coming to this car wash. Now the trunk and roof of my car have scratches everywhere. You can even so the pattern of the brushes or whatever going back and forth on the roof. Also the brushes that come along and clean the sides of your car would just barely graze the windows and rear panels so my car is somewhat half way clean. Maybe this car wash does better on big SUVs or something but for 2 door coupes its terrible. Now I go to the one way down on sheridan and I havent noticed any new scratches or had any problems. AND IT ACTUALLY CLEANS MY CAR! Surprising I know!

The vacuums dont work and the hoses are insanely short. I had to go over my mostly clean to begin with carpets MULTIPLE times because the suction was so week, the red nozzle kept falling off AND I had to vacuum half of my Marquis and then turn it around to vacuum the other half because the hose was so short. Absolutely ridiculous. Their prices have skyrocketed yet what they deliver for the price has plummeted.

I went thru the car wash in my 55k platinum pickup. Not only did it not get truck clean but I discovered marks on the truck that were clearly not there previously. I pulled around to the attendent and he told me that they revealed previous marks that I had not seen before. I will never go back. I wont cuss but my feelings would make a sailor blush. 4/2/16 830 am is when I went thru

They do a pretty fair job overall, rims dont come out great, but still about 90% of what I would get if I washed it myself and that is close enough for me, great price if you do the yearly deal they ran at the beginning of the year, love being able to just swing through after work, close to my home and I am happy and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future, thanks!

I always go here for my Uber Suv. Now they upgrade from $14.00 to $17.00 doesnt do any good job. Ultimate was very good back then. I now see its dirty on any windows and blower doesnt dry on my hood and rear lift gate. I dont want to come back again and secondly Cars are too close to each other that I dislike. So overall I ratings two stars. Very disappointing.

Not impressed. We went through and immediately went around to go through again because the car was just not clean. Even after the second time we still had spots on the windshield. The kid doing the pre scrub before the wash missed larger sections of the windshield both times. The driver side window was not dry and we had to clean water spots off all the glass.

This is the most awesome car wash I have ever used. They have dozens of vacuums to use, the actual wash is far more elaborate than any other Ive seen (longer, more rollers, more sprayers), and if your car isnt perfectly clean when you exit you can pull back up to the entrance and they will let you go through for free until its clean! Great find!

Waited 30 minutes, soap only covered the back half of my car. The spinning washers and water rinse only covered the back of my car. Needless to say I have dried soap/dirt water on my car. Dont know how but my car is actually dirtier after the "car wash". Instead of waiting 30 more minutes to run it back through, I decided it wasnt worth it.

I drive for Uber and lift and so I bought the annual package for around $200. I get my car washed at least twice a week and it saves me a ton of money. The staff is always courteous and exceptional and their professionalism. The car wash area is always clean and vacuum is always working properly. Thank you car wash express Broomfield!

This place makes it very easy to get a pretty bad car wash. Its sort of worth it if you pay monthly because then you just drive in whenever you want, get a car wash, and never have to speak to anyone. But the washes are really not very good. I usually drive through twice and it still misses parts of my car. I wouldnt recommend it.
