If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are terrible. The owner of this car wash also owns the one on W. Alameda. These idiots put acid on my custom exhaust and on my $12k wheels and ruined them both. After the damage was done, the guy looked at me, gave me the business card to the owner and said, "Sorry". I called the owner and left messages and finally I got a hold of his manager, and I told him about what happened and scheduled a time for them to look at the damage to my car. I met the manager, Cliff, at the location where it happened (at 8431 Grant St.) and he admitted there was damage to my car, but none of their employees admitted to putting acid on the car. Conveniently, the employee that was responsible was not there to point the finger at and have him speak for himself. This jerk gets in my face and starts cursing and acting like I should be "a lot more angry than I was". They acted like I was trying to pull a scam on them or something. The fact is their employee caused about $8000 damage to my car and I just wanted it fixed. (refinishing of the wheels was about $3000, replacement exhaust was $4000, trim around the exhaust was ruined from the acid so that was about $500, and the rest was shipping) So, after many emails and phone calls later they agree they will file a claim on their liability insurance and let the insurance company figure it out. Then all the sudden they have a sudden change of heart and refuse to file a claim and that I "needed to file a claim with MY insurance". It was clear at this point they were unwilling to take ANY responsibility for the actions of THEIR employees. I didnt know that acid would damage my wheels and exhaust. But thats not MY JOB to know these things. They wash and detail cars EVERYDAY so I thought I could trust people who do this for a living. I was wrong. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND NEVER EVER GO TO ANY OF THESE CAR WASHES. THEY ARE CROOKED, GREEDY, AND SELFISH. They do not give a s*** if they damage your car. I ended up filing a claim with my own insurance. I hope that my insurance company went after them and got at least some of their money back, but my guess would be no since I never received reimbursement for my deductible. And by the way, if you read the other reviews, you will see the owner, Jay Gleeson, reviewing his own car wash. What a jerk.

These guys are great, the service is great, the prices are great, the attitude of the washers is great, the wash is great, the detail guys are great, their lobby popcorn is great, heck even their bathrooms are great - they sparkle. I used to take my car to a place downtown for years, but they were expensive, their gas sometimes made my engine knock, their workers were surly and bored looking, and they acted like they were doing me some kind of rare favor by washing MY car. I tip the Xtreme guys the difference between what I used to pay and Xtremes prices, and the guys remember my name, my dogs name (and give him a bone too, even Rusty loves Xtreme clean) and even what car scent I like. Plus the owners are local regular guys whom I have even seen jump into the detail line to help when things get busy. I like it that my money stays in Colorado. On occassion Ill count how many quarters are in my console to check a places worker honesty. At other places I often get my car back with .$25 or $.50 missing, but never at Xtreme, in fact once they must have found some change on the floor because I wound up with more than I had when I left the car. So great place, cant say enough!

Worst expirence I have ever had. Zero stars!! I bought seats for my car decided to get them cleaned before I installed them into my car. I paid to get them cleaned and they wanted me to leave them overnight to dry. Well it had rained all night. When I went to go pick them up the next day I got there and was not acknowledgedwhen I drove up even though there were multiple employees. Then I saw one of my seats on the drenched picnic table when I finally got someones attention I asked if they forgot that seat section. He picked it up and laughed as water started pouring out of my new seats!! The other seated were underneath a canopy but None of the seats were dry. Which is why he wanted me to leave them over night. I talked to the manager and he still wants me to pay full price!! When i talked to the manager and explained they were wet he said they still cleaned them so i still need to pay i said they were new and he said "they must not be that new otherwise you wouldnt of needed them cleaned". What a bunch of crooks. They do not!! Deserve to be in business.. three soaked seats and have to wait for them to dry in order to install.

I redeemed a 3 punch card today at the car wash. There was a huge line, and they were very disorganized. That aside, I spoke to the owner who suggested a Mexican restaurant to eat at during my wait. So, I went down the block, came back 45 minutes later, and found that my car was parked in an adjacent lot, unlocked with the keys in it, and not washed well at all. There were several areas of the car that had visible dirt (not dust, dirt). When I pointed this out, he found the responsible employee, who "cleaned" it more (with dry cloth). Still not clean. Then, I talked briefly with the employee who gave some excuses about how the machine didnt wash it well (which is actually true, I saw other cars coming out of the machine wash that had several dirty spots). I spoke to the owner again who did not fix the problem. My car was not clean. He didnt charge me for the "wash" and I wasted over an hour. I have three more "washes" that Ive paid for, and have no intention of returning. There are MANY alternatives that do a better job at the same cost. (FYI, this is for the car wash on Alameda.)

A disaster. Thought we would get a carwash. Drove in to vacuum area- several people there all ignored us. Went inside and they said to drive around to entrance which we did. Waited a few minutes and a young guy came out and asked us which wash we wanted- little explanation of washes.. We decided on $19 wash. It took several tries for guy to start wash. Went through wash which looked dirty and broken- it nearly took off our mirror.. While in wash looked at ticket and he had charged me $25 ! Came out of wash and went inside. About 6 kids all talking loudly around register- they broke up and I asked cashier why we were over charged. She starting looking for guy who sold us wash. I gave up and said I just wanted basic wash for $3 (printed on ticket). She said no, it really costs $8. Exasperated and feeling ripped off I gave her $3 told her they were deceptive and left. This wash should not be in business.
