So having been a customer for several years - Im very disappointed in how poor customer service has become. I recently took my Subaru BRZ to get a quick wash before leaving for a wedding. After exiting the wash I noticed that there was a set of scratch lines in a regular pattern over the passenger side roof. Looking at the marks its clear that these were caused by the rotational brushes. Dirt or debris was trapped by the rollers and just spun right into the paint. After filling out a damage report I was called a few days later and was told that their car wash has never caused damage ever and that many employees have their cars washed every single day. Good for them. I highly doubt that no damage has ever been caused. The fact that my cars paint is black just makes it very easy to spot damage. Check out the photos of the damage caused. Im saddened to hear that Eco Express, and Phillip, their general manager, will not work with me at all on correcting their mistake. Stick to touchless washes if you want to be sure your cars paint doesnt get mangled by spinning brushes.

I come here a lot for the free unlimited vacuums with car wash-- used to have a German Shepherd. Been coming for a few years. The vacuums are powerful, and I like the free car mat wash option as well. The staff are great. Today Sonia helped me as she was on her way out of work. I asked if I could run my car through again since a spot didnt get all cleaned, and instead of mindlessly saying yes, she walked over to my car with me to see the problem spot. She examined it (the front of my car) and said I was welcome to run it through but explained when the bugs set in like that its unlikely a Car wash can take them off. I asked what she would recommend and instead of saying "I dont know" and leaving it at that, she came back with degreaser and scrubbed a couple spots hard to test it out. It seemed to help so she doused the front of my car in it and sent me through again, no extra charge. She was so above and beyond helpful, much more than I would expect from someone working at a Car wash. Very impressed.

If i could give negative stars I would... Ive been loyal customer for 5 years paying a monthly membership. Today I had the worst experience, which has obligated me to terminate my membership and never come back to this carwash. I came in for my usual wash and when I came out I noticed my vehicle had multiple scratches all around it. When I addressed it to the attendant, I was told that they were not responsible for any damages. I am very aggravated because I just purchased this 2017 vehicle and it shouldnt have to already be repaired. Regardlesss of the vehicle, one does not come to a car wash to get their car ruined. There were 2 other people parked next to me whos vehicles had also been scratched and were told the same thing. So if you want your car scratched for $37.99 a month and then be told to f*$k off... you know where to come!

All in all this place is good. Its very fast and convenient however that sometimes discounts the quality. I usually have to ask to go through a second time because it wasnt washed correctly. Theres usually dirt buildup on the back bumper near the trunk as well bugs still stuck on the front of the car. Lets not forget the windshield either; my windshield is usually still dirty along the edges. Another thing Ive noticed, along with other customers, is the scratches. They claim the material cant scratch but bottom line, it does. Theyre not deep scratches but you can tell the car has gotten tiny scratches from it. I only go here when I happen to be around. For the money, its not bad. Especially considering the free vacuums and mat cleaners. But Id recommend another car wash it your looking for more quality.

Ive been going here off and on for a few years now. It would have always been 5 stars in my book. But today... today they cracked my windshield. The manager said it was the heat outside and the rock chips but nah... first off my air conditioning is blasting 60° so no freaking way! Smdh they will blame it on anything to not replace my cracked windshield. WARNING if you have a small rock chip anywhere on your windshield and they crack your shield when you go through the car wash the best they will be able to do is offer a free voucher to wash there again.... seriously?!?!?

The Good: *Good price for a wash *Staff are friendly and helpful The Bad: *Could stand to rinse and dry for a little bit longer *Membership tag reader doesnt usually work on the first pass * Every jackass with a $2000 stereo in a $200 car thinks you want to hear their music, and staff doesnt regulate. Even at 8am with kids around you can hear some insecure chump rapping about his sausage like its the mid 90s all over again.

Manager closed the car wash on the morning of Dec. 23rd due to snow fromt the day before. He demonstrated poor customer service and was not honest about the reason for the close. Also- the location has changed its hours from 8:30 to 7:30 to 6:30. This limits my use as a customer who signed up for the monthly program. Its too bad since they have a good product and the rest of the staff provides excellent service.

Cheap! Not in quality, just the price. For the best car wash its only $15. Most places charge about $25 for the same wash. Some of the patrons play their music too loud when vacuuming out the car. This can be annoying. But the car wash gets the car really clean and the vacuums truly suck. I would definitely recommend this place

I live really close by and I love the fact that you can drive in to get your car washed and use their parking area to use their vacuums for free and their automatic washing machine to clean your car mats. I go to this car wash every weekend and their prices are great for the service youre able to do on your own.

A good automated car wash can be hard to find in the downtown area, this one is fantastic! The wash quality and options are great - plus you get free access to vacuums and mat-cleaning machines. If you come in the early morning or later evening, theres usually plenty of space to get your car looking beautiful.

$15 for a really good car wash and the ability to use some commercial vacuums? Hard to beat. Wish they offered some even more premium options where they would do a quick check on your car before you leave, I did notice some pretty significant dirt spots were left. Overall, pretty great place.

Well after taking my car here I notice on the roof of my 2017 hyundai elantra their were scratches. I know you guys have a high volume of customers and your not able to shut down operation so you can rinse or spray of the equipment. So with that said I will wash my car by hand.

Great wash. Strong free vacuums included. Vacuums on both sides of car for each parking spot. Easy location. Floor mat wash machine included. Offers monthly membership but also great one time prices. $9 for mid grade wash which was plenty for my mountain van covered in mud.
