I recently had my property stolen from this place and nobody will look at the cameras and get back to me! and now they are telling me I cant continue to wash my car there because I have complained too much!!! im outraged!!! I had a membership here for 6 months and yesterday for the first time my card declined the charge, I received a voicemail from Christine at the broadway location that the payment wasnt processed and that I need to transfer funds and that they will run my card for three more days. The next morning my direct deposit hit and I went in for my daily wash on the way to work. I was told by Marty the on site manager that I am uneligible to be a member because Ive had multiple license plate changes and my card was declined 1 time. I tried to explain to him that Ive had the same car the whole time and that I came with temp tags then I got new plates, I recently went on a road trip and lost my back license plate due to some faulty threading. So I replaced my plates but the vin and car are the same..They would not hear me out..and I then realized this was probably over my recent calls and visits trying to reclaim my property or get info about the complaint I made with marty..so I brought that up and then they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about until I called out by name who exactly I spoke with..Then they tried to usher me out because other customers were about to hear that my property was stolen..Its pretty easy to know who got in your car considering it only goes in a half circle I filed a complaint and nobody returned my call and now they are trying to black ball me and cancel my membership when christine clearly told me I have three days to resolve the issue and I resolved it in 12 hours! this is how they treat loyal customers :/

WARNING!!!!!! MUST READ BEFORE ENTRUSTING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS BUSINESS!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH. Okay service but dishonest. My 2013 vehicles door and paint got damaged by their equipment and they denied it. The manager wasnt going to write a report until I asked if I could get one, but I still ended up having to file a claim through my insurance. If this ever happens to you, file a police report so your insurance can go after them and you dont have to pay your deductible. The manager was very unprofessional. He said he would check their cameras the next day and give me a call with a resolution. He never did and I had to call him just to find out that they wouldnt take responsibility. I just cant believe they just wouldnt be honest and take responsibility after showing them it was obviously done by their equipment. Oh, and this is not the first incident Ive had in this place. One time I took my vehicle in and one (or possible several) of their employees, took about $5 worth of change I had in the cup holder and thought I wouldnt notice. I reported it to the register attendant but they acted like they didnt care. Similar thing happened to a buddy after telling him about what had happened to my vehicle. Horrible management and overall, Im thoroughly disappointed. Additionally, my vehicle had small but noticeable scratches all over it. Thanks for reading. Tip: Always ask for their disclaimer (policy) when you go to any car wash. Vehicle is black and I just read a review about a black car that got scratched up just like mine

Ive had a monthly membership here for over 2 years and, overall, have had an excellent experience. The service is always very fast and pretty friendly. Dont be overwhelmed if the line is backed out to the street, they pump the cars through pretty quickly. Sometimes they dont do the greatest job, but if you want every little nook and cranny cleaned, buy a detail service. Nothing irritates me more at the car wash then watching some person who gets their car washed once a year think that the $16 that they spent entitles them to complain that theres a tiny speck of dirt on the hood of the car and then hold up the line because theyre inspecting the rest of the car with a magnifying class and white gloves. Cmon people, lets move it along here. On a side note, I have a Thule roof box on my car which they accommodate by not running one of the big brushes over the roof. One day, someone forgot to turn that brush off and ripped the box off of my roof. Marty (Manager on duty at the time) handled the situation with total class and had a new box put on within 24 hours. Excellent.

$23?!? For what? Someone told me this was the best car wash so I tried it- terrible!! Awkward and jammed entrance, blocking the road in both directions. Finally a man whistled and pointed where I should go. They vacuumed my car violently for 2 minutes, didnt even get most of the dirt out. No direction in what to do after getting out of my car but they offered to fix a chip in the windshield for $50 and told me I needed "the works package" because my mats were dirty. After sending my car through an automatic washer, some kid then jumped in and accelerated out of there with the driver door open hardly paying attention. They "washed" or should I say sprayed down the mats quickly and called it good- whistling at me to come and get it out of the way. There was still dirt all over the mats, streaks on the door handles, they didnt even clean the windshield or windows. Seriously disappointed I took it to my normal 50 cent car wash and finished what they had hardly started. Such a rip off!! Ill never go back.

Hated this place! Their drying area is full of car goo and left an oily black mess all along the lower part of my car from my wheels spinning it off. I had to hand wash my car when I got it home, and now Im stuck with a groupon for 4 more visits here which I dont plan to use. If you have a nice car, avoid this sub-McDonalds quality car wash. They are in far too big of a rush and the car wash itself doesnt even get all the soap off! Actually, I suspect that the soap not coming all the way off is a strong indicator that cars are leaving the wash area still dirty while entering the drying area. Now I wish I had taken more pictures to share but I was so upset at the time (about 3-4 weeks ago) and wanted the muck off my car. It was significantly worse than the picture shows. I cant be the only one with this problem considering the severity of the mess on my car. Clean up your Carwash, get all the soap and dirt off, and do your job right!

TL;DR version: •Great exterior clean. •Great interior hard surfaces (e.g. windshield, dashboard) clean. •Mediocre vacuuming clean. Services purchased: •Express Wash •Supreme Interior Cleaning Details: I got the express wash to cover the outside ($8) and the express detail "supreme interior cleaning" ($30) to cover the inside, because I wanted a more thorough clean on the inside. The outside looked great—it was quite shiny when it came out. The hard surfaces on the inside were great, too. What was rather lacking was their vacuuming job. Any of the cloth or carpeted surfaces inside still had crumbs or animal hairs (the previous owner of the car left a few animal hairs inside when I purchased it), especially in nooks and corners. For $38 I was hoping for more. Other than the vacuuming, great service and looked good. I just wouldnt recommend it for covering the carpeted surfaces at all.
