I went here instead of waterworks because the reviews were better and because they offered shuttle service which I needed the weekend I took my truck in because my girlfriend was out of town so I needed a ride home while my vehicle was being detailed. The person on the phone said the shuttle wouldnt be a problem and that they would need to keep it overnight anyway. The next day they refused to send the shuttle saying it was more than 7 miles away. I told them I checked it on google maps and it was under seven miles and it wasnt a problem the day before. Then they said it didnt matter because they just werent going to send the shuttle no matter what and I had to be there by 5 to pick it up. So I paid for an Uber to go pick up my truck. The entire inside was wet when I got there but I guess thats to be expected when you shampoo everything. What was more disappointing was that there was still pet hair on the upholstery. Unfortunately it wasnt until I got home that I noticed a couple things. First, there was a lot of scummy buildup on my ceiling around and on the cabin lights, overhead compass, etc. The scum grew as the ceiling dried out - now it looks scummy around the entire edge of the ceiling. Second, all of the belongings in my car were missing including registration papers, money, electronics, etc. Third, the windows on my truck cap had not been cleaned at all. I emailed the owner about my belongings and he said they were there and Id have to come get them. They close at 5:30 every day and I work downtown so I wasnt able to make it there until Saturday. Cleaning the windows on my truck cap would not have been so annoying had they not charged me more for cleaning my Tacoma than a regular car. Not sure what the extra cost is for since the cabin area is the equivalent of a compact car and they largely ignored everything behind the cabin. In all, Id say it was a largely annoying and overpriced experience. $285 for what should have probably been a $150 job.

I recently purchased a 2008 BMW 335xi and was told about Jazz Car Wash & Detailing to have my car "clayed" before I had a clear-bra installed. I had never heard of this process before and figured that I would check it out. Upon my arrival, which was completely impromptu, I was greeted by friendly employees who were knowledgeable and willing and able to explain what the process was and the benefits it offered the longevity of the appearance of my car. They also invited me into the garage where they were claying another car so that I could see the difference in before and after. (The garage, by the way, was amazingly clean and organized!) I was thrilled when they told me how much it would cost and asked when they could do the work. To my surprise, they told me they could do it right then and there and would only take an hour and a half. While I waited, there was a variety of snacks available for purchase and a "lobby" complete with comfy chairs, magazines and television. It really felt as if I were in the home of an old friend. As I relaxed while waiting, a very nice gentleman came into the waiting room and chatted with me and some of the other folks in the lobby. He introduced himself and as it turns out, he was the owner of Jazz. He and his counterpart, Orbitz, were the perfect hosts! Within only an hour, the tech brought me back my keys and escorted me to my car, which was shining more brilliantly than the day I saw it on the showroom floor! I couldnt have been more pleased and highly recommend Jazz to anyone who loves their car as much as I love mine! Thank you Keith, Orbitz and staff for a great time and great service!!! I am really jazzed about Jazz Car Wash & Detailing!

I recently moved from California with my 06 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 9. When I arrived in Colorado, the car had been in a few car shows, earning an award in one. The paint was in great shape. After one winter, however, the paint had taken a beating. The clear bra was full of scratches, as was the paint, and the magnesium chloride on the roads had faded the once crystal clear finish of the car. When I arrived at Jazz, Keith, the owner, personally greeted me and came outside to take a look at the car. I explained my situation to him and he paid careful attention to the information I gave him on sensitive parts that I had installed. After fully understanding what he had to work with, he informed me about the processes that he uses to revitalize and protect paint. He told me his plan of action and I ended up leaving my car at Jazz for a full detail. When I picked my car up, I couldnt believe my eyes. The scratches and swirls on the clear bra were gone. The paint was also absolutely scratch free. Additionally, the luster and clarity of the paint was back. The car had regained the "wet look" it had lost since moving. Overall I was so impressed by the work done at Jazz, that I entered into a car show for this fall. When I need my car detailed again, I will confidently return to Jazz.

I have been in the customer service business for thirty years and cannot believe the apathy and indifference of the owner/manager. I asked for an explanation of why they require a waiver on engine washes. They owner/ manager acted put out and told me he would just cancel it. He didnt show any interest in my concern for engine safety or the fact that Jazz is concerned over their liability enough to make customers sign waivers. He could care less about people spending money in his business, only worried about his potential liability. Its sickening to see an owner have a business with decent traffic and abuse his customers because he believes he can and get away with it. I had a $70 job done two days ago and the staff could not bother to take the time to do an engine cleaning while I was there. If I walk into a restaurant 20 minutes before closing I dont get turned away. But at Jazz I was told to buy a gift card to come back another day. They werent disrespectful, just dont care. So I went along and bought the gift card. Came back today to get treated like garbage by the arrogance and apathy of this pathetic excuse for an owner. I get about 50 cars a month detailed. I wont ever bring a vehicle here again!

Weve been going to Jazz for 2 years now and until recently everything had been great. However, things have been going down hill all summer. The quality of wash has diminished and isnt up to the standard they claim for their Best Wash. They are constantly not completing all of the tasks listed. But, even worse than that.. I was there on Tuesday this week they bent my vehicle antenna very egregiously, it wasnt capable of being screwed back in because it was so bent. So, instead of telling me that they had damaged it, they took it off my vehicle and slid it in on the passenger side of my vehicle where I couldnt see it. Luckily I noticed before I pulled away and they were able to bend it back and hopefully they didnt comprise the strength of the antenna by bending it twice. I asked if I needed to take it off when I come in from now on {we currently have monthly memberships on 2 vehicles} and the guy said, No, they just deal with so many vehicles. Somehow that doesnt feel like an adequate excuse for damaging my vehicle.
