I purchased a Groupon for a “Complete Interior and Exterior Detail with and Engine Detail” for $149 (originally $249). I would not recommend this business based on many reasons. After reading many negative reviews online, I was skeptical. However, I called the business directly and spoke with the owner, John and he advised me that there would be a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so I purchased. When I showed up, there was no one available to greet me. I had to walk around the facility to find someone. Once I did, they were less than professional, took my keys and told me to come back after 5pm, then vanished. Knowing there were several different options for the detailing, I had to walk around again to find someone to confirm that I would be getting the package that I had purchased. A few hours later, I received a call stating that I had tree sap on my hood and that it would be an additional $50 to remove. Knowing that it had to be done, I agreed. I would have liked to know this when dropping off the vehicle. A quick walk-through of what needs to be done, etc. should have been done before leaving, to set proper expectations. I returned at the time that they told me that the vehicle would be finished. It had been pulled up to the front. I started inspecting it and noticed that it more so received an interior/exterior cleaning, rather than a detail. Headlights were still dirty, they missed spots where there was still dirt, vents were not clean (according to their interior detail description, it states that vents would be cleaned with Q-tips), still spots of sap on the hood they charged me an additional $50 to remove... Seeing the progress, or lack thereof, I brought my dissatisfaction to one of the employees and asked about the 100% satisfaction guarantee the owner promised on the phone. She immediately took offense and hurried to find the owner. He walked up to me and asked what my concerns were and I started to tell him. He then replied “let my guys finish before you start to nitpick every little thing” as if they were going to keep working on it if I didn’t say anything. They ended up working on it a bit longer and then the owner came back to me for review. They cleaned up some of my concerns, however it was still not a detail. I brought up several issues including the vents not being Q-tipped and the owner replied that people come in there expecting a full detail at original price for the Groupon price and that he can’t please everybody. So much for 100% satisfaction guarantee… At the end of the day, this place has unprofessional employees and their service is not as promised nor anything close to a professional car detail. I left with nothing but wet seats (as most reviewers mentioned) and buyer’s remorse.

I had just bought a new car and needed a wash after all the snow and had been to this carwash before and they had always done a great job. After a few minutes one of the employees and I were talking and he told me that one of the cars had the keys locked in it, I asked him which one he told me the red one it turns out it was my car. I told him that I lived ten minutes away and that I could have my wife bring me the keys to get in. He told me we do this all the time and went to unlock the door. After the wash was complete I went to my car and the jamb and outer pillar were all scratched up from the tool they used to get into my new car, I showed the guy and he looked surprised like he never saw it. after a minute he told me get an estimate and we will take care of it, so he gave me his card and wrote down a description of the damages. I went and got an estimate and took it back to the gut , he looked at it and said this is to much the owner isnt going to pay this, so I went and got another estimate it was $200.00 less than the first one, once again I was told that it was to much(hey I didnt do the damage to the car you guys did). He said he would have to submit it to the owner on Monday and would call me back, so Monday comes and no phone call. so I call him. He tells me that they want me to take it to their guy and would call me back no call. Tuesday rolls around and still no call, so I call again He tells me that he will call me back in a couple of hours SUPRISE! No call back. All they had to do was fess up and come and tell me what they did and we could have figured something out, but when it feels like you are just blowing me off it is insulting, so this is step one hopefully tomorrow they will call me and we can fix this. I will keep everyone posted.

Employees there are not to be trusted. Do not leave any belongings in your car-as they will most likely disappear. Although, my car seemed to be in a good shape-the change that I use for the metered parking was gone. I had to go back inside and ask employees as to what happened to my change. Even though, the amount of money was minimal-it is the point that they took it out of my car, and that is considered stealing. Maybe I was raised with different standards, but taking someones money without permission after they paid you for service is incredibly low. No matter how decent the car wash itself was-I will NEVER go back to that place as I have NO respect for people that steal change ( after I gave a 20% tip ). Consider my experience before going there.

Thieves work here. Great job on the interior detail, but they totally stole my digital camera. I hate to have to put it out there on Yelp, and I know they have a sign about "not responsible for belongings", but its still not right. I was in a hurry and had just dug up the camera to put the car up for sale, but I needed to get it detailed first. Unfortunately I couldnt take the nice "after" picture for the want ads, and the job cost me a very reasonable $100 plus an old camera. Awesome job cleaning, and Im sure most of the staff are fine and the managers obviously take the job well done seriously. But customers need to take that sign seriously as well and take everything out and and I mean EVERYthing or else someone will gank it!

At tha car wash is a family ran buisness we started this company in my garage in 2004 and in 2012 we took over the old Alexanders car wash at that time we were averaging 10 carwashes a day here now we are doing a little over a 100 a day I built this company on pure quality control and customer service we love vehicles and it shows. We are the last 100% Hand Car Wash and Detail Center in town we believe in keeping our car washing old school its the only way to wash a vehicle is what I believe and it shows not only do I wash cars I detail too and I see on a daily what the brush washes do to your paint wen they bring them to us to buff out the scratches. So come see why they are calling us the best in the bizz!!!
