A complete disaster with damage to my vehicle. I work in the area and have used Metro Express several times to date with each experience becoming progressively worse. The washes when they were starting out were good but now my vehicle has large soap spots left over and my vehicle now has damage from using them as the photos show. My biggest disappointment is how they handled the damage. Here is how the story goes. Had my truck washed early last week with same water spot issues and noticed the next morning a piece was missing from my front bumper. Wasnt hard to figure out where it came off so I went back to Metro and spoke with the manager Derek. He asked me what the piece looked like and sure enough he came back a few minutes later with the missing piece. He then asked me to fill out a damage report which I did and looking at the damage book, the damage to vehicles is happening frequently given the number of torn out pages. So I asked what now? He told me to go purchase the part, bring in the receipt and I would be reimbursed. Interesting that the time and money to do this was put on me? So I did as he suggested and purchased the part at a dealership and brought the receipt back in for reimbursement. Well he asked if I wanted a credit on car washes, ya I want more of this, or cash. Wasnt a hard decision to make pay me back in money. Well he didnt like that, he told me he found the parts on line for $29.00, thats great why didnt he offer to buy them from the get go? The bill for the part is $49.00 so now he is arguing over $20.00 dollars and I mean $20.00?????? I told him I would not treat my customers this way and I am out time and money to get the part, install it and bring the bill back to him... Starting to see a level of incompetence here? To make the matter worse I showed him the paint damage to my vehicle at which time he did a 180 and walked away. Absolutely the worst customer service in a long time for me. To be fair to Derek I did disclose to him that the parts is only purchased in a pair and he indicated that there was damage to only one at which time he did offer to pay me $13.00 for one side only, not sure how he came up with that figure. Unbelievable. So I took the opportunity to show him the paint damage shown in the photos, taken at Metro with Derek present, his comment "too bad". Wish there was a way to give a negative star rating.

After I ripped some dirty donuts in the local parks, I figured a wash was in order. However my expectations were quite low due to the fact that my car had destroyed every wash it had encountered. What typically happens is that I enter the wash and exclaim, "GOIN IN DRY BABAY". The facility attempts to summarily reject my car like how my body trys to reject gas station sushi, and equipment subsequently annihilates itself. Imagine throwing a cinder block into a wood chipper. I digress. So, the visit. The wash opened pretty recently and on this particular day I was feelin pretty amped from my 64 ounce MONSTER energy drink. MONSTER ENERGY -UNLEASH THE BEAST. I entered the tunnel at what I estimate was 45 mph, but the friendly staff guided me right onto the tracks. Ya know when you draw a scalding hot bubble bath and slide right in? Thats what its like at the beginning of your Metro wash. And I know what youre thinking, "Jack youre sitting INSIDE the car". No, dude. Im sittin on top of this thing like its an ol horse drawn carriage. "U must personally experience the thing u want to review on Google" - my dad. Anyway, as Im bathing in the hot chemicals, I can feel myself undergo a DEEP clean, and I can see the thick layer of dried mud, sand, soot, the kool-aid I spilled on the windshield, maple syrup, Busch light, and sweat fall away from the sides of my car. Additionally, I think that stuff is actually great conditioner for your hair. The air dryers fluffed up my beautiful brown locks and I swear to shiva I looked like George Clooney circa Oceans 11. As I stepped off to check out the final product, I was truly blown away. Those super strong air dryers from the next car literally blew me onto Santa Fe drive... I recovered, and there before my eyes was an exquisite sight. This car was legit hard to look at due to its shiny-ness. Im tired and pretty drunk so Im gonna wrap this review up. I really do think that this carwash could bring peace to the world. If Supreme leader Kim Jong Un could get his Lotus washed here (He seems like a lotus guy), I think that Korea would reunite. I enjoyed my experience.

I took my brand new 4Runner to Metro Express Car Wash this morning 2/15/2016, and it was the worst experience ever. I even called ahead of time to ask about the foam wheel brush system, as I felt there was potential for scratching to occur. Well it turns out I did need to worry, the system failed somehow during the wash and it paused. The brushes stopped up against the front... and when it started back up it clearly scratched the front of my new vehicle. Thats not the worst of it, the track that tows your car through failed and (while in neutral) the track bumped me into the person in front of me. This all happened while the front windshield was completely covered with these foam brushes, so you cannot see at all. Also the person to the rear bumped into me?!?! This was the most dysfunctional car wash system that Ive ever seen or heard about. Im waiting to hear what they are going to do about this, as the attendant clearly said to me "the person in front of you hit their brakes... and the person behind you freaked out". They said they need to review recordings to see what happened?!?! What a nightmare! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT IT AT ALL.

Today was my second visit. The first time I went it was right after the car wash opened. I bought the basic wash and it left my car with little water spots. The car wash ran my car thru again with the metro wash and still had the spots. They said they were still adjusting the chemicals. I decided to give the place a try again today. I tried a basic wash and this time it came out of the wash with discoloration from the chemical down each side of my vehicle. The manager ran it through again with the metro wash in hopes it would remove the splatter and chemical drips in which it didnt. He proceeded to blame the the city and the chemicals they are putting down for the snow. I showed him the blue chemical that was not rinsed off. I tried to wipe it off but it left the blue coloring on my white paint. He then couldnt blame the city after seeing it for his own eyes. The only thing they offered me was a free car wash. I took it to a pressure washer car wash and it wont come off.
