They broke my car today. Ive been coming here for years, only because of the convenient location. My car is usually reasonably clean, but the vacuuming is terrible--consistently terrible. Ive learned to accept that I will always leave with lots of water drips running down the car from the window frames and door edges. Im not that picky, and usually just wipe it off better when I get home. Today, though, they broke my Jeep Liberty. When I left my car, it was fine. Just fine. When it came out, someone pulled the car up right in front of us, so we were next to the car as it was being dried off. When one of the workers opened the back gate, there was a squeaking/crunching noise and the gate wasnt opening fully. The worker tried to force it. My husband ran over yelling, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, stop!" The driver-side tail light lens was pulled away from and almost off of the car. The guy drying that side of the car didnt seem very concerned. My husband went inside and told the cashier, who said they would pay for it if we couldnt fix it. After reading other reviews here from other customers whose cars were damaged, Im not holding my breath. Sounds like an empty promise. I know the tail light was fine before the car was washed because when we first arrived, I had the gate open when I was in the vacuuming area so I could put a couple of things in the cargo area of the car. The gate opened and closed just fine, and there was no damage on my car before I left it with these people. Nobody who worked there seemed concerned about the problem at all. The front-end manager pretty much said we must have done it, it was our problem, and to take it back to the dealer and have them fix it. I am so angry right now!! When we got home and took a better look, it appears that something got caught on the edge of the tail light that was then was pulled with considerable force, yanking the tail light lens right off the car. It turns out the frame of the tail light is bent, so this is not going to be a quick, easy fix. I was thinking of taking my car there to get it detailed, but now, no way. Never again. I will never, ever, ever give these jerks another penny of my money. Not that they care. The place is a goldmine and losing one customer is not something theyll notice. I do plan to warn anyone and everyone I can, though.

I went there in Friday evening after work to get my 05 Ford F250 cleaned. The recent rainstorms in the area had left a nice film of dust dried onto my paint. I LOVE my truck... their service? not so much. The price was well within reason. For $27.95 the deluxe wash was the best choice. The truck went through the first time and the employees noticed that their was still a film of dust so they put it through again. The second time it came out, I immediately noticed damage to my vehicle. I was directed to Dan Fischer, the site manager. I pointed out the damage. The pinstriping along the left side, which is Ford Factory for the Lariat edition, had been blown partially off. High Pressure in the wash bay? I would say so. Dan said that unfortunately this happens and most vehicles dont even come with pinstripes anymore. ITS A 2005! not a 1980 chevy! After further conversation, he did agree to have his staff remove the pinstripes with no charge. OK. I do like the look of the stripes because they separate the two-tone paint. I am not sure how it will exactly turn out... disappointed. I expected more after a co-worker highly recommended them. I will go today to get the stripes removed... a SAD DAY for my favorite truck.....

I was pretty sad when I decided to get my brand new car washed for the first time. Even though it was a little dirty and needed washing, somehow it felt like my car left in worse condition than when I arrived. Thats a bit dramatic when really its just the windows. Yet, after a year, it seems like the windows will never fully recover and considering thats what I look at the most in my car to see out, it seems like a big deal. Theres just really crappy residue left over from after they clean them. When I went in a second time, I pointed it out and asked if they could really pay attention to it this time to make sure its all wiped out. The guy who wrote my ticket scribbled some illegible thing in a highlighter that was barely visible and said they would read it and know what to do. Nope, just as I expected, my windows and mirrors were worse off than before. I ended up driving to target and buying some cheap Armor-All window wipes that were old and dry and they cleaned the windows and mirrors myself and even old crusty wipes cleaned the windows than this "professional" car washing business could. Really? Should I just open my own place then?

Employees damaged the driver side lock, and accepted the liability at the time. Now the car wash company does not want to pay for the repair. On Febury 19, 2011 I drove up to the car wash to have my car cleaned. As I drove up to the vacuums I was unlocking the door to let the staff vacuum my car. The staff was lifting up the both handles as I was unlocking the doors. This happened approximately 3 or 4 times. My driver side lock seized after this occurred. I had to climb outside the passenger side door to exit my car. I could not unlock the drivers side door what so ever. I was informed by the detail manager Lance that the car wash would pay for the repairs. I was informed of this several times in front of two witnesses. Lance also informed the Hyundai service adviser over the phone of this as well. Lance even reviewed the surveillance tape of the incident, and expected liability. When the repairs where all finished the car wash NEVER payed for the repair. They never even apologized to me for the inconvenience this has caused me.

Worst customer service ever. I left with spots (looked like chemicals sprayed) inside driver side window and outside driver side passenger door. I noticed these identical spots in both places when I was driving back to my office. They clearly werent there when I brought it in as the inside windows were clean. When I went back they said that didnt happen here which could have been possible on the outside since car was dirty outside when I brought it in. But not possible since it was obviously the same spots inside and the pattern clearly demonstrated that the spray was sprayed with drivers door open because of where it was in and outside of my car. They told me I was wrong, that it was impossible that it happened there and that there was nothing they could do. I said: "You are a car wash and youre telling me you cant get this off my car." He said rudely: "we can but we arent going to do it for free!" I asked for my money back and he laughed at me. Definitely very rude management on top of a terrible job on the wash.

Absolutely not worth your time or money. Im admittedly picky in my choice of car wash facilities, but was deeply disappointed with my experience here. A basic wash is $9 which is not so bad, but to jump to the next level takes you $19 for a less than premium wash. I did a basic with add on for air dry which came out to $17. Car sat in their pre wash vacuums for ten minutes with no attention and when it finally did come through their tunnel it hadnt been touched inside. In the 15 yards between the end of the wash tunnel and the drying area their car runner managed to kill my manual trans Subaru three times. They finally realized the car was to be air dried after it sat outside with the door open for an additional ten minutes while workers passively dried it with towels, completing the defeating the purpose of the compressed air. Their worked did do a thorough job with the compressed, but it was a little bit too late. So 35 minutes later and $17 lighter, I left with a very poor experience. Will not be returning.
