Delightfully Gnarly

I rarely write reviews. I always mean to but something else requires my attention and I just dont get to it. Not today. I frequent this car wash. The greeter/ cashier was polite and friendly and offered to bag my back windshield wiper. I then pulled around to the car wash. Normally the men and women that work here are polite and friendly. Not today. As I pulled up to the entrance, Taylor pointed his finger to my left to have me turn my steering wheel to the left and then he was looking at the front of my car and was not making eye contact. He had his head down looking at the front of my vehicle, so I looked at the instruction board instead so I could do what I needed to do. Im aware its important that my tire is lined up with the track. Next thing I know, Taylor is waving his fist at me, I rolled down my window and he yelled at me "thats why you need to stop back there!!" But when I approached the entrance, he never indicated to me to stop, he indicated to me to pull forward and turn my wheel to the left. I blurted out that I was sorry but he didnt want to hear it. By now I was really flustered and realized I forgot to put my car in neutral which pissed him off even more. He was clearly angry as he punched at the buttons on the board to reset the start of the car wash. He then grabbed the mop, loaded it with soapy water and flung it directly at my face as if he could fling it through the windshield. The girl that was with him (long dark hair) was very nice and had a chagrined look on her face as I rolled down my window and asked his name. Im sorry I did not ask her name as she was very nice and seemed to be trying to balance out his behavior. I told her that I guess that I will not be coming back to this car wash in the future. I dont know if he had just gotten bad news or was having a bad day or felt sick and normally I give people the benefit of the doubt but he was incredibly rude. Im not expecting deliriously happy or kissing up behavior, just common courtesy. All things considered, I dont even care if people are friendly to me as long as they are polite. Not today. I do have to have add that I have had an excellent experience at this car wash. I thought that I had inadvertently put my phone into the trash while I was cleaning out my car at this car wash. I was frantic and there was a very nice young girl (long blonde or light brown hair, sorry Im not more specific this happened a while back) offered to look in the dumpster for me as they had already emptied out the trash cans. Within the next 10 minutes I found my phone in a crevice in my car. However I was so thankful for what she offered to do I immediately drove to Krispy Kreme and brought a dozen donuts back for everyone to share. The vacuums here are excellent; they have the most suction power of any car wash I have ever used. The wash is good, have found a little left over debris in the past (which I have found is pretty normal with automatic washes) but after reading all the over reviews I now know that they have a same day repeat policy which for me is now a moot point. I wish I could give this car wash 4 or 5 stars but after todays experience I just cannot. Not today.

I pay a monthly fee here and think the price is extremely reasonable. Customer service was awesome about a year ago but has gone downhill quick. Im here about 2x a week so I think I have a good view on this place. Most of the staff is extremely friendly but there are a select few (2particular) who obviously hate their jobs or just dont like me and have turned me off personally. Both individuals have argued and ignored me when Ive pointed out equipment isnt working then encounters later on have been brief and aloof. Ive lost my wiper, gotten a scuff on my paint all that Ive paid out of pocket for because of failure of responsibility. Cleans the car awesome except I always have to dry off my back side on my own. The dryers for some reason font get that part of any car. I stay here because I live up the street not because I absolutely love it.

Customer service is AWESOME! I dont know what crap luck the other two had, but every time Ive been there someone met me at the drive-up pay kiosk and made sure I knew which wash I wanted and what Id be getting and they prep rinse your car and guide you into the actual wash. The wash is pretty quick, as in efficient, not cheap, and unless your vehicle has a ton of caked on mud, etc., it does a very good job, especially considering that the most expensive and inclusive wash is $12 (I think), which isnt much more than the junk washes at a gas station. Plus with this wash you get everything- undercarriage, tires, etc. Very quality and I wish they had one closer to me. Highly, highly recommend. And, like mentioned in other posts, the vacuums are free to use anytime, and they are very high quality as well. Top notch establishment.

Vacuums and mat cleaners are provided - no extra charge. The facility is new and everything is in good condition and works. The car wash works alright, but doesnt quite get everything on the front of my car. I get better results at touchless car washes which spray the front. This place can get super busy. The best bet if you want to get in and out quick is to hit them during off peak hours. All in all, this place will get your car pretty clean with minimal effort and with an unlimited plan I can wash my car more often than I would if I had to pay every time. If you want your car to really shine though, be prepared to spend a few minutes detailing after the wash.

Ive been a customer for 2 years or so. Super strong water pressure to get the road grime and dirt off. I had the trim come off my old truck ( its 13 years old) I chalked it up as an old car, not their fault. Id rather have high pressure than the alternative.. Now that I have a new car, the $30.00 month unlimited washing is good value. I appreciate free vacuums and mat cleaning. Hopefully all the people who are using the free vacs are paying for a car wash. The kids who work there seem to be trained in customer service and do a good job. ( Remember when you were that young? )

My family and I have been coming here since they first opened, but now were on the hunt for a new place. While it is clean and they do offer free mat cleaners, I have noticed a lot of the nozzles on the vacuum hoses fall off during use, the wash prices have really gone up, yet the quality of the wash has gone down. The last 3 times we have gone here and purchased the $14 wash, weve had to run our car through twice because it doesnt clean it right the first time. The point of a drive through car wash is to save time, but that hasnt been our experience lately.
