Came to get a full service wash because well I didnt feel like washing my truck and wanted to pay someone so I choose to give them my business.I pulled up and the guy told me I couldnt go through the wash because stuff was in the back of my truck.I then asked why didnt they tell me that when I went through the express wash last week and one of the guys proceeded to try and "connect" with me because Im Hispanic and said "well homie its because someone wasnt doing their job".I then proceeded to get out of the line and take everything out of the back of my truck and put it inside (a crate and some random hand tools and tossed some trash).I then went back because I still wanted to give them my business and asked "ok I put everything inside , can you guys wash it then after the wash Ill throw everything in the back so they can clean my inside." One of the gentleman said "oh man your gonna hold up the line if you do that, ill tell you what Ill give you this wash for free and next week Ill give you a deal on a full detail for $150". Seriously I was disgusted with the treatment and inconvenience and then they dare try to upsale me after I did all that work just to give them the business.Ill never go there again not even for a cup of free water.Bunch of arrogant salesmen there.Do they think everyone on the Southside dont care well you better think again when you see business go down.Respect is key for customer service and I didnt get one ounce of it there.

Giving 1 star because of terrible practices. Never in my life have I dealt with such a horrific company. My wife somehow got gouged into a fast pass. She has no recollection and there is no paperwork anywhere. I scan and archive all paperwork and never miss a beat. I however didnt expect that we were getting billed for something my wife didnt know wed signed up for. Over $300 later we caught up with it in bank account without a single legitimate car wash used (though they show one last year -unlikely for a car which is always dirty) There was no paper trail and no receipt each month to show what was being billed. Nothing. Just little charges in our bank account which I thought my wife was responsible for. I challenged through my credit card company initially to find out who was charging us - fortunately my bank was able to track them down. I had to go to the car wash directly since there IS NO PHONE NUMBER. They gave me a business card for their head office which REFUSED to help since I had gone through my bank. This is the worst business practice Ive ever somehow gotten sucked into and you should be aware of what you are getting into before you let them touch your credit card!

Beware that the $16.95/month car wash is automatically charged! I went to the Greenfield location in Mesa. So sad! These people are not upfront at all about the "auto pay" part of the $16.95 car wash. I went in for a car wash with a coupon for $10 off. He said I could get that $16.95 wash for only $6.95, so I said, sure! Then, come to find out, they not only charged me the whole $16.95 but they charged my debit card again the next month - unknowingly! I called the corporate office - which is a joke- voicemail only!!! When I stopped at the car wash to get this straightened out, I was told that I would have to go to corporate to try to get the refund. I was also told that the sales people are never going to tell you its auto pay because they want their commission and when I said I would write a review, I was told that thousands of people write these kind of reviews and yet...people keep spending that $16.95 / month! So, in essence, I dont matter. Way to keep customers! Anyone know of a reputable car wash? Super Star Car Wash isnt it!!!!

This is one of the best drive through car washes Ive been to. For $3 you can get your car washed and not have to get out of your car. While it wont be a perfect wash without any water spots (if you want that you need to do it yourself) you can easily bring a dry microfiber cloth to dry them off right after you pull out of the car wash and it wont take you more than a couple of minutes. The thing to keep in mind is that this is a drive through car wash and should be considered as such. You wont get a completely "spot-free" finish but your car will be completely washed and ready to finish drying when youre finished driving through. Its also worth noting that the free vacuums have excellent suction and can get just about any dirt you may have in your interior. All in all, a great and affordable place to get your car washed. Note: There is an option to purchase a monthly subscription for unlimited washes (max of 2 washes/day) so keep that in mind if they try to pitch you the $16.95 wash for $6.95 deal.

I have an old vehicle so I do not wash it that often. It is in a garage most of the time. I went one day to wash it as it got a little mucky looking from rain/dust. The person checking asked what wash I planned on getting and I said the basic $8 and something wash. He told me that they were running a special. For $6.95 I could get a month of washes. I said well why not? Its cheaper than what I planned on spending. He then put the little barcode thing inside my window and away I went. That was the month of November. Well, the first week of the month is when I take care of my bills and balance my checkbook. Guess what I discovered on my bank statement? A charge for $16.95 for Decembers unlimited carwashes. At no time did this young man say that I was enrolling in their program, nor did he give me any information as to how I might decline this at the end of my "trial" period. That is pure sneakiness! I really dislike sneakiness and will be disputing this charge and NEVER going there again.

Employees attitude can either make a business shine or cost the owner tons of lost revenue. Extremely poor attitudes from employees today, the owner needs to be made aware. Less than 3 hours after opening I was rudely told that there was no was I was going to get a blue drying cloth that comes with the wash because they were all out. I politely asked him once, then he tore into me raising his voice and making faces and rolling eyes. This guy cost the owner my business. I have 2 cars I take there. One car on monthly automatic payment, todays car I was thinking of signing up for automatic monthly payment. I am paying for a car wash, not abusive attitude. I am canceling my monthly payment and finding a car wash that doesnt give me attitude acting like Im the idiot. Dude you should remember without your IDIOT customers you would be sitting on your moms couch in your underwear crying about not having money to pay the bills.

I was told I could get a month of car washes for a one time payment of $6.95. Then, I see a charge of $16.95. Apparently they just take your information and enroll you into their auto pay. I had not signed anything and I definitely was not notified of this. When I call the phone number listed it just rings. There is no voicemail. I then called their (623) phone number that is listed on the website and it goes straight to, what sounds like, a cell phone voicemail. This is no way to do business. I will be reporting the unethical business practices to the Arizona Corporation Commission. According to these reviews (which is how I found out about the automatic enrollment) this is a perfectly normal business practice for them. On a side note, Not only do their carwashes not clean your car, but to make matters worse, it leaves a tremendous amount of small scratches throughout the entire body of the car.
