We used Aaron Mendoza and he was excellent. He was great at listening to what we wanted and showing us homes that we would be interested in and that we could afford. We found a nice home that had almost everything we wanted. When we made an offer he gave us realistic expectations and told us what to expect as far as a counter offer from the seller. Sure enough the counter offer came back within $1,000 of what Aaron had told us. We accepted and the closing went smothly. I have been in my home for over a year now and still love it. I would highly recommend Aaron Mendoza. It is obvious he loves what he does and he is very good at it.
