We were first time home buyers coming in with a long list of expectations and hopes for our first home. We had worked previously with an agent that made us feel second-class and like we were asking for too much. We never felt that way with Gina Galloway. Gina had a way of reading our faces and words in between the lines so even when we couldnt exactly articulate what it was we did or didnt like about a property she just knew. She was always patient and understanding with us when we knew we were probably picky about weird things. She was so accomodating to our extremely busy schedules and would be willing to show us houses after work late into the evening hours and sometimes at last minute if we could work it out with the seller. We never felt like we were a low priority for her and really enjoyed the whole process with her at our side. We would absolutely work with Gina again on purchasing a home and would recommend her to all of our friends and family in the future.

Besides her professionalism, what most impressed us was her follow up after our first contact. She wasnt pushy but kept in contact. She has a good sense of humor and we can call her a friend after the job was done. We always felt she was working for us. Aggressive when she need to be but always gave us options and advice.
