Made 2 trips from Dallas to the island to purchase a home, over $1,000 spent in expenses plus time off work, etc. only to discover the agent was completely misleading, failed to make numerous material disclosures about the home and then took our money and coped an attitude with us for wasting her time....her time? what about our time and money? I will never buy a home that has this sign in the front yard no matter what!

Never allow this company to mange your rental properties, they DO NOT disinfect units before renting out to the next tenant, they DO NOT inspect the units for harmful and dangerous conditions, such as MOLD, broken and hazardous appliances, and sanitation issues

What this person is saying about the rentals is not true! I have been in several homes and they r impeccable! Maybe he was annoyed with them for something else. The homes r also sprayed for all kinds of insects
