Christopher is amazing! If you’re like me, youve probably had your share of frustrating moments, because you have pictured how a home sale is supposed to go, but then it never does. Christopher is truly an exception to this rule in every way. I would say that my transaction had some unique characteristics and so I needed an agent who would be able to ensure things would go smoothly. Christopher was the answer! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and truly had a great sense of the market and what it takes to sell the property at the best possible price. I know that Christopher had a number of listings that he was handling, however, he made me feel like I was his only client. He had an excellent follow-up and follow through in everything he did. I never had to chase him or wait for a long time for anything. All my calls were returned promptly and all questions were answered quickly as well. Christopher kept me updated with everything that was taking place at every stage of the transaction. I cant believe I am saying this, but I really enjoyed this experience and I cant wait to work with Christopher again. He’s truly a #1 agent in my book.

Not one bit happy with this company or their realtors. I contacted them nearly two weeks before, to just receive a reply two days ago from a very pushy realtor requesting I hurry and submit my application and lease agreement "immediately". I submit the application and sent in everything they requested and he told us that he was trying to get it approved that very same night "so we can get it out of the way", asked for us to call back in an hour if we didnt receive what he emailed me, if not he would call with an update. Well, we NEVER received a call back from anyone. I called, text, emailed, and not so much as a reply. I went online to find that the house was placed on "Off Market" status in the morning. Nearly 24 hours and MANY calls and texts later, we get a text saying that the home was no longer available! Their lack of communication and UNPROFESIONALISM, is what led me to write this review.

As a first-time home buyer, I was really not sure what to expect about the buying process, but Chris Christopher Properties made it easy. I didnt think I had a chance, but Chris told me not to worry. We talked through our strategy and he spent that day working up an offer on a house that I found with in two weeks. He submitted the offer the next day. Chris and his company are responsive, professional, caring, and smart, and we built a great relationship! They keep in touch still after the sale just to make sure everything is going well. That says a lot about the kind of person he is -- hes about finding the right fit for the buyer, not just making a sale and moving on. I highly recommend Chris Christopher Properties if youre looking for the right people to help guide you through the process, address your concerns, and help you seal the deal!
